They were out of roast beef.So that eliminated a lot of their menu options.Every single staff member ignored me till I asked for help. Never greeted me perhaps they too were embarrassed about being out of roast beef?If I was you, I’d pass on this place and keep driving to another destination.

Quick and easy service, and clean restrooms. Does seem to get a busy around lunchtime, but still quick nevertheless.Their pecan chicken salad sandwich could use more chicken salad in it because the whole wheat bread pieces are thick and almost all I tasted. The basic steak sandwiches would use more fillings as well rather than just having meat between two breads.Curly fries are as good as usual. Service is quick and easy.Parking: Plenty of parking

We normally do not review fast food chain places as we are primarily recreation reviewers and these places normally have an overload of reviews already. However, This place stands out strongly above the rest. We actually had dinner here and turned around and came back in the morning for breakfast. What really stood out for us was the friendliness and professionalism of the crew on both visits. We should know as our regular jobs is fast food work when we are not traveling. We always liked Arby's regular menu as it different from the normal burger/chicken and fries. We were not aware of the relatively new and lower priced breakfast menu. We thought Arby's has now a much better breakfast menu than the other major fast food chains. We visited in September 2022.

My order was all messed up. I asked for 2 cups of cheese and only received one. I ordered a number 2 double and received a single cheddar and cheese sandwich. I had to go in twice to get order corrected. The manager was very unfriendly. As I was conversating with one of the employees at the register she butted in and started barking orders to him. She was very unprofessional and wasn't concerned about my issue at all. Every time I go there they never have enough ice for the drinks. After eating half of my sandwich, the ice was completely melted in my drink so I had to request more ice. Just way to many issues for a fast food restaurant.

Stopped in for a quick lunch while heading towards Mt. Rushmore. It's your typical Arby's food. The service though was a bit unpleasant. The store manager took our order and she seemed very annoyed and unfriendly. I went up to order a shake before we left and another person took my order who was really friendly. Anyway, it's your typical Arby's .

I parked here to sleep as the I25 had been closed. Well lit lot, very visible and clean. They didn't bother me. I didn't know they served breakfast.Parking: Felt safe ♡ Thank you.

We ordered two cheddar beef sandwiches and one order of curly fries at 6pm. Total was $15. The sandwiches were not as pictured on the menu and were mostly bread. The curly fries were cold and had obviously been sitting in a bin. The fries were mostly crisp end pieces… disappointed.

The food is great! Service is not so great to be honest. They are probably really busy but they don't take the time just to say hi or communicate. I asked how their day was and they just closed the window. That kinda sucked. But I do understand being busy.

I love Arby's in general and having a family member who has worked at another location I know the high standards that Arby's has for getting orders out in a timely manner. (Orders are actually timed.) However this place was extremely slow. My order consisted of the most basic order a person could have. Meat, just meat, 4oz to be exact and no bun or sauce that had to be put together. To begin with the person taking the order didn't know how to ring it up. Then I was charged for two different sandwiches special ordered no bun. It cost me over $5.00 for 4 oz of meat that they then took fifteen minutes to get to me. The price was outrageous, in of itself but I'm hoping I was an exception. However standing there waiting and watching the crew perform so slowly not just with my order but with others was mind blowing to see how poorly they performed.

Quick service. Busy location from out of state travelers like us.There is a large dirt lot next to this location for those towing trailers and maybe big rigs.Tables were dirty when we are here. That was disappointing.Order was accurate and quick and mostly warm, not quite hot.This is a worthy stop if you are driving by on I-25 and need a fast bite to eat.

I have never seen a more unhappy crew working in a fast food joint. No smiles. No eye contact. So many sighs when taking our order. I wanted to give this lady a pillow and a blanket!!

The facilities was excellent. Nice, clean and inviting. Bathrooms were very clean and well maintained.The food was very disappointing. I ordered the October beer battered burger which half the meat was fat and gristle. Flavor was great at first, but 3 bites in and it was way overpowering.The people were happy, friendly and a pleasure to converse with. Bummer about the food though.

I went to the drive-through. The order was prepared quickly and accurately, but I was dismayed to find that we couldn't get potato cakes mid-afternoon. I was told you only offer them in the mornings! We were both very disappointed, because we don't like the curly fries--we much prefer the cakes. The rest of the meal was delicious, as usual.

We ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and a salad with crispy chicken. The sandwich was good, but it needed a bit more flavor. The salad was really crisp and fresh. The crispy chicken on top was great with the honey mustard sauce, but there was too much cheese and the smokiness of the bacon wasn't my favorite. Overall the food was really well made and I would recommend the salad.
