Great location, great mountain view. For a Four Seasons, overall service is not quite up to the same level as most of their locations - definitely a more laid back ski village vibe. Not bad, just different and more casual. Lots of kids running around and apparently they allow dogs as there were a few guests hanging out with them, so if that's not your thing, maybe a condo would be better. Food was excellent in both restaurants...Bison burgers were amazing. Cocktails in the Ascent lounge were great as well. Overall, great for friends and families... If your are looking for a quiet romantic stay, might not be your vibe in the common areas.

Beautiful hotel!! Cozy and perfect place to ski. Troy at front desk was very sweet and everyone in valet was amazing. There was 1 particular spa Attendant inside the locker room who was very pleasant. Didn't catch her name but believe she was Asian. Would love to return.Food & drinks: All amazing

Absolutely loved our week in the 3 bedroom suite. Great service! We avoided the breakfast by cooking each morning in our room, which is the wisest decision because the DR at breakfast is notoriously slow. Dinner on the otherhand in the DR was excellent!Rooms: Refreshed rooms are very comfortable. Request a humidifier.Nearby activities: You cannot stay closer to the ski slopes.Walkability: Easy walk to the shops, lifts and restaurants of Teton Village.Food & drinks: All the restaurants have terrific food. Avoid breakfast in the dining room unless you have a lot of time.

STELLAR Experience. We cannot wait to return. The concierge team arranged every detail; from the moment we arrived until we (sadly) departed. Cannot say enough about this incredible property: The on site restaurant and bar were some of the best in Jackson Hole. The views, stargazing on the mountain, the ability to ski in and out... the pristine powder, and the family friendly ski school! Outstanding, impeccable service. Raving about their Après-Ski Cocktails by the fire... TREAT YOURSELVES if you are in Jackson Hole!

I live in Jackson Wyoming for more then 10 Years ,I provide transportation for many people including Four Seasons costumers , Please be aware and don’t left the host to open your door ,very rude and no empathy to your property !will do a damage and after will pretend cause was broken ,before you to get there! The host break my handle door and after a week of awkward investigation they told me will not gonna help me to cover the damage which is about 500$ including the labor , I did talk with 3 different managers and no one took a fair decision ! 5 years ago ,I was waiting for my clients ,right in the front of the hotel and a piece of ice bigger then 3 feet ,hit my windshield and break it as well ! They quick took decision about this incident ,do not make bad advertising cause they don’t clean the property of snow and special the roof ,be aware and Imagine if that piece of ice will fall in the head of some client,probably can kill someone with no doubt’s about that , Shame for that big and serious corporation and they can’t afford 500$ for the damage what they employer did ,to my private property ,Want to left the name of managers what I discuss :Ryan ,Peter and Sean ,I wish to left the name of the host ,but he never present his self !Rude and rasist,always show attitude if you have an accent! Stop opening the door of private properties, we can provide for free this service ,without to point for tips to the costumers !

I called this place to reserve a room instead of doing it from Expedia, only because we had a question about dog friendly rooms. I wish I never had done that (or good that I didn’t, because …) Amber on the phone was super friendly, I asked if they would give us a Mountain View with a deal so we book it with them instead of going through Expedia which I get points and have points to spend. She says hold on a second puts me on hold then cones with a deal, however a different view that I wasn’t asking for but I missed it, Booked it and hung up. The phone was on the speaker and we were driving 90 MPH, my wife said I got a valley view …Called back in 2 minutes after booking, Amber is not on her desk and no help from the other sales rep, had no idea, it felt like I’m talking to commission ppl that only care about their own stuff, she said she will call you back, No call after 20 mins, I call back and talk with another lady in cancellation, value view was never on my radar radar, ratter had a resort view for less, That lady was nice and cancelled the reservation and told me she will transfer me to Amber because I was still trying to give my business in the correct room, she comes back and says she will call you in 2 minutes. I waited maybe 30 minutes no call, at this point I was done, only my wife wanted to stay there and because of her I called back again, and I was trying to be nice and make a deal with Amber, otherwise Expedia would have done it anyways and with a deal, This was all a mistake from my side to call them, I always do my bookings without talking to a person, I thought it’s 4 Season right? The holly grails of horrid blah blah, But guess what? This location showed they are full of it. Anyways, last call I made suddenly Amber answers again, all bubbly and nice again, I’m like should we stay there when she hasn’t called us back? She listens to me but only that, and she says let me check the availability (they were all empty) and call you for sure, and she never calls back, Guess what? I’m not gonna be in 4 Seasons for life, we stayed at Teton Lodge and Spa, actually paid the same, and booked it l on the phone, no switch and bait, no fuss, none of that. And their rooms are right at the mountain not an obstructed view, I recommend you not to book this hotel based off their name, If that was how they treated us before we go in, god knows what we would have seen in there. On top of all of this, the directory guy is just pushing buttons, I asked him for a manager, sure, he sends me to automated system. How terrible of a Customer device? I’ve stayed in millions of hotels in the world, this service on the phone was equal to a motel down somewhere, only difference is that motels want your money, these guys didn’t. Snooty is the word.

