I have great respect for all the staff at Bridger. They are compassionate and kind even though they are always busy. The front desk staff, techs, and vets are full of information they are more than happy to share. In a difficult situation, the staff assured my family we were making the best decision. I've never felt like I was being upsold or recommended ridiculous treatment plans/medicines.

Celebrating independence day on the river quickly led to concern when we found some fishing line coming out of my little buddy's mouth. Bridger animal had us in and x-rays done within the hour even on a major holiday. Luckily all was well I'm very thankful for their service.

First let us say that Dr. ASHLEY is GREAT. As to the staff however, there is a lot sub-par. Supposedly, Bridger is our new VET (for our Roxy girl) having moved to this area, and Dr. ASHLEY is her Vet. So Dr Ashley offered that they can get Roxy's Veterinary Diet for less than what he have been paying with Chewy (even with AutoShip, every month). They even quoted us $83 for the Lg (28.6lbs) bag. BUT when I called to have Bridger go ahead an start a monthly ordering of her food, HEIDI could only give me a song and dance that they may NOT be able to get it anytime soon, and that we should contact our old vet to get an authorization to get it from Chewy, without even bithering to ask how much food she had available. IF Bridger IS Roxy's Vet Clinic, why can't Bridger just write a new Rx for her food and go ahead and order it, since her last Rx expires TODAY (07/27/21). Dr. ASHLEY is great, but I can't say the same for their staff. Guess we'll have to try to deal with Dr. Ashley directly, to get anything done right.

I have recently had a lot of interaction with Bridger and Dr Ashley specifically. It was a Sunday and my dog had gotten very sick, even though they were closed at the time, Dr Ashley came in to help us. She was very thorough and took such good care of her. A few days later, she had gotten worse and I had to call with yet another emergency. They did not hesitate to have me bring her back in. They were there after hours without complaint and were so understanding of my emotions. Ashley called me a few days later to check in on things and that meant a lot to me. Ultimately my dog is doing great, thanks to their expertise and sweet, caring staff! Thank you so much!

The ladies here were so wonderful, they always treated my boy with love and care on his visits. On the day my boy was put to rest due to cancer they were so kind and did their best to comfort him and me and help in every way they could. It's hard not having him here, and goodbye was hard, but the care they took in making sure he was put to rest comfortably will be something I'm always grateful for.

This is much more than just a great vet. These people have so much empathy and passion for what they do. They have cried with us when we had to put our pets down. They have cheered us on as we have had victories with their health problems. This is much more than just a vet. They become part of your extended family. I haven't lived int he valley for many years now, prior to moving Bridger was my vet of choice for exceptional service and emergency visits at a great cost visiting family recently my little beagle took a small fall down the stairs and hurt himself just enough that his pain was setting off his epilepsy and Bridger was fast to call back in the middle of the night and get him looked at and treated and recommended a course of treatment for his mild epilepsy that our regular vet has never mentioned before that doesn't include cutting his life span down from meds. Super happy with our emergency visit and definitely not disappointed even in the middle of the night the vet tech was super friendly and helpful.

I've dealt with Bridger's for almost 10 years. They have been amazing! Dr.Jessica is so kind and informative and let's you ask as many questions as you want without feeling rushed. Dr.Lisa saved my senior dogs life! Without her he definitely wouldn't be here.

Our dog scratched her eye and it was infected. They were the only vet within 100 miles who agreed to see her and treat her. They even called to check on her the next day. Other vets refused to see us because we were travelering through. Very compassionate and caring service. I was thankful for their efforts.

I can’t thank this place enough! They have saved my doggie and helped him so much!! They have done everything they can to take care of him and make sure he is in good Heath and doing great! We brought our husky-malamute mix in on a late Friday afternoon with an eye injury that would have made the weekend very difficult for her. I left a message and had a response back from Dr Wilson in less than 10 minutes. We were treated at the clinic very quickly and our sweet girl is now fully recovered. Dr. Ashley was great. My dog got a laceration this weekend when we were out skiing. I called first thing this morning as a new client and they said I could drop her off and they would take a look at her. They took great care of her and Dr. Ashley came out and spoke with me when I went to pick her up. I’m so thankful to have a great vet in the Star Valley area.

I had a wonderful experience with this clinic! The vet took time to explain my cat’s condition and treatment over the phone and when I picked him up. The staff is really friendly but very square. Don't expect these people to work with you on treatment options or affordable care. They are rather stone cold and refuse to take risks to save your pet. If you can afford the best medical care available for your pets, they will be amazing at delivering just that, however if you don't have a few thousand dollars to drop on a vet bill that day they will adequately put your pet down for you at a discount, but they won't risk an operation without sedation to save it's life for a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend to millionaires. Everyone else should look elsewhere if they love their pets.

I cannot thank Bridger Animal Hospital enough for their professionalism and kindness when we had an emergency with our dog while on vacation. We called ahead as we drove to the hospital and they were ready for us and got us back to the doctor right away. Dr. Jessica was so kind explaining the options to us, assuring us that our dog wasn't in any pain, but that her aging body just couldn't handle the sustained injury. They gave us a lot of time in a private room to deliberate what we should do. It was clear it was our sweet puppy's time to go. :( Dr. Jessica and the staff were so sympathetic and kind. They arranged a paw print memento for us and when we got home from vacation we had a sympathy card in the mail with personalized messages from the staff.Having our dog suffer a fatal injury on vacation was a traumatic event, but we felt safe and cared for with the Bridger Animal Hospital staff. Thank you for you empathy and professionalism!

They were so kind and caring to my sweet old beagle. They were full, but took her in for an emergency. They got her all taken care of, communicated with us well, ran all of the necessary tests, and even trimmed her nails. It was so nice that they took her injury so seriously, and made sure to check for anything that could be wrong. We were far from home, so it was wonderful to have them there for her. This was on the 3rd of July, and they still had an emergency call in for the 4th if we needed. We felt very taken care of, and our pup is doing great.

Had the misfortune of having to put my 14 + year old Yorkie to sleep while camping at Star Valley Ranch this last weekend. Tried to comfort the little guy during numerous seizers he had to go through until morning when I took him into the Bridger Animal Hospital. Everyone was so caring and gave me fast service even though I didn't have an appointment. Vet Lisa met with me after examining my little guy and explained that it appeared that the seizers could be due to a brain tumor. Since he was almost 15 years old with very limited eyesight and hearing, we were in agreement that he was ready to go. Lisa was very informative but allowed me to make the final decision. She allowed me to hold my little boy while she administered the series of 3 shots which were quick to act and very humane. I give Lisa and the staff at Bridger my highest rating and recommendation. 🙏

Time after time Bridger Animal Hospital goes the extra mile to make me and my animals feel cared for and loved. The employees here from the front staff, to the vets, and the vet techs all love animals, are all kind, caring individuals who are not just out to make a buck. They have been there for me each and every time I've had to put one of my animals down, they have hugged me, been compassionate, and caring. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I will not take my pets anywhere else.

AMAZING staff. They were so wonderful with me dog. He has alot of separation anxiety but he felt so welcome with the staff. They always answered my questions and made sure i knew what was going on with my dog in such a hard time. They even waved TWO DAYS of boarding fees for me! Amazing place, highly recommended.

No one truly wants to learn of bad news for their fur baby, but the news was delivered is such a caring way! I was given explicit instruction about what would occur to my pet, and when the time would come... Unfortunately, that visit was two months ago and yesterday we had to have our fur baby sent to doggy heaven! The staff and Doctor Lisa were absolutely fantastic...We are forever in their debt and will continue using, and encouraging others to use Bridger Animal Hospital!
