Great store for grocery shopping or stopping for lunch at their deli for some hot food. Customer service is often very friendly & helpful or know who to ask if they can't. Their clothing options are pretty expensive though, so not really the place to get that kind of stuff unless you wish to pay a pretty penny in a pinch.

Prices are what you would expect of a grocery store that has a monopoly over a small town. That being said not really anywhere else to shop so while you are here to have to shop accordingly.

I bought food from Ridley, and food had mold when it wasn't outdated. I've seen too much food there that is outdated! Ridiculous! I bought a drink in the cold Ile and when I got home and opened it there was mold in the drink. I would rather drive an hour to Rock Springs.Please do something before someone gets really sick from your store!

Overpriced with few selections. Produce is always too ripe, or not nearly ripe enough. The meats are not cut professionally and the employees always seem put-out to help.I've never shopped here without being overcharged for at least one item on my receipt.They are open until 11pm 7days a week, which is nice and they utilize a membership discount which, like other stores, utilizes your phone number to link coupons, discounts and rewards to your purchases.

A nice store that has pretty much everything. Clothing, Food, Camping Gear, Pharmacy, etc...you name it they probably have it.The downside is that the hallways near the cooler sections are quite small compared to the traffic in that area.

We were at Ridley's in late July and were pleasantly surprised. We needed supplies before going to Green River Lake Campground and we found pretty much everything we needed, and then some. My wife is pretty picky when it comes to produce and grocery items and she was quite happy with what she found. We did not need any hardware, but we ventured into that department and found a well supplied Ace store. If you need RV stuff you should try their store. We did find freeze dried camping food there, but that is not my idea of food. If you can stomach that stuff it is there. When pulling our camper it is always hit and miss when the time comes for groceries and supplies when we are in an area we are unfamiliar with and there are few choices. Ridley's is a hit!

I get that everything has gone up in this economy, but guys, this is ridiculous. Not everybody here is rich or a millionaire, nor always have the time to drive to rock springs. The prices here are almost double on about everything. It's definitely time for another grocery store here. As busy as this store is, I believe they could be more competitive on prices. Thank you.

Ridley's has Pinedale over a barrel and knows it. Ridiculous prices on some items and good luck finding other things as many shelves are frequently empty. Their produce is deplorable; think moldy oranges and mushy potatoes. I have been shopping here for years as it's the only game in town but the people of this county deserve better. Pick up your game, Ridley's. I want to like shopping at our local store but sadly grocery day is usually a low point of my week.

I'm not a fan of this store but have no other choice. It's a 50/50% chance they won't have cream on the shelf. Ice cream will go on sale at a good price and they won't have an adequate selection or the case is empty. On their 1 day sale last week, they had no chicken breasts. They never give a raincheck for items on sale when they're out of stock. I know going in that they will be out of stock of at least one item on my list. It's always crowded with boxes in the aisles. And more than once I've purchased ice cream they left in the aisle too long and it's melted and then refroze. I actually hate this store. I think it's poorly managed.

This is one of the worst markets I have ever experienced..... It is managed very poorly. I thought Bashes was bad at Crownpoint, New Mexico on Navajo, but this one far exceed their issues.

Love this little store. Has what we need when ever we come to town. Randy was our cashier and he was very friendly and nice. He went above and beyond taking care of us and nicely folding a shirt for us we bought. Thanks so much, we appreciate it!

The first time there was the ice cream I bought was melted and refrozen. The second time many of the shelves were empty and steak cuts looked poor. I also was not able to get an advantage card because the system wouldn't respond.

I am here visiting my sister who lives in Big Piney. We did our shopping and stopped at the deli for something to eat. The 2 working back there were so unfriendly!!! Wow!!! Then I needed to use the restroom before we left. I had no idea where the restroom was. I looked where I thought it would be. The lady in the pharmacy said "ON ISLE 7 LIKE THE SIGN SAYS!!" I told her if I knew where isle 7 was I would go there! The people that helped me today were extremely unfriendly!!!! Except the ace hardware people!! They were great!!!!!

Good selection prices seem in line. Staff was unfriendly to the point of being rude. Cashier refused to acknowledge any of our attempts to engage him, he seem to hate tourist. Maybe this should become a company tag line “Tourists Go Away”.

I love this store it’s far and away more convenient than driving an hour or so anywhere else. The prices are fair and often lower than larger chains. I bought a thing of this food club bacon for a steal of a deal and it was great. In fact come to think of it there were a lot of great deals scattered around the store.

I dislike going into Ace and having somebody who doesn't know tell me no rather than asking someone who would.... tonight I walked in for some Christmas lights and saw like maybe 20 boxes on the end cap and I asked the kid "is this all the Christmas lights you have?" And he said "a....yes that's all we got..." disappointed I walked around the store and over by automotive what did I find? Yep u guessed it! More lights!! It takes maybe 30 seconds to ask a question and about 10 seconds to reply to the question. Instead of sitting on your rear, why don't u done or by walking around that department to find out what it is Ace hardware sells!!?? 🤔

I like this place. First of all, they have quite a bit of inventory for being so far out of the way trucking routes, so props to that. Second, they’re actually open later unlike everything else in Pinedale.

I have been to many grocery stores in my lifetime but the people that I have encountered in this store is just AMAZING! So friendly and helpful and have never made me feel like I was interrupting their jobs when I ask questions.However this is the 1st time living in Wyoming where Case Lot Sales happen!! What a Huge Plus!!

Well now, let me tell you.. I travel year round with my 5th-wheel camper and visit a large number of grocery stores. Ridley's is in the Top 5 that I have ever visited! Variety, quality, price points, and finally the exceptionally helpful staff; it's everything you would want in a grocery store but seldom experience.For me, as a Disabled Veteran on a fixed income, I want to express my gratitude for the fair pricing. I know that it is difficult to do in the current, Democrat induced economy.

Good selection of food for most necessities. Although lacks a selection of organic and vegan food options. Very good options for 90% of probable shoppers including fresh fruits, vegatable and meat options. Although maybe lacking Kosher and Halal options.
