Buckys staff is friendly, knowlegeable and helpful. I called after a day of riding my 22 Khaos and hearing the fuel pump whistling throughout the day, which was a recall issue due to the fuel filter. When I spoke with Justin on the phone he was very helpful, and aware of the issue and confimed they had the part in stock to do the fix. When I arrived the staff was very welcoming and even gave me a hand setting up my ramp and unloading my sled. The team at Buckys really understands the meaning of good customer service, I've reccomended them to all my riding buddies.

WOW! Everyone at this store/shop was very helpful and friendly. We stopped in a couple times and purchased some gear including warmer layers we needed and some Klim goggles and extra lenses. They have a great selection of gear. I cannot say enough good about the people there! I even tried to talk them out of the shop dog! But I was unlucky in that. My husband needed insoles for his snowmobiling boots and one of the super nice guys there laterally gave us his personal, new spare insoles he had in his truck! We were blown away by the kindness. We'll go there whenever we visit Pinedale !

On a recent trip, I shredded a motorcycle tire and was having a hard time sourcing a replacement.Bucky’s outdoor is the best stocked store in town. It had several tires, assorted tubes, plugs, and other motorcycle parts.Sandy, the owner, repaired my bike on the spot. Very reasonable prices for parts and labor. Also gave us advice on routes, tires, etc...Can’t say enough nice things about this shop. If you’re on the CDT, stop here.

Me and my Brother in law just bought to New RZR Turbos from Bucky's. The owner and the office lady did very thing they could to give us a great price. Sandy did a great job. I would Recommend buying any new Polaris product from them.

I was broken down in Jackson on my motorcycle, and from out of town. So I got it down to the crew at Bucky's. I got there a little late and they stayed open to help me get all the paperwork filled out. Fixed my clutch issue first thing the next morning and had me on my way. Customer service is top notch, every employee is extremely friendly and respectful. There is not another shop in the entire state of Wyoming that I would recommend over Bucky's. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Bucky's. You will not be disappointed.

Can't say enough good things. I bought 2 used sleds from them Oct/13. Coming from out of state, Debee was awesome in quickly getting the titles sorted out. Gary was helpful in clearly reviewing the condition of the sleds with me on the phone (bought sight unseen) and when we showed up, Sandy, the owner, even gave my sons and me a thorough tour of the shop and yard...and we picked up the sleds at 9pm on a Saturday! I would go out of my way to buy more sleds from Bucky's in the future. Class operation, excellent product knowledge with great customer service.

Karen made our trip! We took a somewhat spontaneous anniversary trip to Jackson Hole. The one thing my husband really wanted to do was rent a snowmobile, but every place in Jackson Hole was completely booked- tours and rentals. I called Bucky’s in Pinedale and they had exactly what we needed AND they delivered it to Bridger National Forest for us so that we could just hop on and go. Jake filled us in on the best places to go and even where to drive and get coffee and a snack. It was a great day and Bucky’s made the trip!

Bought a used sled and it had problems and they are getting right on it. So far I'm damned impressed. If they honor their 30 day warranty and fix what is wrong then I'll get my new sled from them. Great people and you can talk to them and they listen. So far I'll recommend them for your atv needs. Good job bucky employees.

I shredded the rear tire on my motorcycle between Rock Springs and Pinedale. Sandy and the staff were amazing! I brought the bike in and they had me back on the road in three hours. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend!
