Rude staff at the front desk. Our cabin didn't have a functioning coffee maker. We talked to the front desk lady and she handed us a paperclip to try to fix it saying it could be "plugged". Never had coffee available in our cabin, so we walked to the lodge each morning. No cream was available at the coffee station, so we went to the same lady at the desk and she instructed us that's not her job. She told us to go into another dining area and look under a cart and take some from the cart.Snowmobiling was wonderful, but don't spend the night here. It was dirty and had broken light fixtures, broken coffee machine and cobwebs.Rental staff was terrific!

I wouldn’t be writing this review if it was the first time experiencing this here…… very poor service. Came up to the bar to grab a bite to eat at 3-4pm on a Friday, 3 people in the bar/ restaurant. Sat a table for 15-20 minutes while getting eyeballed and starred at by the bartender that didn’t appear to be busy at all and just chatting it up with the 3 people sitting at the bar. I’m sure they are doing very well and don’t need our business, that’s fine. Just very disappointing as that place could be great! The last time I was there, we had 1 beer each, and asked the bartender for an another and got cut off! lol, first beer of the evening too, apparently they don’t like to be asked for any type of service. Probably the last time we’ll ever stay here. Stay in Dubois or Jackson!

My wife and I stayed at a cabin while we were out snowmobiling, they were roomy and nice , WiFi was brutal for trying to stay in touch with friends and family , great trail system and they went up and beyond to help me out with my snowmobile when it was having clutch issues (thank you again)All in all a good place to stay

We stayed in one of the many cabins they have. It was clean and comfortable with a kitchenette including a small fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker. A little pricey, but we were there for peak summer season. The only problem was the wifi. Abysmal. Made you log in, watch an advertisement, provide your email address, and then it wouldn’t stay connected or reconnect. Otherwise our stay was fine. We probably would stay there again.

Paid $300 per night, had wifi but did not work. Pull out sofa was so worn that it was just wires. You can't check in until 4pm, so if you are coming from a long drive across the country you will have to wait. Restaurant is only open for breakfast, then again at 5pm for dinner, again, people are traveling and they want to eat and get in there rooms, this is busy season and should be open to accommodate the travelers. Restaurant staff was very friendly but the menu is very limited, and the coffee was horrible.

This location was great. The beds were super comfortable. However, the food was not great, it is run by Aramark. There is absolutely nothing around so unless you are willing to drive into the park to get food, you will be eating Aramark. Very little lighting in the rooms, no AC, no fridge in the lodge rooms. Coffee maker was nice but only left us 2 k cup pods. I called the a few days before I stayed and nobody answered the phone. I was on hold for over 20 minutes with nobody in front of me. When I got to the lodge, it was almost empty nobody waiting in line so that confused me. Dated and a little dirty.

Rooms are full of bugs. I killed 4 flies and found 3 dead ones for a total of 7. I had a spider crawling in my bed. Long women's hair was found on my pillow cases and throughout the cabin. The cabin was not very clean. 2 sets of blinds were stuck in the lowered position. Severely overpriced. WiFi did not work in my cabin. The door is not sealed at all...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, during our second night stay toilet overflowed so we had no way to use the toilet and I called their emergency number multiple times and no one answered my call, for us to use the front lobby restroom that lobby as well closed from 10 P.M until 7 A.M, basically if you stay here and your room toilet doesn't work in the night after 10 P.M you have no way to go to restroom and when you call their emergency number they don't answer. Before I checked out at 7 30 A.M from the hotel I went down to lobby and told about the problem they said they will send maintenance guy at 8 A.M that's when they start their shift is what he said which is so bad. We had to pay so much money for room and had to go through the pain with out proper service being provided. After coming back home I called them and informed about it and they say sorry unfortunately they cant do much with that emergency what I went through is what they said and ended the call.I am very disappointed with their customer service when it comes to room service in emergency..

We had a weird split room between the hall. They supposedly have room service but we never saw them in 4 nights. We emptied our own garbage. First night we ate at the saloon and never went back. $18 for the soggiest “smoked pulled pork”. Disgusting. The remaining nights we ate down the road at Hatchet resort. The only thing this place has going for it is location and lack of competition.

Hotel was nice and clean but did not have fridge or microwave, one in our group has medicine that has to be kept cool. The breakfast was priced high but was very good.the best part of our stay was the staff. super friendly especially Margaret (I believe that was her name) who worked the breakfast bar. she was a true treasure to have met.

About $400 for a cabin that had not been vacuumed, had worn out weather stripping on the door so there was a spider and some bugs the moment we walked in, and useless Wi-Fi that makes you sell your soul before connecting. Nice staff, but awful value.Rooms: The cabin has 2 separated rooms, being the bathroom and the bedroom/“living room”Food & drinks: 20$, seems to be closed Sunday. No complimentary breakfast.Noteworthy details: SUPER spotty Wi-Fi, get like it was being turned on and off multiple times every few minutes. Had to watch a Nissan ad and add yourself to a mailing list before connecting to Wi-Fi, as if paying for rooms wasn’t enough.

