This place is amazing! The staff is extremely nice and very helpful! They even open the door for you most of the time when you are leaving and coming in. They have activities in the lobby at night that is great for families! The facilites are also very nice and clean. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever! The housekeeping staff is the best I have encountered and do a great job of cleaning the unit each day! The room we had was very spacious and comfortable!Nearby activities: Skiing, snowboarding, ice skating , shopping, night life at the Mangy Moose, dinner spots, Limited grocery supply.Walkability: You can walk to pretty much anything you need in the village from the lodge. Close by everything.Food & drinks: The restaurant on site is a great atmosphere and room service is good too.

I stayed here for a business trip for the week. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room I stayed in was second to none! From others I spoke to, these rooms were better than that of the Four Seasons.Only downfall is the price...if it were not for my company paying for the room, I would not be able to afford it.Rooms: I stayed in room 403, a two level suite. I was unable to hear my roommate, who stayed upstairs. They were extremely clean and luxurious.

The massage from Smiley was wonderful. The facility was like a maze. There was no controls for the bubbles on the hot tub which I found vexing. The relaxation rooms and tea were comfortable, however, they were co-ed, which doesn't ring my bell. Trying to pay at the end took at least 30 minutes, then parking validation (at another location) took another 10 minutes and had to be verified 3 times!! I felt like they thought I was a criminal.Nearby activities: Lots of skiingSafety: The suit dryer took a button off my swimsuit and I still have not gotten it back!Food & drinks: Restaurant here is almost always good, but quite pricey.

We arrived on a weekday for a 3-night stay. We got up to our room and saw it faced construction in their parking lot. Front desk offered to upgrade us to a first floor suite, but wanted us to look at it first as it also faces construction. Definite yes because we have 2 kids and the suite has WAY more space. However the suite we were given had tons of issues and we think it sat unused for a long time- maybe we were their test dummies to work out all the kinks?! There was a thick layer of dust on the living area window sill, no lightbulbs in 2 of the 3 bedroom lamps, one bathroom faucet was really loose. Then the bathroom light bulb burned out first night. I tried to plug something into the island outlet and it sparked! The fridge needs a new water filter as the ice from the ice maker tasted very old. Bedroom curtains don't close tightly, so at night, car headlights would shine in the room (I finally used a hair clip to hold the curtains together). The suite ac/heater is programmable and they had the night time AC temp set to 85*. We would turn it down before bed but then wake up sweating when the program automatically over-rode the temp we selected. The fans in both bathrooms were extremely loud. I couldn't help thinking that if we had paid $1,400+ a night for this suite, I would have been very upset at the lack of attention to detail.HOWEVER, the staff were wonderful, especially the bellhop Ryan. He had such a great attitude, was very helpful and provided top-notch service with a smile. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and had a good dinner at Spur. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms were very nicely appointed. If the room didn't have so many flaws and issues, I would give the resort 5 stars. We were VERY surprised to find out that only 3 of the Teton Village restaurants are open after 5pm. Our first night there we tried to go to dinner around 6:30 and found out that the majority of the restaurants were already closed! We ended up going to The Deck @ Piste ($60 for the 4 of us to ride the tram up!). View was great and the food was decent. When we come back to Jackson Hole, we will not return to Teton Village as everything closes up too early for us and the traffic getting into Jackson is a disaster, so it's not worth driving in just for dinner.

It's okay. It's a bit cramped, not many places for luggage. Mini fridge and coffee maker were good additions, but no trashcan in the room, just in bathroom. Bathroom was large, shower heads and towels are good, The hotel and other near areas had limited hours even if the signs said otherwise. Didn't see any room service menus. And you couldn't really sit at the table they have locked into the corner with the chairs. ( My suggestions: floating night stand so maybe a luggage can fit under that, TV mounted to the wall so people can use the top of the dresser for things, small thin desk instead of 2 person table that can't be used comfortably, 2nd trashcan for the coffee/snack trash. Allowing use of staircase would be convenient instead of just for emergencies, lower floors it's easier to just use the stairs. Keeping the Pet friendly rooms bed sheets separate from regular rooms would be good, a few days I would get a bed spread with a ton of hairs embedded like if a dog had curled up on them.)

The room and service here was very comfortable! Most properties aren't resuming daily service yet but this property is; I was grateful for that. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Last, Julian, our bartender at the restaurant was very, very friendly and nice. We didn't order any alcohol but he was just as happy serving us desert and making our time enjoyable. He is truly exceptional! Don't let any of these employees get away!

Nice ski hotel. Just be aware this is not ski in ski out. There is a good walk to get to the lifts. After a few days, you will find a shortcut that makes it almost a ski in. But no ski-out :) hotel is nice though, jacuzzi on the rooftop is super. Food at spur was surprisingly good for hotel food

Beautiful hotel with cozy lobby and comfortable rooms. Very convenient to everything in the village and helpful staff. Loved just lounging by the fire and restaurant inside was great. Complimentary parking just steps from drop off was great too and made for easy in/out when going to Jackson. Can’t wait to come back for ski season.

