Audra is the type to be nice to your face. That's where the kindness ends, according to her sister. Audra is extremely unprofessional, on top of being two faced. I won't trust her with my dogs anymore. Beware. It took me a while to figure it out.

Marci has been grooming my dogs for some time and she does a awesome job..my two dogs love her. When I tell them it is SPA day..my little runs to the door and squeals..she is so excited. They always look great.

I got mixed up on my pets appointment time of 1:00. The groomer called me at 1:00 and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Since I have been waiting for 2 months to get my dog groomed I asked if I could bring him down asap. He said that was fine. I was there within 15 minutes. Groomer was very congenial and did an excellent job. Really appreciated it.

The groomer was obviously inexperienced in what they were doing (simple nail trim) on a small dog. Total waste of money.On the up side, they were very nice.

Marci always takes wonderful care of our pets. This time, she fit me at the last minute when I called to bring her a very stinky, nasty smelling large german shepherd, and returned to me a lovely, groomed nice smelling large german shepherd. She is awesome!

Miley always looks so clean and pretty after her spa treatment. All of the girls are so nice and friendly to my dog. Alyssa was exceptionally nice and very caring to Miley. She does a wonderful Job!

My Poodle had a Trainee Grooming him. The cut is uneven, missed a lot of hair on the feet, Missed the inside of his back legs, they gave him a flat top on his head instead of rounding to the shape of his head. he is 11 years old and this is the worst he has ever had. I will take him to another groomer to see if they can make him look Presentable. My Girl friend is really upset with the job they did on him. Never Again!

Audra has been grooming our schnauzer for a few years now and does a great job. we have recently acquired a morkee puppy. Kind of a handful to say the least. He was matted pretty bad and his first haircut was as expected. On April 12 Audra had booth of our dogs scheduled and did an amazing job. I was concerned because one of the puppys' ears just fell down and didn't go back up. I went back and spoke with a girl about it and she said she would give the boss and Audra the message, no one called so I took Joey into the shop. If Joey had gotten hurt I needed to know so I could take him to the vet. I spoke with the manager and she reassured me that this sometimes happens with yorkies. I was so relieved! Audra is an awesome stylist and you are lucky to have her! And I am lucky that she takes such good care of my dogs.

The groomer, Marcie, is very nice and is sweet to my special little doggy. Her grooming skills are great too. I plan to use Marcie as Elvis's groomer from now on.

Excellent, friendly and talented grooming department. So accommodating to my schedule. Every staff person is so patient and kind with the dogs (I have 5 .. 185-lb Great Pyr, German Shepherd, old Lab, terrier, cocker ). Would NOT go anywhere else!!!

My dog was well taken care of and the groomers went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable and felt safe. She can be high strung and they knew just what to do to make sure she got a great cut and felt at home.

I ended up watching the last 30 minutes of the grooming. She was very thorough. She was extremely polite with me and my dog chubbs. I most certainly will be using her again in the future. She is a asset to that Petco store.