Unbelievable! Still in awe while back at home & work but daydreaming about when I will be back. The Beauty of the surrounding area is breathtaking. The resort is equally as beautiful. The service and food -stellar! I really enjoyed the wagu beef locally sourced. It’s like nothing I have ever had. Every staff person we encountered were very friendly. The restaurant staff ran the whole time & still managed to be super! The rooms were perfect & beds extremely comfortable which is a huge plus after all the daily activities. There is so much to do here in the summer, I’ll try the winter next time!

We were so pleased with our stay this past week! The front staff, valet, room service, spa staff, and in house restaurant staff were all so friendly and attentive. It seemed like they were always a step ahead. The attention to detail took it a step further. The views were gorgeous, our room was clean, the food was delicious. We especially loved our lunch at the Handle Bar and our steak dinner at the West Bank Grill. It felt like there was so much to do in and around the resort. We couldn't have been happier!

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Four Seasons Jackson Hole and had a truly memorable experience. Nested in peaceful Teton Village and a few minutes outside for Grand Teton National Park, the location is prime. The room accommodation was exceptional, offering both comfort and luxury. The in-room dining services were top-notch, providing delicious meals with a wide variety of options.The staff at Four Seasons Jackson Hole were outstanding, always attentive and eager to assist with any request. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel welcomed throughout my stay.Dining at West Bank Grill and The Handle Bar was a culinary treat. The flavors and presentation of the dishes exceeded my expectations. The exquisite dining options truly added to the overall experience.I had the opportunity to partake in various activities, such as the Mercedes Benz experience, whiskey tasting, and Rishi tea tasting. My wife and I recently returned from a road trip around the Western United States. One of our stops was Jackson Hole, Wyoming, where we stayed at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences.You won't find a more warm and comfortable place than a Four Seasons Hotel. This particular Four Seasons Hotel is over and above what we expected. Our room overlooked the Tetons and ski area. We saw wildlife all from our room balcony, including a rare glimpse of a red fox. The level of comfort in the room was unsurpassable. And the service was par excellence, as expected at a four-star hotel. We wish we could have stayed a few extra days to see more Yellowstone NP and Grand Teton wildlife, but we saw more than on previous trips.We will be returning and look forward to uploading more amazing pictures. I highly suggest staying at this highly recommended hotel.

Great experience that began at booking with the concierge team reaching out and helping with all our reservations, questions and helping with logistics. The property is wonderfully maintained and the service is impecable. The food is amazing and I was very impressed with how friendly everyone was. Truly a wonderful visit, we will be back!Rooms: Spacious, great closet space. They were a bit warm, we had to ask about lowering the thermostat more (which they did without any issues!)Nearby activities: Great hiking and biking trails right outside, horseback riding a few minute walk into Teton Village. River floats, fly fishing, and animal safari are all available and can be organized by rhe conceirge.Food & drinks: Some of the best steak I've ever had, breakfast was top notch.

With friends for a cigar and bourbon event. Had a charcuterie board beforehand. Wasn't on the menu, so I just asked and it was prepared and delivered in 20 minutes. Beautiful resort. We stayed in October, so it was in between seasons. The hotel and staff were amazing. The views, food, spa, service, rooms, were all magnificent. I have stayed in many 5 star resorts and this one was right up there. We arranged a wildlife safari through the hotel and Lee and Seth were our guides and were so awesome. Extremely passionate and knowledgeable in every aspect, while still keeping it humorous and engaging. We were able to see elk, bison, mule deer, coyote, and moose. We also did the horseback riding arranged by the Four Seasons, this too was a great experience and service. Horses were very tame and the tour was easy and scenic. First time for me in Jackson and the Grand Tetons, and it definitely won't be the last. The spa has steam room, cold plunge, hot tubs, relaxation room (no dry sauna). Food was great, a little pricey, but expected. We hiked up the mountain right from the resort for spectacular views. Trails were great. Not too difficult, but still a great workout. Four Seasons never disappoints.

Very consistent!Perfect location to catch the tram and gondola to the top of the mountain. Lots of restaurants that are dog friendly. Several places to buy anything you may need. During the summer catch the concerts in the park next door! Bring a blanket to sit on and hang out!!!Highly recommend this location for your stay!

The location is amazing especially for access to skiing. They have it all figured out in terms of the logistics around ski rentals, etc. Things couldn't be more convenient. The service is excellent, as one would expect from the four seasons. My only critique would be the food... it's ok but not that great which is a disappointment because there aren't many other options around. All in all, definitely worth going back to.

The location is amazing; beautiful views, close to Teton and the cute downtown Jackson. We stayed at a residence and it was gorgeous, no detail overlooked. Every single employee we encountered was outgoing, helpful, kind, and seemed genuinely interested in our trip and how we liked things. Can't recommend it enough!Noteworthy details: The ski shop was super helpful in getting my kids fitted for all they needed, they were incredibly patient and so easy to chat with.

My husband and I were married in Jackson Hole this September and we had our wedding celebration dinner after our intimate ceremony at the Four Seasons. We had been working with Rachael throughout our entire planning process and cannot speak more highly of her. She took care of all of our questions and concerns being that we were planning this dinner/celebration from New York. All of my emails were answered in a timely manner and she truly attended to every single detail.On the night of our wedding, our server (I sadly do not remember his name) was so on top of everything. We had our intimate dinner in the library room and cannot speak more highly of the service or the food. Everything was phenomenal and we are so grateful!
