Got a shower after a long day on the road and first the associate was alittle off putting like she was being annoyed by doing her job. Everything was disgusting. Shower was disgusting. Toilet was disgusting. There was pimple strings on the sink and faucet like if the associate didnt even try to clean it. No type of customer service whatsoever. Paid 700$ in diesel and 18$ for the shower total of 718$ and you guys can't provide a clean shower for the truckers?!?!?! What's going on loves?!?!? Don't care about the truckers who make you hundreds of thousands of dollars each day????? It shows!!!!!

Not only arrive on-site with no proper equipment. Had no sense of urgency to work. 3 hrs later finally replaced one tire. I drove 40 miles and my tire inflation system with my hub cab flew off which deflated by tire to low-pressure. Do not recommend. Call a small shop Will take care of you 10 times better.

Arrived at 3:50pm for a single tire change. 3 trucks ahead of me. It is now 9:55pm and still waiting. For those who said this place is a joke, isn’t lying!! Only 1 person working with 3 others just walking around.Update: It is now 12:20am and the single tire change is completed…. SMDH!

This is the worst loves ever. Old format store, the fountain drink machine has been broken for over a month. The ice doesn’t work and the drinks in the fountain machine are flat. Rarely do they keep up with the tea or lemonade . There is a huge crater of a pothole you have to dodge when leaving the fuel island and fuel island campers seem to be worse here than anywhere else. I have started going to the new one nine across the street instead if I’m in hamster. Anywhere else I go to loves , this one is just that bad.

It's probably one of the worst loves I've ever stayed at. Went into the mechanic shop to get a simple tire pass to make sure my tires were OK. Talked to a guy named Kenny at the desk. He tells me that the tire pass machine is down and couldn't give me the report. I explained that I really didn't need that. I just wanted to make sure I had proper air in my tires. He then tells me that he is too busy because he had 2 people ahead of me. I explained that I was doing a reset and would be here through the next day and that I would gladly pay for this service. Then he tells me that after the 2 trucks ahead of me that he had "a bunch of mechanic stuff to do." He then suggests that I go to another place. I explained again that I was doing a reset and would be here all day and could not leave. He then takes my number and name and tells me he would call me after he finishes the other 2 trucks. Never got a phone call. It would have literally taken him 20 minutes. I went in the truck stop later for something, and he was in there joking around with the other employees.

Trucker Life! Stopped by to take my 30 minute break, grab something to eat, use the restroom. Plenty truck parking and since it's -4°F out here there are ice and snow everywhere in the lot. Restroom was clean during my visit, Subway was a bit busy during lunch time.

Lots of trash in the parking lot with only gravel surrounding the gas station. Not a place to bring your dog to walk. This definitely does not have a dog walk at it much less any grass.The town looks like the only place is this gas station. Two other gas stations were closed as well as a church looking building for sale and several other buildings barricaded off with cement barricades.If you need to stop for gas, feel free, but I wouldn't for anything else.Not to mention the fuel is higher than anywhere else. I'm getting enough to get to the next Love's

Great stop for gas when you have 4 miles of range. Prices were a bit absurd since the town previous had gas 35¢ cheaper, but when you need gas you need gas. Folks were friendly, though be prepared to go inside to pay on all pumps. Bathrooms were fine.

I've traveled all over the US and have always taken advantage of the services that loves offer but I must say I've never been turned down when asking for help to get me back on the road when broke down or have been treated as rude as the good ole boys in the mechanic shop at the wamsutter's loves on 2-28-2024 @ 11:45pm Thank you for making someone stranded for 4 days my guy over a simple fix that any mechanic semi or "passenger vehicle" could have done. But to be told we don't work on passenger vechicals go else where just doesn't sit right.

All reviews here ARE TRUE…!Please avoid to come to fix something here, am waiting for 6 hrs for a service and still waiting, the OLD MEN TONY NAME in front desk is a RACIST and VERY RUDE OUT NORMAL STANDARDS SERVICE OF LOVES COMPANY.How this people work by hour is don’t care you and your work, lives need change a pay by productivity and everything will change, plus give a seminary of COURTESY to old men.Shop are empty no trucks inside and this mechanics on phone, smoke or eating, but not working.

