Love the Gravity Haus at Jackson Hole - it’s our second time staying here, and what they’ve done with the property is amazing! The location is perfect for skiing - and the pool, hot tub, restaurant mean you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to! Our room was huge, clean and had all the amenities we wanted. The staff were so friendly, helpful and were one of the best teams - from the restaurant, housekeeping and front desk - we’ve experienced in a hotel. We were also able to do a few calls and meetings in the work pods which meant we could stay for an extended amount of time! Our favourite thing about the hotel is how dog friendly they are - our Labrador got toys, treats and everyone knew his name! Thank you - we will be back.

Had a pleasant experience here (February 2024). The hotel was right at the edge of Teton Village and easy to get to all the activities and venues. The staff were nice and helpful. My room was spacious and had extra amenities such as a fireplace, extra seating, and kitchenette. The mini bar was perfect and appreciate the small touches such as the snacks and drinks being local. The bed was firm which was great because usually hotel beds are too soft and hurt my back. The working area was also perfect for me to get some writing done. I read some reviews about the doors being outdoors but for me it was perfect to come straight from the snow to my room. Staying in the Village can be expensive and this was a reasonable price stay to be close to the action. Would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay here with friends in January 2024 right as a foot of snow was falling which made for a great stay and experience on the mountain. We stayed in the loft suite which was very nice and large and had everything we needed the front desk. Staff was one of the more helpful hotel staffs I’ve ever been around. They helped us get rides to town, including a ride back in a blizzard, a ride to our next destination, they let us keep our bags there all day after we checked out while we skied, and anything we needed. They were very helpful and kind dealing with our requests. The breakfast was good and the bartenders are awesome. The hot tub area is nice as well. I had read some more negative reviews, so felt compelled to share my positive experience. Nowhere in Teton village is cheap, but this is as reasonable as it gets and it has a good location, steps from the tram And everything you need for a ski trip. I would definitely stay here again and then recommend it.

Whatever construction or renovation has been taking place is finished, and Gravity Haus absolutely delivered. The rooms were clean, well stocked, and more than comfortable for 4 nights. If it gets chilly during the day, the heat quickly changes things or the fireplace solves the issue pretty much immediately. The staff are great, the food and drinks at Wild Pine are divine (the Apres menu may be the best deal in town), and the hot tub tremendously accommodating.I saw the initial reviews and was hesitant but passed them off as opening day/construction issues that could be remedied. And they've truly hit their stride. If there are negatives, the rooms are serviced once every three days by default (but you can increase that upon request), and you can tell it's a much-needed renovation based on some of the more outdated ceilings, heat, etc.Gravity Haus was the perfect spot (and can't beat the location) for a long weekend and will be coming back for sure.

Overall we had a nice experience and of course the location is hard to beat. That being said, it is a renovated motel so if you’re used to paying this price to stay at a Marriott or equivalent, this will feel like a downgrade (e.g. the sheets feel like starch and there are no robes which is strange given the outdoor walk to the hot tub). The staff are super friendly and seek to be accommodating although I always find it odd when a place does not offer housekeeping every night — I would recommend they at least offer to exchange towels regularly. The apres deals at the restaurant are awesome and the lunch was pretty good as well. Overall, if you’re used to staying at a mid level property this is probably fine but if you travel frequently especially to upscale ski towns, this will feel dated.

Love this place! The huge outdoor Jacuzzi is amazing. It's just a 4 minute walk to the lifts. The food is actually good (and cheap w/ the 4-6PM apres menu!). They made the best cocktails we had in Teton village. The staff are super friendly, although they don't know much about the ski trails. They have an awesome setup for working with WiFi, desks and private rooms for taking calls. I'll definitely stay here again!

I really wanted to like this place. I've loved other Gravity Haus properties, the location is great, and the staff are genuinely good natured, friendly, and clearly trying very hard. The property is mid-renovation, which is always challenging. The updated rooms look nice, and the lobby and restaurant are re stylish. For us, the pullout bed had dirty linens from the last guest still on it. The drain in the shower didn't work (we reported this but no action was taken). It took a couple tries to get a key that worked and even then the lock frequently jammed and needed multiple ties to actually engage the handle to open. The bathroom shampoo was installed in a way that made it impossible to use, as well. They put a hold on your card for incidentals, but it's impossible to charge anything to your room (system isn't working). The restaurant lost its coffee machine and the menu was only partially available. The milk for espresso drinks sits out on a shelf, as it appears they haven't installed a cooler there yet. The staff is super friendly, but you get the sense they're not setup to win with the renovation issues. The kicker for me is a $40 a day resort fee. If there is a gym I never found it. There is a hot tub which is large - but the tiles are literally falling off it. I'm not sure what resort amenities the $40 is for. Given all the renovation related issues - that they are charging this feels off.To the people in other reviews complaining this doesn't feel luxury enough, everything in Jackson Hole costs, and while this place isn't value priced, it's a fraction of the traditional luxury resorts. It's a skier hotel, and if things worked and the renovation were done, I bet it'd be a great one too. It just isn't right now.