I cannot provide enough praise for Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa! What an incredible place... and the overall staff is outstanding! The lodge is very clean and provides the perfect atmosphere for relaxing in the mountains. We upgraded our room to a suite with a full kitchen, fireplace and balcony. It was worth every penny (although the standard rooms there are fantastic, too). I don't have a single complaint about this place. The food was fantastic. The spa staff and treatments were wonderful. The overall accommodations far exceeded our expectations. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you to Marco and Chris! They were very helpful in planning our day trips and made us feel right at home!

Though very pricey, it's worth doing. Ride the gondola to the top - it's an amazing view and you can see wildlife on the way up. The rooms are average, but the service is great and the views are excellent. We went during the summer, so no skiing and there was construction going on. Otherwise, it was a great time and super close to the park.

So when I came up to Jackson Hole in August 2009 with my Family, we stayed here and the whole resort was spectacular, nice staff, nice pool, nice accommodations and amazing setup, the loft room was nice because it had a fabulous view of the tram and the mountain and it was right next to the tram and the base itself. In February 2020 right before COVID, me and my friends were on a school retreat and we stayed here again in another loft room, same view, same room setup and didn't change a bit. When I stayed here both times, the room I stayed in had a spiral staircase which kind of made me dizzy and gave me some headaches when walking up and down the stairs, but I really loved staying here and when I plan to go to Jackson Hole sometime in the future, this is the place to stay and when I do it will still be an amazing place to stay.

Very nice place. Warm thou in the ladies lounge. The sauna, steam and hot tub r right there. Makes it alittle stuffy. They have a nice massage menu. Don't know about the facials. Didn't have the time. The massage was one of the best I've had in a long time. Definitely would recommend !

This resort is wonderful! The staff is friendly and the resort is clean. My husband and I had an amazing 4 day getaway in the mountains. The views are stunning! We will most definitely be back! The resort has several delicious restaurants to choose from, so you don't need to drive into Jackson. This place is a 10!

This place was phenomenal. Pools and hot tubs were fantastic - including an adults only rooftop hot tub with mountain views. Loved having access to the spa locker room with steam room as well. Our one bedroom suite was furnished with high end chairs/couches and was simply perfect for our family. When combined with our balcony view, probably the nicest room I've ever stayed in.

The staff was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming.Lanae was very accommodating when we expressed disappointment in our room. She offered to move us the next day. but we declined due to the fact we were unpacked and didn't want to spend vacation time packing and unpacking again. The concierges Sarah and Alden were a delight and arranged some fantastic days and excursions for us.We had three rooms in out party. One of them was very nice, but rooms 130 and 501 were very dark, dingy and tired looking. The towels were very old. Some updating is needed. We would return and recommend Teton Mountain Lodge to friends if we could be assured of better rooms. For the price, we expected more.

My fiancé and I stayed here for 3 days. While the staff is nice and polite (especially the guys at the door and the housekeeping) the customer service we received from concierge and front desk was not what one would expect from a 4 star hotel. We selected this hotel because they advertise themselves as pet friendly. We booked a pet friendly king size room. When we arrived, we were offered either a room with 2 queen size beds or “the option to upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite for an additional $150/night”. Turns out that their pet friendliness is not really friendly and you are subject to the availability of certain rooms regardless of what you paid for.We purchased a package way in advance that included restaurant and spa credits. We were not explained this when we arrived. We found out about this by looking at the invoice after check-out. To their credit, we called them and the manager applied the credit to our account. However, this only happened because a little note in the invoice made me question what was included in our package, otherwise we would have lost an additional $200.

This is a wonderful hotel with a great location for skiing and enjoying the Village. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The restaurant and bar are as nice as anywhere in the Village - many locals which tells you it good value and good food. The spa and rooftop jacuzzi were wonderful after a hard day of skiing. Ski concierge service a plus. Would definitely stay here again. Only downside is that our room was a bit small, but our friend's room was bigger - luck of the draw I guess.

This property and it's amenities are not befitting a four-star hotel and do not align with the prices quoted. I would not return to this property if others are available. The pet policy is stringent: you sign a waiver agreeing to never leave your pet unattended in your room. Which is a fine expectation if you're not going to eat, shop, ski or explore JH without your dogs. The staff - while helpful, friendly (and very young) - struggled at some basic tasks. The overnight front desk gave us wrong information housekeeping would be available, and promised service an hour before any housekeeping staff actually arrived at the hotel. If you order in-room dining from The Spur, as we did, be ready to eat your dinner from the floor: the hotel only has one room service cart, and they do not allow guests to use it for the duration of their meal. It was suggested that we move a table from the hallway into our room, and no chairs were offered or made available. Might as well bring your own champagne glasses as well, because the staff at the Spur admitted they only have four glasses on-premises and were reluctant to loan them out to customers who elect to dine in their $800/night room.If you book here, set your expectations appropriately: it's a modest three-star hotel at five-star prices.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinners were great at the hotel restaurant (Spur). We loved the location and being close to everything in Teton Village. The rooms were nice and the hotel lobby was gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting in the lobby by the fireplace. Highly recommend this hotel!
