This travel stop has plenty of truck parking as well as passenger vehicle parking. The convenient store is clean and well stocked. Great coffee as well. My only complaint is with the bathrooms!!! Very small and completely filthy. However, they make up for that with their diner "Pete's Eats". Try their totally amazing prime rib sandwich... For the area, the food is decent. I liked the pizza, it was delicious and the ranch dressing tastes homemade (I think it is)! In this area it is difficult to get staff so I try to make sure the staff knows I appreciate and respect them and they seem to respond well to me. It isn't easy to live here so try to exercise patience with the locals. If you don't like to be kind, then just move on; all the more for me! Haha

Food tastes just like the workers personality here OLD,BLAND, AND EXPIRED the liver tasted weird and had a green tinge to it i did take a couple of bites hopefully i don't start convulsing or something food poison especially from meat is no joke and a serious health concern!! and the customer service was horrendous it was like me placing my order was a bother to them??? If you dont like your job then find another one instead of taking it out on the customers.

THIS PLACE IS A MUST TO STOP AT!!!Shout out to the crew at this establishment. Each individual greeted me with big smiles and were warm and welcoming. Nick took my order and did a fabulous job of accommodating me with regard to my order. I’m a bit “extra” sometimes and like things done a certain way. They catered to my every need. I highly recommend this place. Thank you soooo much!

The food here is great! Everything tastes amazing. Props to the cook. I definitely recommend eating here. The only problem is that the hospitality by some of the staff is not professional. We felt that we did not get the same treatment as other customers while we were here. Mind you, we spent around $150 on dinner. All other guests got their food to their table while we were called up to pick up ours from the counter. Also, while ordering, we received short rude treatment. Just like at the cash register while filling up our trucks with fuel. The stares are what made us most uncomfortable. One person out of the while staff was friendly and courteous a young lady.

I give this place 1 star. hamburgers were good. like I have mentioned before in my other reviews. Strong believer in customer service .this place lacks customer service I like the place just the staff in the restaurant department lack communication skills and social skills to be more detailed the night shift. Let me get to my experience. I walked in at this moment im in front of the cash register waiting for this girl to take my order. I was respectful not to interrupt the gossip she was having with the cook I got frustrated and walk out with this kind of work ethic .no wonder why 3rd world countries are taking America's jobs and AI .what human in their right mind would spend a dollar here .

Had an egg and cheese omelet with polish sausage, the food was very good, the cashier with whom I placed the order was very nice but the other two ladies in the kitchen seem to have a problem with me or anyone being there they keep giving you weird looks, and when one of them (an older lady) brought the food I said “thank you” but she just turn her back to me and started talking with the other one. I won’t be coming back.

Nebraska’s roads were closed and all night we battled our way toward Laramie. I was ready for a good sit down meal by the time I had a nap outside Sinclair. What I received fell flat in the appreciation department, both shown and given.Upon entering the establishment I had apparently already made a mistake by having my phone on my ear and asking the cook how he was doing while on the way to a table. Things didn’t get better.The special was the chicken fried steak and comes with soup (today’s soup was a potato soup) or a side salad.We ordered the soup with the meal, and 2 extra side salads. The bill came to $24 and we added a $6 tip and waited at a booth.The cook’s assistant/cashier brought out the two salads and told us she had no soup today.She had just taken our order. Had she not sold a single special all day? So we replaced the soup with a third salad.These salads had tomato that was just added for color. Practically inedible and with 2 end pieces between the 3 salads.The cashier must only bring some things, because she brought our 3rd salad and told us that our dinner special was ready at the counter and that is where we could grab our silverware too.Speaking of dinner. Ok. Many places use the frozen chicken fried steak these days and some semi-transparent gravy mix to cover it up. Pete’s Eats was no different. A watery pudding dish of standard corn adorned the plate and added little beside our starch of choice, French Fries.Skipping over the corn, the fries were batter-like in their interior. They required a beverage to keep from getting stuck. Our beverage was water from the soda fountain in the complimentary bluish plastic cups. The water came out carbonated, which didn’t help the doughy fries to break loose from behind my Adams Apple. In case you’re still reading, the steak had a chunk of something resembling bone that my wife was confused over. One of my bites of that same steak had something that felt in my mouth like the largest artery I’d ever experienced in meat intended for human consumption.But hey, we worked our butts off getting here. I’m just gonna swallow that artery.I can’t get that $30 back. But I may be able to save you $30.Leave your appreciation at the door, and maybe just scope the hot rack for something that seems moderately edible.I tell it like it is, good or bad.If there’s a next time I’ll be more hungry and less likely to deal with a person. I’ll just gamble with the foil wrapped or plastic bowl eats.I almost forgot.Man, the toast in the picture was the best toast I’ve had all year, and I’m writing this in December.So, I guess I’ll bump this review up to 2 stars.