Absolutely delighted to share our overwhelmingly positive experience at Gravity Haus Jackson Hole! Our stay at this incredible establishment was nothing short of extraordinary, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the remarkable updates that have taken place. The rooms at Gravity Haus are not just clean but impeccably so, providing a level of comfort that truly elevates the overall stay. The addition of kitchenettes is a game-changer, offering a perfect blend of convenience and luxury. It's the kind of thoughtful touch that transforms a stay into an unforgettable experience.A special mention goes to the charming fireplace amenity, which not only adds a touch of elegance to the rooms but also creates a warm and inviting ambiance. It's these small details that set Gravity Haus apart and make it a standout choice for accommodation. The location is simply unbeatable, providing easy access to the breathtaking beauty of Jackson Hole. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or someone looking to soak in the local charm, Gravity Haus offers the perfect vantage point for an unforgettable experience. We're already counting down the days until our next visit, and the prospect of trying the new restaurant only adds to our excitement. We were so excited for our stay at gravity haus based on the website, but extremely disappointed upon arrival. The rooms were grossly misrepresented online. They are old with new paint, window coverings were all broken and non-functional, the bottom of the tub/shower was peeling up, sheets were cheap, heat didn't work well, kids still have a rash from the pool, bar staff was too busy talking amongst themselves to provide service. I have left multiple, professional messages with Gravity Haus and have not received a return call, 5 days after our stay. Absolutely NOT worth the price. Location was great.Rooms: Rooms were old 70's cheap with new paint. VERY disappointed given the price to stay at Gravity Haus and the misrepresented photos on the website.

I didn't research this place enough so I'd like to share some insight. First... It's a motel, not a hotel. When we got on the elevator to our room it was kinda chilly then when we went up and the doors opened we were outside. The website said pardon our dust while we renovate. We didn't expect to be staying in a construction site. Everything was a total mess. They didn't even have morning coffee. The person checking us in gave us a king room but we booked 2 queens so had to go get it changed. The room was colder the closer you got to the door. The mattress was comfy though so there's that. Don't save the money for the cheap place, stay somewhere else.

The gym is not desirable for the price of membership. There is no great place to change for working out or the hot tub without having to walk through the restaurant/kitchen area. The hotel, restaurant and co-working space is very nice. However, the value as a member is not there for the price of membership at this location.

Much like a really dated, newly painted, run down motel. Drafty doors and windows, many outlets not working, cracked walls, kitchenettes that don't even have a toaster, should probably cost about $69 a night in the real world. Location is good and the parking can be convenient if you 're one of the first 22,000 people trying to park in the lot with 200 spots. Beware of all the faux "influencer" reviews on all sites.Note how "management response" doesn't deny or address my comments which makes my exact point, I shouldn't have to bring these issues up to management, a decent hotel already has them resolved! Then immediately two influencers post 5* comments, pretty funny but not a great way to run a business.

BraKay and Jordy are so sweet and made this visit so special. We called to see if we could park at the hotel before check in as we arrived early and BraKay was SO KIND and accommodating and let us check in early. She even upgraded our room for a discount and left a sweet gift. She is the absolute best. Incredible service and clean room, great facilities. Thank you to the team here for making it a special birthday. Cheers! -Alex & Nick

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the brand new Gravity Haus in Jackson Hole. As an avid fan of Gravity Haus, I was thrilled to see them take over this incredible location, and my experience exceeded all expectations.First and foremost, the location is a dream for any mountain enthusiast. The proximity to the slopes is unbeatable, making it incredibly convenient for those eager to hit the mountain bright and early. The breathtaking views of Jackson Hole only added to the charm of this already captivating destination. What truly sets Gravity Haus Jackson Hole apart is the exceptional staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality. The staff members were not only knowledgeable about the area but went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the anticipation and excitement surrounding the new restaurant. The staff's enthusiasm about the culinary offerings was contagious. I cannot wait to return and dine here when the restaurant opens! As a dedicated Gravity Haus fan, I appreciate the brand's commitment to providing unique and immersive experiences. The attention to detail, thoughtful design, and innovative amenities are consistent with the high standards I've come to expect from Gravity Haus. Gravity Haus is also the MOST dog friendly brand I have ever stayed with.My stay at Gravity Haus Jackson Hole was a perfect blend of adventure, comfort, and hospitality. Dog treats at the front desk and beds available upon request.

