Bobbie was fantastic!! My fur baby has never looked so good! My dog was also very happy and relaxed when I picked her up! That never happens. She loved Bobbie, too! Amazing experience and highly recommend. I will never go anywhere else again!

Mariah is awesome! I know I can trust her to do a great job and she takes great care of Katie! She goes over any concerns or issues with Katie's skin or overall health before the appointment and she gives me a rundown of her observations when I pick Katie up. She's a pet person and a people person and I can't say enough good things about her!

Laura cares about her clients and understands that my dog was never socialized so made it a point that no other dogs were around for mines appointment.Think this was probably the first time she had been professionally groomed. Made it an enjoyable experience for her.

Mariah is always very understanding with my concerns with my puppy every time I bring him in. She is very thorough and detailed in explaining what she can do to help him. He absolutely loves her and is so relieved after his grooming sessions. I just can't achieve the relife for him at home. She is the best!!

We love the groomers at Petco. They always get the haircut on his body right! The hair is cut evenly and our fur baby always comes out smelling great. The hair around his face could use a lot of work. We are always sad to see that this part is ignored. Not to mention we are never able to make an appointment that is not a whole week out. Otherwise, we are very happy here and our fur baby loves his groomers.

The grooming is great the app and policies can be confusing. I had a misunderstanding cuz I rescheduled too many times through the app cuz i had a rough month. And they just saw many cancellations and told me I wasn't welcome there after I've been a customer for years. It was very upsetting but it's been worked out. The manager is very nice there. Be careful how many times you "cancel" in the app even if it is days or more than 24 hours in advance. I'm still not too happy they want me to prepay because it wasn't my fault. I was following their policies on the app. I always cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. I also think they're a bit overpriced. Everywhere else starts around 40$ and they start at 65$ for a groom. Needless to say after years of going, I'll be going elsewhere.

It was the first time I took my puppy in for a bath. The young lady did an amazing job. Jasmin smelled great and her nails were perfect not sharp.
