This pet store obviously has no idea about birds. Im ashamed that the only toys and food they have in there is seeds and plastic toys. Which if you did research they should not have seeds as an all diet and it should be pellets along with some fruit and veggies and a lot of them do not like plastic toys and want shredding toys. I also did not feel welcome and basically got yelled at when I couldn't find the bird she was telling me to look at. Very rude. Not to mention the website is very different from the store. They have all this food on the website and amazing toys but why not in the store?.

Terry & Nancy are the most kind and amazing people! I love this locally owned business and how they take special care of each customer! They sell in bulk and can beat any competitors prices for dog and cat food!

Store itself very nice but groomer they have not so much. Assumed only see us once so cut off 60 dollar flea collars and scalped dogs . Had attitude when we showed up early for drop off should have known. Iam 10 min early for everything but then iam old school. We obviously interfered with coffee when store owner called because we were early had smart remark over phone about us being early. Went to countryside groomer next time highly recommend actually cared. Saw your reply our 2 dogs sleep with us if they were infested with fleas we would k own. In 14 years not one of our groomers would tell us they saw fleas. Making excuses

Great service. Have questions,... you'll get answers. If you need something special they'll order it in for you. The groomer does excellent dog hair care, cuts the bread to look how they should. Great pricing, no over charging just cause they are the only pet store and can. Great diversity of animals to pick from and some really beautiful beta fish.

We have become regular DIY Dog Wash customers. They have everything we need, the dog wash works extremely well, and we are always greeted with such friendly customer service!

Small petstore in a small town, but they offer a lot of customer service. At times they have had a Veterinarian on staff and there is also a groomer. Right now, I'm using their back room for teaching dog-training classes and offering free animal behavior (cat, dog, small animal) seminars.
