For a small town hardware store this place is absolutely fantastic! This is the best group of employees I have ever run across. Everyone goes out of their way to help you with whatever you need. They're all so friendly courteous and with a smile. All employees have a great sense of humor and every time we go in there it's a laugh fest. They have a pretty good inventory for a small town and if they don't have it they're more than willing to get for you right away. The owner and his wife are the same way willing to help very sociable part of the community. The town is self is a great place. I think the friendliness of the town of contagious.

Dennis runs a nice store. His people are expert paint mixers and key makers. They have an extensive stock for a small town store.Thermopolis Hardware is now an Ace affiliate. I bought some Ace rust primer today. The clerks at this store are amazing.

I’m from Michigan, but made several visits to Thermopolis Hardware while in town helping my daughter move into her new home. Every time I visited the store, I was asked if I needed any help, and received excellent guidance and service. Met some wonderful employees and had some great conversations. Best customer service in a retail environment that I’ve experienced in the last decade. Highly recommend this hardware store which also has an impressive variety of inventory for a small town hardware store.

Great store. Friendly staff and hard working owner..you can see the Pride he takes in his store 👍 Bought outside plant and grass seed, etc for improving our lawn. Home goods area is great for us gals, too!

They must have 30 people working here and they all want to help you, best customer service ever. Also they have everything you could ever want. I've found everything from gardening supplies to folding chairs.

They are always so helpful. My other half always has projects going on, with questions, they know us well and always guide us in the right direction. We have had lots of keys made there and every one of them have worked, which is amazing!

I can get most everything I need here in hardware they have stuff for the kitchen all the lastest cook needs air cookers most of the stuff you see on TV adds lots of different Vacuum s and replacement bags every thing around the house. Stuff like wall Mart. At a competitive price. With. A rewards. Program For. What you buy with a percentage off in coupons you get in the mail. Great prices. Paint. Just about anything you need with out going out of town for something. I know the owner s they are nice friendly couple. A staff of helpful people working for them. Plumbing and many farm needs very nice nursery lots of flowers in spring you can buy different trees and stuff outside to lawn mowers snow blowers the air conditionersthey like to compete with Walmart as best as they can with pricing great place to shop

This place has a huge selection of hardware, lots of home improvement items, houseware items, and a big selection of seasonal items. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I find that I can go in to pick up one item, but if I start browsing the next thing I know I have a lot of items that I end up purchasing.

I am 37 years old and never in my life have I ever had a store tried to charge me for a return!!! I will never shop at Thermopolis hardware ever again!!! I watched this man for years cry about how people don't support their local merchants. why in the world would we support our local merchants when they gouges our pocketbooks every chance they get and we can get better care and deals at bloedorn lumber and bomgaars!!! you can get better customer care at Menards and they SUCK!!!
