It's a store. They had some stuff, they didn't have others. Restrooms were adequate. Diesel made the truck go. Parking lot was clean and quiet. Met our needs. Would visit again.

The female individual who goes by the name Tee. You truly are one of the most disrespectful and rudest women I’ve ever come across. Your hospitality approach towards customers is of the worst. In all honesty I’m not sure why you would hold a job that requires customer relations. You should really be the evil cat women in the middle of BFE cause, I yet to figure out who in their right mind would want to be in your presence. However after repeated calls to corporate and with your manager in regards to your demeanor I am highly surprised you still have a job. Because of this one individual I give the store a single star, if it wasn’t for her they would receive more.

Only reason I won't give 5 stars is, the manager. Roman was my cashier, he did his job perfectly. I had an item, that wouldn't scan and Roman turned to the manager and let her know it wasn't scanning...her response, "Ok, what do you want me to do about it...?" DO YOUR JOB HOW ABOUT THAT!! Manually look the item up, go to where the item is and find the price. It's not that hard to do. Instead of treating your employees like they're idiots. Get a better person to fill her position. She's rude, unprofessional and obviously treats her employees like trash.

I went to City Market to watch the Rawlins Children's Choir carol and City Market made sure they was able to safely preform where all could see and enjoy the performance. They even went above and beyond in my opinion by giving each child a holiday cookie on their way out. Absolutely loved that they allowed the performance and that they showed such enthusiasm. Thank you City Market.

I had placed an order for a couple sandwich party trays and when I went to go check on them the day of the party the order was never actually put in. Billie, in the deli, went above and beyond to get the trays made for me with only having 2 hours until the party! The employees at City Market are amazing and I'm thankful to have such a wonderful place to shop locally!

All the employees was very friendly and helpful 😊 awesome, outstanding customer service. I use to be a worker for Kroger in North Carolina, but retired now. My husband and I have our own trucking company, and we enjoyed going through all 50 States.

The store has been going downhill for some time. Your lucky if you get a sacker and the cashier certainly won't. Digital coupons are a joke and don't work half the time. So it feels like bait and switch when I get to the cashier. With today's high prices, i feel more ripped off than ever!The cashiers often throw the produce to the sackers...bruised produce that is expensive aggrevates me! The only good thing about the store is they still offer covid protection.The management is terrible and doesn't train people to be courteous or helpful.I'm dissatisfied and I've been a good customer for years

Had a good experience until today! I used the self checkout for the first time at that store. The Christmas earrings didn’t ring up for sale. I stood there and waited for someone to help me! After a while, a lady came over that was not friendly at all. I told her that the earrings were not showing the sale price. She seemed irritated and called another lady up that had a scanner. I said that the Christmas earrings are 70% off. She said, “ Oh NO!!! They are not!” She said, “Do you want to show me?” I said yes I will show you they are down by the pharmacy. We walked down there she didn’t say a word. I brought her to the stand and 70% off showed as plain as day. She didn’t say sorry. She acted like it was wrong and then said I will have to scan it in. Didn’t say have a nice day or anything!!!! Went back up and the other lady was there and it wasn’t working for a minute. I told her that the lady scanned them in. Then she rescanned them and then walked away without saying anything. It really ruined my day! I had just got done shopping at Walmart and EVERYONE was so nice!!I am new to Rawlins and will not ever shop there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Christan was very helpful and informative. He ask where I from, my reply was Texas but headed back to Washington. Christian then helped me save on my foods by letting me know that I could use my Fred Meyer card here in the store and at the gas pump. Christian was then the attendant at the gas pump. We all should be like him, he showed holistic genuine care to me being a stranger just passing through. Thank you young man.

They have always had the best produce in town, and I have shopped there 20 years. They've finally gotten around to sprucing up their outdoors, painted new parking lines, and might even get some flowers in their rock garden. Their staff goes out of its way to be friendly and helpful and I'm somewhat sad to see so many familiar faces retire, but they were long, loyal workers. Only once did some manager screw me up pretty badly because of some false reports from my now ex-wife, and some reports from them may have contributed to me being falsely incarcerated for six months. But such is our new modern Police State, with cameras everywhere and common decency and trust nowhere. Their prices have jumped not only for meat but especially for seafood, but that may be a sign of the times. It is THE place to get filtered water, for you will creak and groan if your drink Rawlins tap water. You must get a shopper's card, or the prices would be out of this world. But with that discount, you do get price reductions. Getting the gas discount only counts for that month, no matter what the people tell you. But it is always clean, maticulate, they offer some discounted foods for us poor folks, and, again, the best non-bagged produce in the County.

The staff at City Market are usually very friendly and helpful. They are continually trying to bring in new products, ones that I look for are gluten and dairy free products. They have a pretty good selection, including a decent freezer section, breads, wraps, pizza and df ice creams. The produce section is decent, but could use some more organic options. It would be cool if they carried dairy-free cheeses and yogurt!Even for regular household products like tp, soap, shampoo, with the value card they stay competitive with Walmart and you almost never have to wait long for checkout. Their cheerful customer service is what gives City Market the edge.

Clean well organized small town market with extremely knowledgeable staff. I was passing through on a work trip and was informed that I can use my out of town shoppers card in their store for discounts so I was very happy with their customer service and pricing.

Their employees are very friendly, and living in a small town you don't have many options. City Market does its best to provide customers with an array of options. If they don't carry something you're looking for, they will order it for you. And the prices are very reasonable.

Small town grocery that's a decent size, clean, lots of choices. We don't shop at the w store, so were glad this was here. Every item we chose was fresh and before pull date, something we've learned to check in little towns. Will return.

Love the city market, sells Kroger products.I lived in Omaha and went to Baker's (sister to city market) and they sell the same products with the sales I'm used to.It has made my transition to Rawlins slot better.Don't care for Wal-Mart, and it's a huge deal to have a place to shop you are already used too

Gave it a good rating due to the excellent fuel pricing. It was almost 20 cents lower than all the big fuel stops, ie T/A, Flying J. Little tough to get my Simi in but saved me over $ 30.00 dollars in a fill up.

Gave extra star just for the employees. The cashiers especially make my day but ...the dirty store, moldy produce left on shelves and missing items after remodel. Manager is worthless and doesn't care, I'm done shopping here until it improves.
