Very knowledgeable on quality of dog food. Victor dog food we buy is cheaper than Chewy. The dog treats are also cheaper. Why buy dangerous food from a big-box store that has poor quality food for your best friend?

They went above and beyond for our little boy, Hammy. They treated him so well and when we got him back, they had done a beautiful paw print stone for him and they even gave us a box, as a gift, for him. The box is beautiful and so is his paw print stone. Despite them saying it was the hardest print they had to try to get, they still got it for us and did such a beautiful and wonderful job. Thank you! My husband and I can’t thank them enough!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I had to put my sweet baby to sleep a few weeks ago which was one of the hardest things to experience. Upon walking in I teared up and the sweetest lady greeted me with the warmest, most loving hug and told me how sorry she was for my loss. I am tearing up now thinking about how amazing she was. They truly care and handle your fur family as if they were their own. Thank you so much for your gentle, kind, loving spirit during such a difficult time. ❤️

If you want high quality pet food, this is the place to go. They only sell 4 and 5 star foods. Bill has been in this business many years and is a wealth of information about every brand they carry. Moving to Sheridan, I was super happy to find there was a source of reasonably priced and locally owned high quality dog food here. This store sits on the corner of Kooi and Higby. Signage says CMS Pet Products and Services. They also have free delivery.

Our Rylee boy passed away Dec 10th at 15 years old. We decided to take him for cremation that day. As my husband carried Rylee back we were told to hand "It" over to one of their employees. After asking to allow us to take him to be weighed we were told that would not be allowed. My husband reluctantly allowed the employee to take Rylee his blankets and all. We went inside to fill out paperwork and we were told he weighed 60+ pounds which increases the price, not that big of a deal but on blanket wat a queen size jean blanket and the other was an wool indian blanket. They proceeded to tell us the blankets weighed no more than a pound. We were then informed that the blankets could not be with Rylee during cremation as it would ruin things. When i said fine we would do that on our own I was charged $205. I handed the $300 and I had to help the employee count change back through my tears. We were then told it would be 2 to 3 weeks. We called on thursday this week, past the 3 week deadline and was told by owners wife that he would be ready Friday. So Friday I go out at 1130 to pick him up and he is not ready. I explain nicely to Celeste a family friend how disappointed I am and that we will not be back. She explains that the owners are not in and decided to call each of them. The wife of the owner states she will call me when done with her meeting and I never received a phone call. So Saturday morning at 11am I show up once again and am yelled at my the owner, threats of cops being called, and I only want my dogs remains. I am asked to leave once again without my dog. I am also told he will be finished today and not to come back a minute before 4. We did receive a call at 3 to come get him and I sent my son in law so that I would not loose my cool. I will never do business again with these people. Sheridan now has other options with Mountain View Vet who now offers cremation for our pets at the same price and 20 days sooner!

The only place I will go for dog food and treats! I get nature's logic for our German Shepherd and Husky mix, they love it and I love that I get them several different flavors without changing their diet. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, they even deliver!

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is thinking of having their pet cremated. They are very sensitive to your feelings of loss and very caring of your pet. They were also very flexible and timely.

My most recent visit didn't go so well. I had my cat cremated and it took a month. It took another month to get him back supposedly because the engraver was backed up. This was a very difficult experience made more difficult.
