We approached this place in the dark of night. It looked like a glowing palace. After miles of darkness, we were intrigued. Was it a city? A town? As we got closer we could make out the mechanical structures and steam flows. A feat of modern humanity. Lights glowing on every pillar. It felt like a Christmas spectacle. I pulled up google maps to reveal what we had just seen. An oil refinery. Well done Sinclair 🦕 minus 1 star for the environmental impact.

Came to visit with my family for vacation. They didn’t let us in but still beautiful from the outside. Wish it wasn’t square shaped though.

Beware. If delivering anything but oil, receiving is Only open between 8 a.m. and 2:30 pm. NOT 24 hours! Also no passengers or pets! I arrived at 2:40 p.m. and they tried to make me wait 17 hours.Luckily somebody finally helped me.

It is beautiful in the evening, but Sinclair missed a real opportunity here. If they had laid out this refinery as a long thin strip along the highway instead of some squarish shape, it could have been much more beautiful. Three stars for a decent effort.

well, it’s an oil refinery. i don’t know what you want to know about this place, but that’s probably not it. from afar, it looks like a pretty jumbled mess, but i’m sure there’s some order to it. lots of train cars too. environmentally, it’s probably pretty bad, but it sure is a sight to behold. it looks uncomfortable to work at, so i applaud those who do. anyways, i’m bored on my road trip, might as well type this up. have a good one

Great place to deliver just be careful and follow truck route or else you will get a $190.00 greeting by the local police officer

This refinery is nepotistic and only cares about local workers. It's a great job and you can make a lot of money but if you think anybody at that refinery cares about you you are incorrect if you're from a different city stay there

Nice old refinery. They take useless gunk from the ground and produce the stuff that makes my car and truck go. Anyone who complains while driving by, is a whiner.

Makes the entire town stink. I don't know how people live here, and I used to live in a town with a smelter. I can feel the death in this air.
