Probably one of the prettiest parks I've ever visited. So well manicured! The hot springs were beautiful! It is neat that there are activities for grown ups and children to enjoy the water.

This is a nice park. Small with a decent amount of attractions. You can make this a day trip. Not a lot of people either. We did the spirit and monument trail. Spirit trail will basically take you to see everything. The swinging bridge is sketchy lol. Monument trail is a bit challenging. Nice views when you get to the top and an old grave with a box full of people logging their adventure. It was nice seeing all of the springs and the history behind them. I'm glad they're still here and bubbling. Lots of pretty picture opportunities. We will be back to actually use the pools and what not. We also came close to the bison while out on the trail. We didn't approach them but they were all chilling across from the trail by the cemetery. I got to see them wallow. There's babies too. So cute.

It's wonderful that Wyoming operates this as a state park with free admission! Facility is very clean. They do enforce a 20 minute rule for soaking. The rest of the park is nicely landscaped and maintained.Restrooms: CleanDog-friendliness: On leash welcomedPicnic area: Many area available

Well maintained, clean, and wonderful. The 20 minute time limit is more than enough with how hot the water is, it's definitely worth the stop!

I love visiting this park with my family, I was surprised to see that the bathrooms were closed and the park a little neglected and dirty.Picnic area: I think that during the winter there is no cleaning staff, the park was very dirty and the bathrooms were closed

Stopped in on our way through to Yellow Stone. Was a great place to stop for a little bit, walk around and stretch your legs. Would be fun to come back and stay a few hours to swim in the pools.

We stopped over to see the hot springs on our way to Cody and it was worth it. First off, entrance is free, which is great. You can walk all around the hot springs and across the swinging bridge, it's great. It's a beautiful green patch in the middle of what seems like desert. There's a great play ground and there are several "pay" pools and hot pools. Great place!

This park was amazing! I saw buffalo, hiked, & even climbed a little mountain. I wasn’t sure about The Bathhouse but it was great. Clean & very nice staff that explains everything. Relaxed & soaked for 20 minutes. We loved it!

Hot Springs State Park is easily the coolest State Park in Wyoming! The geothermal features and pools are amazing and second only to Yellowstone. The swinging bridge is a little nerve wracking to cross, but really fun with amazing scenery! The whole thing is just a really nice experience. I look forward to going back and spending more time there.

Truly a lovely state park!!! We were staying in thermopolis originally just to go to Cooke City and Yellowstone eventually, but found this little gym of a state park and were amazed. So much around this park to explore and see, lots of nice trails and such to walk, and there’s pools that are very popular to swim in and visit. Didn’t get a chance to go swimming or walking down the trails as I didn’t have swim trunks, and it was 105 degrees the 2 days we stayed in town. Highly recommend exploring and seeing what there is to see here. Truly beautiful place and will be back again to visit I’m sure!

Nice hiking trails. It's a blessing that the park is free. For some reason the travertine of the terraces looks grungy compared to like mammoth in Yellowstone Park. Don't know if it's pollutants, lower temperature or what.

5/5 the best decision I’ve ever made while traveling back from Yellowstone. Free hot spring with showers!!! People there are nice, a lot of old people there but are fun to talk to! Amazing place! Worth to go there! I think it will be a great place if you are on RVs!

This is a great half-day trip (or full day if you do one of the little water parks). You can float in the free mineral bath, see the awesome limestone formations and stroll around the park to cross the swinging bridge.

It's a beautiful and fun place, with learning opportunities about the science surrounding the park for you and your kids. My only complaint is the smell from the sulfur. It's to be expected because of the kind of place it is, but it did not allow me to stay for long. I suggest visiting at least once with a filtered mask so you can avoid the smell while enjoying the views.

Great little park. The buffalo pasture is always a must-stop. Never know what you may see. Walking to the river is always beautiful. The bridge is also a must see. The views are beautiful.

Some of the bathrooms are still closed FYI toilets behind the amphitheater are open.... walked around a while looking for bathrooms after a long drive and wish I had known. Anyway- great park! It’s a nice area to walk around and enjoy the views and interesting things from the hot springs.
