DO NOT BUY THESE FISH, THEY WILL ALL DIE AND MAKE YOU SICK IN THE PROCESS. All fish from all public stores are so heavily infected with Ich that the stress from a simple ride home is enough to send the parasites into overdrive. By the time you treat for the Ich and the bacterial infections caused by parasites, the damage to their internal organs is irreparable. You will then be horrifically blamed for their deaths. They get one star because they sometimes have good deals. Their knowledge of the animals is pretty much non existent. Google gave me more information in two minutes than what they already had. Also there's only a 48 hour guarantee on their animals.

They were so nice & knowledge. Ashley is a wonderful groomer! Very caring & listens to the customer. I will definitely be back! Update - I've gone back 3 more times & couldn't be happier with the service & the prices! They are so nice & very knowledgeable. They really take the time to help you get exactly what you are looking for. 😍😍 I bought a dog harness a month ago but the fit just wasn't right (not their fault) so I asked if they would help me out with a good price on a new one even though I didn't have my receipt. They couldn't do an exchange which is completely understandable (can't give away the store) but they gave me 20% off a new one. People if you're looking for THE BEST SERVICE & people who truly know what it means to give good customer service means without just trying to just pacify you but want to solve the problem and treat your pet the way you want them to be treated this is your place! ❤️❤️❤️ Only place we go let my dog absolutely tries to jump out of the window when we pull up to go in. She absolutely loves it! Thank you Joe!!!!

The absolute BEST pet store I’ve ever been to. Clean fish tanks, betas are in their own clean vases (instead of those awful tiny cups you see most in), there’s a selection of nice kibble, treats are priced reasonably, they have great sales on toys, harnesses, leashes, and even kibble. Don’t even get me started on how awesome the staff has been. They are so helpful and sweet! This is my go to pet place in rock springs!

Such a great store. Staff is awesome helping me. Great exotic fish and feeder fish are always fealthy. I love my aligater gar. First day i have him he ate 7 feeder fish. Also he is healthy and beautiful.

*Update*This is a locally owned establishment. So besides wanting to help my community by shopping local, the help there is AMAZING!! I went in unsure of what i was looking for with 4 rambunctious kids and they were still so friendly and helpful. We ended up leaving with 2 tiny hamsters that my kids adore and i will no longer go to any other store for pet supplies. They really are the best! ** 2 years after leaving this review I still support it 100% this is still the best place to shop for your pets needs. Friendly staff, great prices and a clean well managed store.

Great price and great service. They did amazing on my sheltie mix. They got so much hair from her de shedding because she was long over do. I appreciate their price and service. I have switched from another groomer to here and I don't regret it. They also have a great selection of pet items. They didn't have my cat food and said they could get it for me. I'm happy about that.

The best price for Grain Free dog food and Urinary care cat food in town. I've never had a bad experience here. Friendly staff and very helpful. I ask questions and always get put in the right direction regardless if it's food, ear care solution or how to reduce bad breath for my fur babies. The big bird does startle me every once in awhile though haha.

Loves these guys, friendly and pretty price competitive. Crickets are great price and healthy. Feeder fish are healthy too. One of the sales associates recommend blue buffalo brand food to me maybe 7 or 8 years ago and I have been using it ever since.

All of the animals and fish here look very well cared for. They appear healthy and we'll groomed. The birds are even well tamed and love to sing for attention. The rodents are already used to human contact. The ferret cage is open so they can be played with, which is a great way to get them tame when handled by future owners. There is a huge variety of equipment to choose from. The employees are very friendly and make sure you're doing okay. Not mention, there is a veterinarian building attached, making it not only convenient for customers, but the pet shop itself. They are highly knowledgeable of their animals and fish.

My 12 year old daughter has wanted to get a bearded dragon since she was 6 and Joe's pet place made her dream come true. The staff was helpful and friendly and very experienced, the animals where happy and healthy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a pet of any kind.

Don’t recommend buying fish from here at all. Not only is their information on these animals seriously lacking but the fish will probably die. I have bought probably 20+ fish from here and they have ALL died. They either get get ick (after their measly 48 hour period where you can get another fish or money back) or you wake up and have to get dead fish out of your tank. I have fish from Petco and other stores so it’s not a lack of knowledge or caretaking on my side. They also don’t clean the dead fish out of their own tanks in store. Should have been a red flag in itself I guess 🙄 don’t waste your money here

I've been to Joe's maybe 3x's I always forget they are there 😕 Decided to get my Shepherd groomed and they definitely did not disappoint, Wonderful job...Will be returning.