So when we booked it was the continuum hotel but by the time we arrived it was Gravity Haus. I would imagine it will significantly better in a few weeks but it is currently part building site, part hotel. If you want to walk to the pool you walk past ladders and along plastic sheeting with tools on the floor. Nothing was open - no where to store skis outside your room, coffee shop was showing as opening soon but no one seemed to be sure on any dates. No restaurant. On the plus side our room was pretty nice and comfortable and location is great for village and lifts. Hopefully it gets better when the refurb is complete but be prepared to not have a good hotel experience if you are there soon!

I’m currently in the middle of my stay here for the week and the rooms are probably the worst hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. There is a old school air conditioner in the wall that is the loudest thing ever I can hear it even with sleep ear plugs in and on top of that the bed is the most uncomfy bed and pillows. There is no fridge, you have to request it. No microwaves. The room cleaning needs to be requested or they won’t come bc it’s “eco friendly” which is cool but like I need towels? When I requested they did start daily which is nice, and they do a good job. You can hear the rooms above you stomping aroundPositives: Great location only a 2 min walk into the village and 5 min to the bottom of the mountain. The staff here is really nice, helpful and informative of the area. The hot tub was really relaxing I would sleep better In there probably.

The consistent service of Gravity Haus shows how the management applies principles across all their properties, helping guests and members know what to expect even before showing up. GH Jackson Hole doesn't disappoint, with a setting that feels like home when you need a break from the mountain. The coworking space for members has nice desks that convert from seated to stand and there are QR-reservable small offices for taking private calls. The breakfast burritos at Wild Pine are convenient to grab and go and have a great flavor. The apres has some fun food and beverage options and then there's the long hot-tub that is always packed around 4pm. There's also an outdoor pool that looks like it is great for kids. Looking forward to visiting this property with my kids sometime.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: No emails (or any other type of notification) were received prior to our stay notifying us of the status of the property or providing us with other options. Additionally, the TV issue was not user error as you make it seem. We called twice about it and we’re told that one of the streaming services “wasn’t working” and that’s how it was left. The hotel is a construction site (we were not notified of this despite what someof the review responses state below), the TV did not work for the duration of the trip, and the hot tub didn’t work for half of our stay. The hotel should not have opened until the renovation was completed. Great location, though.

After reading some of the reviews, I almost cancelled our reservation, but I'm glad we didn't. Stayed from 9/11 through 9/14 to enjoy the Grand Tetons. The room was fine...minimally furnished in a no-frills modern way. We would have liked a table where we could sit, but the only tables were nightstands--basically, you get bare essentials. We needed a refrigerator to store meds, and there was one in our room when we arrived. I was also concerned about parking, as we were told a shuttle would take us from the hotel lot to the hotel! Not true...there was ample parking right in front of the hotel. Some of the common areas needed simple cleaning, but on the whole, we had no problem with cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. A bit pricey for what we got, but it was in a resort style location and sometimes that's what you pay for. Not the best but certainly not the worst.

This hotel is under significant construction at this time (December 2024) and we were not alerted to this fact prior to booking our reservation. The halls are littered with construction equipment and debris; the restaurant is not operational. The hottub jets do not work and the walls of the hottub are missing tiles. Our television in our room did not work and, while they sent someone to fix it (which took 30 minutes to complete), it became non-operational again just hours later. The location is great (faces the parking lot, though, not the mountain), but the way it is being managed during a re-construction/renovation is horrible.

Beware before booking. This place is an active construction site, the first red flag should have been the front door being a piece of plywood. When asking when the construction stops for the night they said it’s a 24/7 operation. There was no notice sent to us regarding it being in active construction. Also our TV did not work - they gave us a new room and that TV also did not work along side a saw that was right outside our door. That was the last straw. We cancelled our reservations and went next door for much better service. Not worth the $$.

