We stayed at the cobblestone when we were looking for a house. We used the handicapped room. It was the best handicapped room that I had ever stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few. The bathroom was exceptional. I had no problems getting in and out of the shower. The doors were wide enough that I didn't have any problems going in or out of the bathroom or the room door. Breakfast was very good they had any thing that anyone would could want. The pool was very nice and they had a handicapped lift so I could get in and out of the pool. I've recommended it to my friends when they come visit me.Thanks cobblestone for being a number one facility to stay in. Keep up the good work.Food & drinks: They had the most amazing coffee bar that was inside the front door. There were lots of flavors syrups to choose from. There were several assortments of tea also available this is a top notch hotel.

My wife and I recently stayed here and we were both pleasantly surprised but how nice this hotel is. The suite that we stayed in was ver nice and had plenty of room. The staff that we encountered were extremely friendly, and the lounge is a great place to relax and have a drink. I would recommend this place to anyone and I know that my wife and I will both stay here again.

Very nice, clean hotel with friendly helpful staff. Large parking lot in back convenient for trucks. Hot breakfasts and nice lounge. A+Nearby activities: Grocery store, theaterWalkability: If it weren't -16 degrees out, I'd walk to the theater. The grocery store is only a block away. 👍Noteworthy details: The air conditioner/heater has the constant fan option I find very helpful for white noise. Room's have coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave.

So we loved the rooms location. All the employees were phenomenal except one. There was a front desk clerk that worked the swing shift on Saturday September 23rd. She was such a bully. Literally, she was somewhat older.I have never experienced this as an older adult myself. She was so mean to my grandchildren and made one of them cry. The way she spoke to me about them was horrendous and agregious..Ma'am and why would you speak so rudely to my husband. We will not go back ever. We have been guest there for years

We have stayed twice at this location, two years ago and last weekend. The rooms are cleanand the beds are good. The fitness room, while spartan, has weights, stationary bike, elliptical and treadmill. There is a surprisingly large indoor pool, though we went to the public outdoor pool in Torrington 2 years ago because it was summer. The family rented a conference room which worked well. Yes, the Friday night crowd made for an overworked breakfast staff, but no one went hungry. A good place to stay.

My family & I were able to host a celebration of life service for our Mom in one of their meeting rooms. Plus, we stayed two nights. The staff kind and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean. The location is between two grocery stores, which was really helpful. The only suggestion I have is to stock maxipads & such in the little "market" they have on site. I would stay there again.

Kitchen could not keep up with the breakfast crowd.Before making our annual visit, we decided to try what looks like a nicer, new hotel. But the way they're taking care of it, it's not going to be nicer for very long. Next time we come to Torrington we'll revert to the Holiday Inn..And it was my first experience with a hotel charging a fee for the in-room safe.Scheduling housekeeping was confusing since the information card in the room did not agree with the front desk information. Be sure to get scheduled at the front desk, ignore the in-room information and stow the do not disturb sign.Food & drinks: They need a food and beverage knowledgeable person as they cannot keep a decent supply at breakfast. I saw the excuse about how hard it is but the guest head count is known the day before.

I am a very picky person when it comes to hotel room cleanliness. The room and hotel was immaculately clean. We didn't watch TV long, but they had good children's channels. As for the breakfast, it was pretty basic, eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, danishes, muffins, yogurt, milk, orange juice, apple juice, waffles and coffee. It met my needs for a quick trip. There was a little noise from the elevator, but I was right across from it. The lady that checked me in was very polite and helpful. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised.

We are locals, however decided to rent a room for our son to be able to go swimming for his birthday.The staff here were absolutely wonderful, from the time we called and booked to when we checked out. So friendly and professional!!!The pool was a little on the small side and very cold, there was no hot tub. But, the pool was clean and kids had fun 😀Hotel was very clean.The complementary breakfast was probably the best I have had at a hotel. They had biscuits and gravy, scrabble eggs, waffles, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, bagels, muffins, Oatmeal... I have probably missed something that they have :)Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing and spacious room for the price! Loved the set up and loved that there was a small dining table. Bed was comfortable but only downside was the pillows were super thin and had no support, it really wasn't comfortable at all. Other than that I would recommend this place, but maybe bring your own comfy pillows.