It is terrible, the love's are losing quality, in this love there are no showers available because they say there is no water, the showers have been out of service for many days , toda supervisor name's walt ,I think that this is a lack of respect for the clients and especially for the professional drivers who depend so much on this service, it would be good to know which government institution has to do directly with this matter, but some measure must be taken with the mistreatment of some love's towards their clients, at least I think so

I don’t normally experience what feels like racism at truck stops, but after stopping here o don’t think I’ll ever shop in Wyoming period. Nasty looks, you speak or ask something they just look and then you watch the same race as them go up and they’re a chatterbox almost making it know they didn’t wanna help you. I’m a grown man I’ll be fine spending my money elsewhere. But for Loves in general I hate the fact that those certain people represent you. Or it’s just one costumer so who cares right?

The place isn't clean at all. Looks like the staff doesn't care and is lazy. One coffee maker isn't working, the other is dirty and has an empty container which limits the assortment of coffee.

Even though it's a small loves it is very compact but it has most of the precise things that you would need I found it very convenient inside and their products were very well distribute they have their nice food stand well put but I do give a 5-star to the service. I'd give three stars to this Love's just because of the inconvenience when you want to put the diesel you have to go around the same place and if it gets really crowded it could become uncomfortable other than that it's all good

NO STAR!!!!! No way!!! The soda machine last week was already broken then I came back there still F broken. The young girl that work today january 27 at 7:10 pm. Snutty B. I mentioned the couple didn’t pay for the sodas and instead she said ONLY SODA.its okay!!😳😳😳😡 Wow!!!! So she couldn’t care less…… B no more this place is garbage!!!

Avoid this loves location if you can. Specifically the shop if you need work done. You will be here for countless hours unnecessarily. 5 ppl walking around the shop but only one working on a truck with a line of other trucks waiting to be worked on. And tonight 8/11/22, after the 5 ppl walking around and one truck at a time in the bay, two road calls go out and two shop workers just walking around doing nothing ppl are still waiting, myself included. I asked what was going on and long story short after receiving vague answers to my questions, i was basically told that they didnt want to do any of the 5 or so trucks waiting and i had to wait until whenever the others get back from road calls. This place is a joke. What happened to when establishments understood that our time is money and they would get us in and out quickly. Especially if all we needed was 1 tire change. Which is what i needed.Also, that Tony guy in the shop needs to stay in the back somewhere if that's how he going to treat everyone that comes in. No sense of customer service whatsoever.

Chester's chicken open at 11am. They also have subway inside .laundry and showers are available 24 hours a day. ⛽️ diesel a little over 4 bucks

Read the reviews this place is terrible. There was no one in the tire shop and 5 employees played around and hung out while I sat there for 6 hours waiting for them to do a simple repair. I came early at 8:00 a.m. and they still had 0 motivation to help their customers. The manager Walt even went as far as to still my iPhone charger and airpods. Avoid this place at all costs. When I called the district manager he had nothing to say and even made excuses as to why it took so long for 6 employees to change one tire, no responsibility and 0 accountability here. Aside from a few good employees in the inside corporate should do a complete overhaul of the staff starting with the district management at the top.

I’m a Truck Driver. Every time I come to Chesters. There’s never any Fresh chicken. Always stale food. There is an Employee called Glen. Every time I go to order food. He is always in a bad mood. He’s always talking bad about management. He says no one helps him. I hope things change. Thx. I was recently there last week and things don’t change. No chicken made and dirty cooking environment

Great mechanic crew on duty Saturday morning 06/05/21. Had me in and out with a tire change and an air filter replacement. They were all very nice and accomadating. Didn't mind my dog playing with this paint roller she found who knows where in the waiting room.

Great place to stop by for coffee and shower . Managers super nice. This is the truck stop to stop at on this vast highway makes all the TA's & Petro's look like a Joke. I had drove thru five states in 15 hours and just needed my 7:30am coffee . Stephanie the tireshop manager does a great job helping us travelers get back on the road .Would gladly stop by again thank you love's !

Good experience here. Good Big Rig parking (medium lot, easy to park though, overflow lot to the east, a bit to walk to Loves but it's available), good shower, has Subway and Chester's. Want to say Thanks to the male employee at Chester's: positive attitude, quick service and made sure my order was correct. 6/11/2020 ticket# 6171216.

I cant believe this is a Loves. We drove specifically to get to a Loves because of what their truck stops offer and cleanliness. Not this one. Should have checked these reviews first. Parking lot small and in terrible condition with pot holes. No dog area. No picnic tables to eat outside. Garbage cans overflowing. Inside, garbage on floor, bathrooms small and very dirty. Toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks as the toilet bowl had stains and sticky floors and garbage on floor. So disappointing for a Loves!!!!
