I liked working here because the work kept me busy and was fairly easy once I developed a routine.However, a few of those who I worked with here were 2 faced back-stabbers who love gossiping about each other. The shipping guy, Ant, was the worst of them all and loved going around the plant talking about other people, trying to cause drama, and trying to pin people against each other.The general manager was a great guy to work for and was putting in 80+ hour work weeks to keep this place going.At the time I was working there a few years ago, they had no benefits. Not even healthcare insurance. Maybe by now, this has changed, but I am not sure.

Great place, great people. Only day deliveries. Scale in, scale out and plenty of room for trucks. Got unloaded in about half an hour.

I have been trying to get some of their fencing for months. Many calls and emails. Finally, they sent an email saying they were refunding my money and not shipping the fencing. After reading some of the other reviews that may have been a blessing. Suggest you look elsewhere for composite fencing.

We purchased a Natures Composite fence over two years ago. At first it was wonderful (I even allowed some of our photos to be used on their website and social media), but quickly some of the pickets faded to a completely different color. After that some of the pickets started separating from the ones below it leaving a gap. After many phone calls and emails for many months, they finally agreed to send new pickets to replace the faded, bulging and gaping ones. They said they would replace the entire fence, but when the pickets arrived, there wasn't enough. And some that arrived had stains that would not come out. I have continued to email and call to get the rest replaced as they promised, but all they do is lie. I have been told three times that the pickets are being sent, and they still have not arrived. The gate that we purchased has also been bad since it was installed. It bulges and bows in. Now we have to pay an additional $3200 to have it "fixed" when it is 100% not our fault. My family and I paid $20,000 for this fence. For that amount of money we shouldn't have all of these problems. I have hired a lawyer and will hopefully get some sort of resolution now. This could have all been avoided if Nature's Composites simply stood by their product and didn't repeatedly lie to their customers.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Especially if you live in areas Southern areas with lots of sun. You will get a good looking fence that will last 1-2 years TOPS. Then once the summer sun starts to beat down on it, the heat from the sun will begin to warp the boards and make them sag to the point that they will begin to fall out of their frames.The manufacturer is a joke and has ZERO customer service and will just ignore you if you try to raise the issue.I've given up on them and will be replacing the whole fence with Cedar planks.