I stayed there last night on the pull out couch I woke up with ants crawling all over the bed and on my 2 year old child. Staff didn't seem to care when I told them about it, said management would be there in 30 minutes. Management didn't say anything to me. They downplayed the situation and told us just to leave it.No where in my review did I say you asked me to leave? My issues isn't even with you. It's with the boy who told us just to leave it alone because we asked if we could remove the bed from infesting the room more. & You weren't even at the front when we left? I was friendly the whole time I was there of course. I'm not a negative person but I wish management did come and address us respectfully so.

Unlike its Utah location, this hotel was a breath of fresh air! Incredible service, courteous employees, dynamite rooms, good breakfast & clean pools! My nieces joined us for a swim while my sister and parents took a break in the comfortable lounge. Mom joined our vacation a few days in & wanted the hotel atmosphere, so housekeeping remade our room and brought exactly what we needed before she arrived. Definitely staying here again!

The Cobblestone Hotel is literally our home away from home. Through a propane leak under our home there was an explosion and ensuing fire. We're staying here with our cat and are quite comfortable. There are 2 medium/large rooms. One with a comfy king size bed and big TV , place for hanging clothes and safe. In the other room is another large TV, couch, lounge chair, computer desk, with breakfast nook and stove and full size refrigerator/freezer, stove and microwave. Not to mention the nice size bathroom. There is a dining area open for hot breakfast, with a good array of breakfast items and coffees. The staff is friendly and happy to help you with any questions or needs you may have. It's not home but is the next best thing.

Where do I start... I reserved a suite over a week ago, let's start there I guess. I got into town & the front desk gave me a key to a room that had two things wrong with it. First, it was a dirty room, second, it was just a double queen room not a suite. So I go tell the front desk & she tells me that they don't have any suites available.? So she then gives me another set of keys to another (still not the suite I reserved), we go to the room & that room is dirty also... So I go down stairs once again & let the front desk no that they once again have put my family in a dirty room... She was nice enough to go clean the room so thank you for that front desk. The room didn't have any wash cloths, the lids for the coffee cups were to big, the bed looked like it was remade after whoever stayed last, the pool water was pretty much salt & they had literally no breakfast. All in all I've stayed in nicer tents camping in the middle of nowhere. If I could give zero stars I would, worst stay in hotel I've ever had... Very disappointed & will not be staying here ever again.

What a great hotel. I was driving from N. Dakota to Colorado and couldn’t make it to Cheyenne. I stopped here an a whim and glad I did.Best nights sleep I had my whole trip (10 days). Pet friendly and the staff was great! Awesome little hot breakfast and good coffee I nightly recommend staying here if you need a great place to lay your head for the night. Seriously a great hotel.

Nice clean room, and reasonable prices, the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was disappointing: cold cereal, milk was expired, bagels, and English muffins, no protein except boiled eggs in a wrapper like you buy from convenience store. They had waffle makers but not working

Not good i stay every year on harvest time ,reserve room for a week or more days they used to call me when my days expired to ask me if a need more days ,but the last time they just call cops on me they need to have more care of that holiday inn are has more atention with customers better rooms and better breakfast and is shiper i never refuse to live i just ask for time to move mi stuf out!!!

The hotel was nice, the rooms were very nice and clean and we were staying on an important family trip. I hadn't seen my dad in over 19 years. My wife used the lamp with outlets prior to going to bed I knew they were working, however in the morning they were not. My wife does the alarm using her phone and that next morning the phone was dead. The lamp no longer worked and we had to rush out of the hotel room. We didn't get to shower or eat breakfast. We almost didn't get to see my father and drove nearly 5 hours to see him as well. A very bad experience and the front desk lady did not seem to care or ask questions as we explained things went south. I wont be staying here again. Also the pool didn't work as well. Seriously...

Awesome hotel. Very clean and new. Loved the spacious room. It had a sitting area with couch, perfect for our kids to hangout. Pool was also refreshing and clean. Very friendly staff. Would recommend staying!
