I had a blowout on a tire on my RV. The guys at the shop were awesome to work with and got me right on the road with a brand new Goodyear tire. Unfortunately the brand new tire started separating before I reached Denver. I called back and The Tire Shop went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. Outstanding customer service is sometimes hard to find but this place knows how to do it right.

Stuck between Casper and Douglas, with our donut tire, on our way back to Cheyenne. Called every tire shop in Douglas and no one had our tire size. Started calling shops in Wheatland and The Tire Shop had not only 1 but 2. Drove slow, but made it there. They got us in immediately and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Exceptional service!!!

We had a boat trailer tire that blew out on our way to Glendo on a Saturday (when everything is closed). We called and they were more than helpful! The tech met us at the shop and replaced our tire. BEST service ever! Thank you ever so much!

I had a tire blow about 25 minutes outside wheatland. I had a truck camper on and needed some help. They came out and changed my tire with a new one. I drove back to their shop to get the 3 matching tires and they were incredibly hospitable. Thanks so much Tire Shop!

Shredded a tire while out hunting. Stopped in, had 4 new off road tires in less than 20 minutes! For $300 less than I would have gotten them back home! The guys were fun to chat with too while they worked. Would recommend anytime!

I had a blowout of 2 tires on my rv at 4 pm on a Sunday. I called around, and no one had the tire size I needed. Finally, I called the after hours number for The Tire Shop, and they did have 2 brand new tires for me. They came to me and it started to rain it was a sheet of water really bad. They guy who worked on my tires in the rain had me on the road in 2 hours. We spent the night in Wheatland WY. I then went to their shop, and they took me right in and balanced the tires for me, and I was on the road to finish my trip within a half hour. These guys are the best period.

Taking a road trip from Denver to Billings and got a flat tire just before the Chugwater rest area. So thankful The Tire Shop was only 20 miles down the road. Got a quick and inexpensive tire repair and were back in the road. Their staff was friendly and personable too. Highly recommend!!

Best service in town! The day of the eclipse 2017, I got a nail stuck in my tire in the national forest. I got it inflated and filled with sealant so I could drive it safely to town. I called the shop at 5:12 and their posted hours say they close at 5pm. Sally answered the phone and was friendly and encouraging, telling me, "come on in we will be here a while." When I arrived, Ben had my wheel removed in five minutes and when he took it off he said, " just give me a few minutes, I will take a look at it and we'll do the right thing so you can get on the road safely." He managed to diagnose three tire problems in ten minutes and was friendly to all the customers who were trying to get home for the night. My tire was fixed, filled and replaced in under 30 minutes, all while attending to theee other customers at the same time. Total cost of an after hours repair, under $20. I am so grateful for their expertise, friendly, and careful attendance to all their customers. I know they had a long day and they were still cheerful at the end, staying open late to help many travelers get home.Thank you Ben and Sally for fantastic customer service!

Blew a tire in Guernsey at 8pm on a Saturday night. No towing company could or would help. They all recommended The Tire Shop in Wheatland. We already had the tire off the fully loaded trailer by the time we called them so we just took the wheel in to them and we got a new tire and a new wheel and tire for a spare in under 30 minutes. Plus an ice cream snack as we waited. The price was way less than we had expected for a wheel, 2 tires and after hours services at 9pm on a Saturday night. Very friendly technicians.

We had a nail in our tire and it was loosing air quickly. We called and got an after hours number from them and they had a guy meet us at the shop and he plugged our tire so fast! Great service!!

Called about 15 min before closing for a blown trailer tire on a big truck. These guys got me in immediately, tag teamed it, and had me on the road again inside 20 minutes!! Excellent service! Highly recommend!!

We had a blowout south of Lusk on Labor Day Weekend. They were the only store that answered my phone call and told me they had the tire in stock. We did have to drive over an hour to get the tire. They actually stayed late and helped us out. This place knows customer service and takes care of others. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I will forever brag about this place to any and all that travel through Wyoming.

I was able to bring my car in to get a quick oil change. I brought my own synthetic oil and filter ($41.50) and I just pay for the service which is $26.50 with tax. They seem nice, quick, and the waiting room is clean. It is definitely more than what I paid for with everything included in a different place in New Orleans. Plus the place in New Orleans gave me extra oil to top off in the future since my car burns about a quart between each oil change. That's why it's a 4 star and not a 5. I will update this if anything changes.

We were traveling along some back roads in snowy conditions and upon returning to the highway, found our car’s steering wheel was shaking at high speeds. We stopped at The Tire Shop, expecting to need service, but the gentleman there suggested a simple car wash to remove dirt and snow from the wheel wells might do the trick, instead of any service. He even gave us directions to the closest car wash. And he was right, no shaking after the wash! Top marks for honesty and hospitality.

We had a blow out on our boat trailer south of Wheatland. We made it to the Tire Shop and were relieved to find out they had a great selection and ample stock of tires. Our family drove up from Fort Collins to view the eclipse. The sidewall started separating on one of our tires (not repairable) and I didn't want to drive all the way home on the little temporary spare. We were extremely relieved that they had some nice options for our tire size, even though it's not very common. They were able to fit us in right when we called as they were opening to beat the eclipse rush. We got a good price for the tires (even though they could have easily price-gouged us) so we decided to replace all 4 (not much life left in them, anyway) and they even waived some of the fees. They were very fast and pleasant to deal with. Their main guy was out on a service call, so the owner came over and changed them himself. He was working hard to get us going as soon as possible while our kids were playing with their nice little dog. Thanks for turning our near-disaster into pleasant experience--yet another reason I love to come to Wyoming!

We had a flat tire and needed it repaired for a quick road trip.Went to another shop in town and were quoted 1 hour, stopped here instead and they worked us in under 20 minutes.They offered a good recommendation for food while we waited.More than a fair price and got us back on the road. If you need tire service in Wheatland, make this your first stop!

I picked up a nail in my tire and was referred to the Tire Shop to have it taken care of. I am very happy I took the advise and came here. I was informed by there tire tech Pat my tires were not properly installed In order to check air pressure. All the staff was professional and nice. They are the best around from what I’ve heard and after what I experienced this morning I will have to agree.

Was going to Cheyenne Wyoming, from Gillette, had a tire blow out. Limped into Wheatland ( didn’t have a jack). Stopped at the tire shop, they got my spare out from under the truck, put it on in quick order! Got me in and out, and only charged me for a tire rotate!!! Great experience!!!

We blew a tire on the Interstate and had to leave our flatbed trailer on the side of the road. The guys at The Tire Shop in Wheatland had us heading back within minutes. It's the 2nd time we've had tire problems in that area and these guys are quick and efficient. Thank you (again!)

Excellent experience. Took us right away for an oil change, had super friendly staff, and a cuddly dog during the [short] wait. Plus they said they have 1100 tires on hand for immediate tire changes for those that are traveling through. That’s a big deal. I don’t know who could top that. Thank you, The Tire Shop!!!

I had just started what was going to be a 15 hour drive home when I got a flat tire. I found The Tire Shop through google and I'm so glad I did! Sally arrived just before 8am to open the shop, my car was in the bay by 8:05am, and I was on the road by 8:20am. I spent $15 plus tax, they patched my tire, and I made the 15 hour drive safely home. Thank you so much for making what could have been an extremely stressful situation into a minor set back. I highly recommend The Tire Shop!

Fast, friendly service. Got a flat on tires that I knew needed to be replaced soon, but were worse than I realized. We are on vacation several hundred miles from home. The Tire Shop got us right in and out in less than 45 minutes!
