Store is a joke just moved here and they put a half off sign on a item charged full price then I go back say something about it the sign was taken down tells me I'll have owner call me never does these people rip people should be another abandoned business left for the ghost to inhabit no respect or care for customers

The people who are employed there are pleasant. Although some of the shelves are bare common items dollar tree items. Example food storage items zip lock bags, disposable bowl covers. Hydrogen peroxide. Just to name a few. I get it being a busy business.

Absolutely hate the remodel it is cluttered and flat out a mess. No one is keeping anything picked up clothes are wadded thrown around and shoved in the wrong places. It's hard to find anything you may be looking for with the mess and piles of stuff. Also the service has really fallen off. I used to love shopping here but I'll be doing anything to avoid being a customer here again including just doing without.

They just updated the store to have a Dollar Tree side which is wonderful. They did a very nice job. They even put in new checkouts and everything. But that all goes to down when you have long lines and one cashier while you see other cashiers sitting and talking or outside smoking. It’s very frustrating and common.

Was here today and a man and his service dog were not allowed enter. The man and his dog walked to the store, so he couldn't put his dog in an auto. This is a bad place. Do not come here if you have a service dog. They will not let you enter.

I don’t shop here often but sometimes it is just right to get something cheap. Seems to be best for cheap toys and snacks. Easy to get in and out quickly.

This Family Dollar is one of the best Family Dollars I have been in in the USA! It is clean and it is easy to find everything you need in it! The staff is super friendly and we are getting to know each of them on a first name basis! It has a good family feel to the store! I recommend this Family Dollar to any that is in the Rawlins Wyoming area!

A cheap store that doesn't stand behind their products which honestly are beyond a rip off and as far as electronics buyer beware. They will not work as advertised and we'll f you buy It and it's broke or not satisfactory, too bad you own it. Never buy anything electronic here. They will rip you off Everytime. Walmart has way better products and they stand behind them. Don't be fooled. Btw this a speaker dead on purchase, now I own it. $10 down the drain.

It's a choice for shopping in this town. Although, not a very good one by any means. But, I'm not going to complain. It is, after all, the closest thing to a grocery store you can get on the west side of town. It's a much shorter walk for me than the other options in town. So, it has basic groceries and a teensy bit of almost anything you would need. Except men's clothes...for some reason...they have a decent selection of women's, but good luck finding a men's t-shirt.

This store is a HUGE mess to say the least. It literally smells like something died in there. ( probably rats from the looks of the store) Merchandise strewn all over the floor, and just filthy! I would get the health department in there. Just plain gross. Avoid it!

Here's my shopping routine: First to Dollar Tree for items I know they have, then to Family Dollar only if I have to, but definitely to City Market for produce, reduced price meats, cheese and eggs. And to Walmart to check on same and for clothing and automotive accessories. Rumor has it that Dollar Tree is buying out Family Dollar.

I am giving this 4 stars because the associates in this store are very attentive, store supervisor always mensions sales that are coming up, I have shopped at many family dollars.. this one is well ran.

There is never more than one employee in the store. If you need help don't expect it because that person is on the register. If it's busy, just drive across town.