Bad service, bad food and expensive.Avoid if possible, food has no flavor and most likely they will mess up ur order.Worst chili on i80, and meat will be very overcooked even if asked medium rare.

I found this Little truck stop/restaurant /and store be the kindest most helpful employees ever , the food is also the best ! Thank You to Every Employee there!I’m so grateful for your warm welcoming goodness when, .interstate 80 shut down for 3 days due to blizzard conditions and extreme freezing tempatures ,every Employee was so helpful and wonderfully helpful . The entire building , the restaurant, the restrooms and showers super spotless clean . I feel blessed to be stuck there for 3 days when the interstate reopened I felt sad to leave such good people who make this little truck stop/ restaurant/store the VERY BEST of ALLMany Thank You to all the Kind good people there.

Surprisingly good food, and with the location inside the Stinker you can get everyone in your crew full.Ham and Cheese sandwich is tasty cakes, as is the Fiesta Corn DogPardon the sass of the crew sometimes, it’s just a little local flavor for you as you pass on to warmer places

This lil eatery has delicious sit down meals that are decently priced and generously sized. I ordered the smothered burrito which came with a choice of sides and was enough to easily feed 2 people! The prime rib sandwich was bomb! The onion rings came with real ranch dressing and were delicious! There's a moderate amount of truck parking and it's right off the freeway exit. You won't be disappointed eating at Pete's Eats! Props to the talented cook! 👏 👍

Ate her on the way to Utah and on the way back. The breakfast was good and my autistic child ate it all! Both of us had pancakes and eggs. Then had dinner at the request of my autistic child. The dinner was good. I had a hamburger with potato salad and my child ate chicken fingers and fries. Both times the service and staff were excellent.

At this establishment I experienced poor customer service today by a lady that was arguing with the only lady who wanted to help us for my food because she’s was to “busy” while there was no customers and she was standing around so I had to leave and I have never experienced this type of behavior at this establishment before and I go here quite often. It’s pretty sad. otherwise they have great food.

20$ steak overcooked and no flavored, didn’t get Texas toast to comes with the plate, horrible side salad, I asked for the toast and the lady at the front was changing shift and just ignored me. They have a steak grill and they don't use it. The girls who are there don't know how to cook. Don’t waste your time and money go to McDonalds.

This place has really changed in two years and not for the better.Food was good but ordered buffalo patties and didnt get them. Lady didn't want to charge us more for the buffalo, so she just gave us regular pattys instead. Idk I don't think I look hard up... didn't feel like arguing over my order.Can't substitute toppings anymore either.Couldn't take off the bacon and replace it with some cheap topping. Had to pay for both to get the cheaper topping.Said it was because of the new manager cracking down on substitutions...So we ended up with overpriced beef burgers instead of what we drove out here and asked for.When you're already stopped and hungry they got ya I guess.

I spent 5 days in here when I-80 closed due to winter conditions. The staff are niceI did the try the food it’s okay. I ordered the buffalo burger it was dry and uncooked.Anyway it’s middle of nowhere you’ll eat what they have. But good service