A+ location in Teton Village! Comfortable stay with excellent amenities. It had everything we needed and the staff was awesome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and excited to have us there.Walkability: Easy walk to the tram, Mangy Moose, and everything else Teton Village has to offer. It is also very easy and affordable to take the bus into town. The bus stop was a short walk away and the busses ran every 20 minutes.

The location is great. The rest of the experience doesn't live up to their marketing or price point. In summary, it looks like they spent all their money on a very talented marketing/photography team and ran out when it comes to hospitality and finishing touches to make this place worth the asking price. The images you see on their website and social media only somewhat resemble reality. There is a hot tub, but most of the jets aren't working and tiles are missing around the edge. The pool deck looks like it was hastily finished with a concerning combination of metal plates and concrete, not what you'd expect from a hotel asking $400+ a night and claiming to be a luxury boutique hotel.Hospitality could have brought the experience up a star despite the maintenance needs. Unfortunately the front desk worker was far from hospitable. From the moment I checked in every time I spoke to him seemed like I was being a bother. I felt like I was being rushed and the only thing he was interested in was getting my credit card information. I asked about laundry facilities and was rudely told they don't have those and I'd have to drive into town. Pretty odd for a ski slope hotel not to offer that, even the very much less expensive place next store has coin op machines. Heck the campgrounds in the national park have laundry facilities. On to the room. There must be some rooms on the property that are nicer but the king suite with a kitchenette resembled something from a roadside motel with a hasty renovation. The AC unit was a wall unit that looked dated with no remote control for the ac/heat. The tub was slow to drain. The kitchenette was nice to have but there was no lighting anywhere near the kitchenette, which made light food prep and washing dishes a frustrating experience. There's a pull out sofa in the room but bedding for it was nowhere to be found. No fitted sheet on the king bed, just a flat sheet that barely covers the surface of the bed which seemed less than ideal. The only redeeming factor of our room was the fireplace. The coffee in the room was hard to drink. Finally, the rooms weren't insulated for noise. Thankfully we weren't near loud guests because any talking or movement from outside carried right into our room.Next time I'll just drive into town and save myself the trouble, the location isn't worth the lackluster service and amenities. I'd have to drive into town to get laundry done, have reliable EV charging, or get a decent breakfast for under $30 a plate so I might as well stay there and likely find better customer service and accommodations. This hotel must be banking on marketing and creatively angled photography to get one time only reservations from out of staters because I don't imagine they're getting many repeat customers. It could have been great but the lack of hospitality and finishing touches on the rooms and pool area come up short.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I must say it fell far short of my expectations. To put it plainly, I cannot recommend it.First and foremost, the staff's attitude left a lot to be desired. Their rudeness and lack of professionalism were evident from the moment I arrived. It's disheartening when a hotel that touts hospitality fails so miserably in delivering it.Moreover, the price I paid for my stay did not align with the value received. I had anticipated a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but the reality was quite the opposite. The amenities and services provided simply did not justify the cost.Perhaps the most disappointing aspect was the condition of the room. It was a far cry from the images displayed on the hotel's website. The discrepancy between the photos and the actual room was quite stark. The room was dated, showing signs of wear and tear, and lacked the promised level of comfort and luxury. In conclusion, my experience at this hotel was marred by rude staff, a lack of value for the price paid, and rooms that did not match the advertised quality. I regretfully cannot recommend this establishment to fellow travelers seeking a pleasant and satisfying stay. It's essential to manage expectations when considering this hotel, as the reality may not live up to the glossy images presented online.

Typical hotel room. Has an outdoor pool. Some parts are showing wear and other parts look good. Our room had a poorly painted wall showing spots where gouges had been. Also there were substantial stains on the bathroom wall and on the deck couch.Front desk staff at checkout made us feel like we were interrupting her morning and then made a big deal about having to print out a receipt. The lady at checkin was friendly and helpful.

After reading some of the other reviews—I'm happy to share my positive experience at Continuum Hotel. The front desk staff was extremely helpful before and during my stay (even when I had to call multiple times because of flight delays and cancellations on my way in). My room was clean and aesthetically pleasing. I was traveling for work and especially enjoyed the common areas with natural light and gorgeous views! I'll absolutely be back!Safety: I always feel very safe in Teton Village—even with parking construction, I was able to find a spot to park late at night (after 11PM) in the 1HR zone and simply moved my car into the designated lot in the morning.Walkability: Perfect location to walk and grab a bite to eat at Mangy Moose and coffee at Overview!
