I probably won't go back. They seemed put off by what I was asking for, a 2 foot long piece of 4x4 pine. I bought an 8 foot 4x4 and said they could keep the 6 foot part. They didn't want it. The bed on my pickup is only 5.5 feet long so I asked for 2-2 foot pieces to be cut off. They did do this for me but the guy who cut it for me acted very put off because the 4x4 was outside (cold windy day) and other wood was stacked on it...none of which was my fault. I'm willing to pay for what I need to, full size wood, cutting fee, whatever but I can't accept poor treatment even with an odd request. This is exact what looses you business. There are better choices than this place in Cody for sure, I'm not sure about Powell. This didn't used to be the case, Bloedorn Lumber used to be a great business. I recommend you strictly avoid this place. 1/10/2024.

Is what I really appreciate about this place is their willingness to work with you and help you figure things out. Several times they have identified ways I could accomplish the same thing at a lower cost. Now that is what I call customer service!!

Great place to shop. Friendly staff and comparable prices. Like most people do these days I looked online before heading out the door. Even though I am willing to pay a little more when shopping local, the items I purchased couldn't be found for less online.
