I adopted a wonderful dog from them. She was fixed and had her shots and tags, plus she was chipped too! They offer obedience services as well. Adopt a pet from them! You cant go wrong. They take amazing care of the animals and it is a no kill shelter. I cant give enough praise to them for all that they do with the community and the animals in their care.

Friendly and helpful staff. All of the animals are well cared for. They were enjoying the outdoors when we went by today. I've also seen the puppies out running in a side yard like area. I would highly recommend them. They truly care about the animals and want to get them good homes.

Super sad to have to say but my granddog got spooked while being out in the woods. My daughter looked and looked. Turned out she was picked up by someone and brought here to paws for life. From Casper. We have been trying to get her dog out and brought home but britney either doesn’t answer or adds more fees and keeps adding to it, Refuses the attempts to make payments for these fees she keeps adding. I feel like she doesn’t want to give the dog back. My daughter and grandson are devastated she keeps coming up with reasons why my daughter can’t pick up her dog.

I've adopted two adorable small dogs there, it's not until now that I say how amazing this shelter is! The staff are all very professional and at the same time friendly. My two dogs, Jersy and Salsa, (Salsa has sadly passed away...) were both very sweet! Jersey still is! I still volunteer there when I have time to..! I 100% recommend this shelter to adopt from, without a doubt!

Please adopt shelter dogs! Shelter dogs are the bomb! Paws for Life takes very good care of their dogs, and they are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, if you are a runner or enjoy walks, please stop by and take a dog with you on your run or your walk! This is so helpful and getting the dogs adopted as they are better leash trained and less anxious around people.

No kill shelter started by a local veterinarian. I've gotten almost all of my fur babies here and it's actually cheaper than getting one "free" from somewhere else. Gina, the woman in charge, is wonderful and works really hard to get people matched up to the right animals. This is also where your animals end up if the city picks them up. They take good care of them while they're there.

We adopted a dog from here during our visit. The adoption fee was fair and included the animal being spayed/neutered, up to date on it's vaccinations, dewormed & microchipped to the adopter. The workers were kind but one didn't understand how to control a very hyper dog like the one we adopted which caused our dog to be hacking for a good 3-4 hours after the adoption. The worker who couldn't handle her was brand new and the other workers had proved to be able to handle our dog. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the new volunteer causing the hacking issue and the main worker, Gina, seeming stand offish. Gina was very professional & thorough though and has definitely earned her position there.

adopted here before. My issue is they don't keep pictures of aninals updated online. I looked now and only 4 animals listed in a shelter full of over a hundred

If I could give them zero stars I would Gina was the most disrespectful person I've met she was very rude and judgemental towards me she called me very rude names I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone she deserves to be shut down
