This business has gone downhill extremely much. Service is horrible and management is even worse. I was wearing a nice dress and some old man came and told me it’s too short this is a “Family store” and proceeded the get the manager involved when I stood up for myself. The manger even threatened to tell me if I kept it up I would be put down as a trasspasser. After this event I will be telling my family and friends not to shop here. And to take their business elsewhere.Caution to everyone who is shopping here I would encourage you to take your business elsewhere. They are rude and very unprofessional.

Several occasions I have went to this store and witnessed the manager Cheron yelling at, cursing at and degrading her employees in front of customers. It's so off putting that that is the way they represent the store. This last time I left my cart where it was and walked out. I won't be back obviously the company thinks it's acceptable as I know she's had several complaints about it previously as well

I wasn't impressed with there $12 car vacuum. Didn't suck that much you have to go over the spot over and over. Not happy!

If I could give this family dollar store a 1/2 I would. Cashier was rude and after ringing up our sale and bagging it she left put my daughter's brownie and started mashing it in. I told her I no longer wanted that one and that I was getting another one. And to keep her paws off of ppls food. I took my other daughter in today and the same girl broke the container that had her eyelashes in it. I told her I was getting another one because she broke it. ( several pairs were ine the case) The parking lot had broken glass and the oil spots need to be cleaned up. Place is GHETTO.. Twice was enough for me.

Used to love shopping here now the customer service is literally HORRIBLE! The cashier had no idea what she was doing and the managers were beyond rude. Definitely lost my business.

Overpriced, nothing on the shelves because it's in the aisles in boxes so you can't get a shopping cart thru the aisles. This Family Dollar sucks.... actually they all pretty much suck!

It's a dollar store...Have a little bit of everything for the most part. Nice to not have to drive to Wal-Mart for little things.Only complaint is that they sit stock in the middle of the floor, many of the rows have so many boxes stored in them you can't walk down. Frustrating for sure, but whatever don't be surprised if you lose sales because customers can't get to products.Staff are friendly, have never had a bad experience with any of them.

I've read all of the other reviews and I'd have to say I agree with them about everything especially the rudeness by the salespeople. It's very upsetting to be treated so rudely when you go into a store what happened to customer service these days! Very disappointed in the store probably will shop somewhere else from now on!

My biggest complaint is the customer service. Normally when you do get help, the employees are nice but the trick is having someone at the cash register to help you. The employees are often hard to find. Also, there are certain things you don't say in front of your customers... I really don't want to hear about your problems with your coworkers. Keep it to yourself or talk with your coworker when there aren't customers around.

Since under New Manager store is never in order! Always go to Family Dollar for a lot of my shopping! Not the best smelling, should have a fresher smell! Need more staff to clean and put merchandise on shelves! Know it's hard to know when your busiest times are! But that is when they could stock better!We need this store badly! Probably isn't this way aiways, but sure has been the many times been there!

Employees were were worse than car salesmen asked if they knew if there was any stores that might carry nerf guns for sons birthday said that they had some but I told them I didn't find what I needed but they continued to try to sell me what they had than said there was no other store that did as I proceeded to the door in a sarcastic tone big lie! Shopko right next door had many. Even if the employee was not aware of it they should never treat a customer like so! Isles had products that filled the middle of them. Items were not organized into different isles. Don't know how this still is as four employees not even talking to each other on there phones just stand around. Hopefully they see this review and get themselves together

Horrible experience from a female employee named Devon. She was extremely rude because we came in a few minutes before they closed, we are from out of town and needed some essentials. Told us we only had 1 minute. Then she said time was up and at first told me I couldn't even go grab deodorant. I cant even believe how awful she was. I will in balling corporate first thing in the morning. I hope she sees this. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

That manager Sharon is rude and should be fired. One day they were busy and I had been been standing in line forever. When i finally made it to her register she glared at me and in a snoty rude voice said, "I have to make a call" she then turns and walks out the store. I continued to watch her and she made no phone call. Just stood outside. On another occoccasion, there were no carts out front so I walked in and saw her right inside the front doors rearranging stuff. There was a cart there and i was needing one. She was talking to another associate, so i waited. When she got done with her gossip, she glared at me again and I said "are you using this cart?" she gave me an even more of a dirty look and said, "does it look like i'm using it? I'm way over here!" RUDE! That is no way for a manager to talk or treat customers! Other people have told me some sickening stories about her rudeness

The Manager of this Store is worstShe told me last Year that I to put my little Daughter in her Stroller while we're in the Store ! She told me my Daughter DESTROYED the whole Store when we visited earlier which was obviously a Lie !! After that she stalked us thrue the Store .Yesterday I went in the Store to exchange some Leggings which I bought to smallShe said it's not possible without a receipt. I called the Costumer Service and they told me it is possible! It is a very uncomfortable feeling to Shop there that's why we mostly go over to Nebraska to the Dollar General

I give this rating 3 stars now because there is still too much product on the floors you cant even get a cart down the some aisles and the aisle with the chips and soda looks like chips exploded and a bottle of soda exploded on the chips and they didnt clean it up. You can never walk over by the diapers or the socks and underwear

I came in today to get ear buds. I accidentally got wireless and I meant to get wired. I was in the parking lot when I noticed it and brought my unopened box back in just to be told that I can not return or exchange them.

Dirty bathroom, dirty everything actually! The manager Cheron NEEDS FIRED. She's rude to customers and her staff. Talks negatively about people who come in the store to the bar tenders at the moose, where she can be found drinking it up every night

Sharon is so rude and treats people with such disrespect. Im surprised she has a job let alone a manager position. I feel sorry for her employees. I was going to leave how she treated ua alone till she taunted my mother. Now im calling corporate and anyone else i can get ahold of to complain about her behavior.

The store was shiny clean. Very busy. I was amazed to find just what I needed and it was something I didn't expect to find here. Tina, the checkout lady was friendly, cool and collected at a very busy time.

If there's one thing I need late at night the first place I look is family Dollar. Everything is very well organized and easy to find. It's very cheap which includes food, snacks​, candy, toys, school supplies, and birthday party supplies. I give this store 5 stars.😁😁😁😁😂😂😎😎

Treated very poorly, my significant other and I were in there after both of us having showers, and Sharon sprayed air freshener at us, dropped with force our items on the floor numerous times and was just plain rude. She continued to spray air freshener at us up until we left in front of other customers. I would rather drive to Scottsbluff and spend my money there if I have to get treated so badly in my hometown.

Won’t take returns without receipt even though the family dollar policy is that within 30 days you can return three items in exchange for a gift card.

Actually I dont know why I even go in there anymore. They need to hire people. So many boxes sitting in isles u cant even see anything. Let along get a cart thru it. I know people are stopping going there cause of this

There prices are good for some things. They are not very good at unpacking there boxes or stocking there shelves. They are not efficient at times during checkout.

The employees are always very nice & helpful. Wish they had automatic doors, not easy pushing a cart out with manual exit doors.