Very disappointing stay at this lodge. The photos online are not accurate of what you will experience upon arrival. The front of the lodge and lobby area are nice and well kept. Our room was anything but that. The carpet is worn and pulling up from the floor, every piece of trim is scuffed up and dirty, the plaster is coming off the walls in areas, the furniture was worn and dirty, the sheets were worn out and had stains on them, the bathroom was dirty and the toilet did not work properly. I had to duck to keep from hitting my head to get into the bathroom and had to bend over to use the mirror. The dirty coffee pot is placed in a closet and there is no way to control the AC unit. The mattresses are worn out and nearly 15 years old. The price charged for our room borders on criminal. The only positive is the location and 2 of the ladies at the front desk were pleasant to deal with, but you will have a much better experience staying at the Hatchet Resort just down the road.I left feedback and provided my contact information to the site manager through Aramark who owns the lodge, but have yet to receive any communication in regard to my concerns. I'm not typically too concerned about a room to stay at, but given the $291 a night rate (with taxes) and the quality of what we received, I felt I should warn others.

Today I had the pleasure of going snow mobiling with Harry and wow what a fantastic ride!! From the get go he was so helpful. He even gave me his own gear, heated socks, gloves and goggles and it certainly made the trip more enjoyable not having to worry about being cold, and that it was! He made sure to stop for photo ops and was knowledgeable about the trail and was just over all a great guide! I can't wait to go again!!

Very pricey for a mediocre hotel at best. Rooms are dated and dingy. The tub was dirty with hairs left behind all along the tub/bathroom counter. The sink & tub did not drain properly and the coffee maker was broken. No microwave/mini fridge nor AC in the room (if staying in summer). Would’ve rather spent a little more to stay in Jackson Hole with way better accommodations. The photos of this resort do not accurately represent what you get. Only plus side is the location/proximity to the Teton park.

The rooms were okay- but the restaurant was way overpriced for the food you got. Breakfast cost my husband and I $48 and we couldn’t eat the scrambled eggs nor hash browns. Very disappointed- it was located so far away you didn’t have any options of anything else.Rooms: Need to be updatedFood & drinks: Coffee was terrible

The Lodge has gone downhill so much. Arrived at 1:30 with a sleepy toddler after a 6 hr drive and we’re told by the young man at the desk the policy to check in is 2pm. Told us to go to the bar for food and drinks. Then they told us we will have to get it to go because they close at 2:30. The parking lot was empty so not sure why he couldn’t have checked to see if our room were ready. Every hotel I have been to will let you check in early if possible. We have been going there for 6 yrs. And since Aramark has taken over we have heard and noticed the negative. The staff is not happy and it shows. Breakfast consist of rubbery eggs, limited selection and served in a to-go bag. Yet lunch and dinner are served on a plate and the quality is great. The breakfast was so bad that the guests joked about it all week.Happy hour for package guests has been cut out as well.Hats off to the bartenders, snowmobile rental crew and guides. They are the reason we go back, although we are seeking other winter getaway options. Some of the best employees there over the years are gone. Some of the worst have stayed.

My parents and I stayed there about a month ago. The staff was very friendly and the cabins were very clean and cute! It was so convenient to have a restaurant and gas station right on site. The surrounding scenery was absolutely beautiful. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay there again.

Small isolated facility far from the crowd in Jackson. Perfect for hiking, relaxing, site seeing. They are updating the lodge and cabins. With shortage of help, they are doing an amazing job of caring for guests. The bar sandwich selection is not the usual burger and fries. Absolutely delicious! My daughter has allergies and they met her needs with a smile and no extra charge unlike Jackson. I cannot recommend this charming lodge enough!

This place is clean, reasonably comfortable, but old and tired. The customer service is not consistently good. During my 4 day stay I encountered individuals who were pleasant, well informed, and clearly understood the hospitality industry. I also encountered several staff, specifically wait staff in the restaurant, who seemed like they were “put out” by having to work there. On our last day we were told to be ready to be picked up at our cabin by the airport shuttle van precisely at 9:30 am. We confirmed this time the night prior. At 9:50 we contacted the front desk who seemed unaware of our pick up. We were subsequently shuttled to the airport. We learned that the driver had “forgotten” our pick up that morning and left without us.The resort’s website does not accurately describe the place at all. It boasts amenities and great restaurants that no longer exist. It describes something that once was. Dinner meal choices and quality were average at best. The breakfast menu consisted of pre cooked meals which were re heated when ordered.Overall if you don’t mind worn out rooms that aren’t cleaned very well and you’re using this place as nothing more than a place to sleep and store your gear then it’s acceptable. The snowmobile guides and rental staff were all outstanding and second to none. They were friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and clearly took a proprietary interest in their jobs and the business.
