Love taking my little 2 little poodles here they always come home smelling good looking good and feeling good. I love that I can leave my little dogs in their care for sometimes 3 hours and not have to worry about them!

I am not one to ever write reviews or blast someone on the internet. This is the first review I have actually ever written on Google. However, I had such a poor experience today that I just want to make people aware. Also, I want to point out that I’m not writing this review to turn business away from there because I am not that way and not spiteful. When I called to make this appointment, the lady was very pleasant and gave great customer service! However, when my husband dropped off the dogs, the first thing the lady at the front did was yell to the back like my husband wasn’t just standing there saying “these aren’t the dogs are they?!” Which the other replied “yeah well I guess I’ll do them then.” If you don’t want my dogs there I’m certainly not going to give you my business. Anyways, we let them go still and when they were done, we were informed they do not take cards, just cash or check. Okay, that’s perfectly fine, but I’m todays day and age where hardly anyone carries cash or check anymore, please tell the customer at the beginning of the appointment! When I picked up the dogs, I calmly talked to the owner voicing my suggestions about the unprofessionalism at the beginning and the card issue. She was not receptive. I then take my dogs to the truck to realize the main reason I took them there.. was still apparent! (I needed the sap pods off their bellies). At this point I’m very frustrated so I called them again and calmly told them I was frustrated and told them the sap pods looked as if they hadn’t been touched. This is when the owner got very loud and rude telling me my dog didn’t like her touching his belly. I told her again, “that is perfectly fine, but you HAVE to communicate this with the customer!” She told me to come get my money, not come back, and then hung up on me. I never once raised my voice and I even told her that I was telling her this for her benefit so another customer doesn’t have to have a similar experience! (I am not that type of person so I never went to get my money back). The most disappointing part is that not once was there ever an ‘I’m sorry’. I just wish she would have been open to and listen to my frustration and concern and address it professionally.

My mother was tickled pink! Her dog is like her baby!! And she is very spoiled. If my mom is happy, then we're all happy! Honestly my mother Is a very hard woman too please. And you did!!! Thank you so much!!!!! If I could rate you a TEN 10!!! I would!!

Heather is the only groomer we will allow to groom Zeus. Zeus is a purebred Shih Tuz with severe anxiety issues due to an injury he suffered when he was only a few weeks old. We have had other groomers that have done very nice body cuts, but had difficulty when it came to trimming his face - where he had his injury. I cannot say Heather is a miracle worker, but she has done amazing things with our furchild
