Be aware of paying at the pump. I got $15 worth of gas. Checked my bank account later and there were 2 pending transactions from Coffee Cup #5 (this gas station)…one for $1.00 which is typical for a gas transaction. The second is for $125.00. I called my bank and they said it’s a pre authorization and should fall off within FOUR days. In the meantime, I’m out that money. They were also out of gas cans. I had to drive a mile away to the hardware store to get one. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because it’s conveniently off the interstate and pretty clean.

Food ia top notch! All homemade down to the bread. Clean well maintained place. Now, the prices are outrageous. 2.40 for 1 cookie. 549 for some crab bites. If you are doing a reset, get ready to spend a little. Food 5 stars prices 1 star. Service was ooooook.

We live in the Moorcroft area and have been buying gas and other stuff from Coffee Cup Fuel Stop for years. We used to love them. My wife and I decided to quit doing business with them very recently, because within the last several months especially we pull up the pumps to buy regular gas with 10% ethanol and they are out of it. And there is no indication that they are out of that gas until you are ready to use the pump and nothing happens. No cheap gas comes out whatsoever. This has happened to both of us now about 3 or 4 times, and I refuse to buy their higher and more expensive grades of gas as it almost seems like it is a setup. Finally, we've had enough. We now buy almost all of our gas in Gillette. Seems to me like really poor management anymore.

The diesel pumps do not have any method of paying at the pump and the phones do not work. This leaves you with the only option of walking 200 yards to the counter inside then waiting in line to turn the pumps on and have them enter your odometer and driver ID. Unacceptable inconvenience for a truck stop.

This gas station has it all. Plenty of goodies inside of a lot of pumps for gas. There are several restaurants and a coffee shop inside.

The coffee from Caribou Coffee inside the gas station is fantastic and the ladies that work the coffee shop are very friendly. This is pretty much the only gas station on a long stretch of highway in Wyoming but it is a nice gas station with plenty of gas, snacks, beverages and even gift-shop type stuff for those who are looking for Wyoming or Western gifts to send to the folks back home.

I get coffee at caribou coffee every morning and it’s usually wonderful. Whoever they had there today has made me never want to go back. She forgot about my sandwich and then served the next person, then when I got my sandwich it was still frozen. Worse service I’ve received going there.

Very pleasant experience here this evening. Fuel prices were cheaper than at one of the big three even with my discount. No bio diesel junk here either. All of the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Heidi’s deli has any kind of sandwich that you’d want. The prices are a bit high, but they do use high quality ingredients. Love the pickles too. The store itself was clean, inviting and well stocked. The only negative that I can think to mention is that the parking lot is not very well lit. All in all, a great place to stop. Thanks guys!

I dealt with Dianna twice. She is very professional, gracious, and accommodating , a real asset to your business.Great place for fuel for both truckers and RVs. Large easy pull through gas pumps at diesel and regular gas. Fresh deli sandwiches and breakfast all day.

This review is for the Pizza Hut and sandwich counter only. Waited almost 30 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. The place was not busy. Asked the staffer twice for an ETA. Both times he went in the back, talked to someone and then came back out and ignored me. No update, no communication whatsoever. So I thanked him for checking and left.Aside from this experience, the place was fine to gas up, clean rest rooms, lots of snacks.

We've been driving from the East Coast and this was one of the best gas station stops we have been in. It was very clean, great selection of essentials and gifts. And the sandwhiches that were made fresh to go were pretty amazing. I almost bought another to go. This was a great stop off point, before driving the rest of the way along our route.

Stopped for the night in semi, Heidi's Dinner inside had amazing amazing food, very clean store and I have high standards and did I say food was amazing! The store has everything you need along with clean restrooms. Lot is gravel and rain made it muddy but we didn't mind, the store and food made up for that.

This is a really nice truck stop. Decent coffee (which i've never experienced at a truck stop before.)Great parking. And there's a school across the street to walk your dog or kids at.Wish the air compressor had a little more power. Hard to get to 120 psi with it.

This place is amazing! We stopped there and it was super clean and well run. My eight year old daughter left her favorite Ohio State sweatshirt there and we discovered it an hour and a half down the road. After a phone call, they agreed to send it to us. Amazing! Such great service and people!!!

In the world of truckstops, this one is Top Shelf. You’ll wish all truckstops were like this one. Excellent bathrooms. Great coffee bar. The building/facility itself in its design, details and finish are above most others. I’m glad I stopped. 70’s and 80’s soft rock set the vibe, “woman, right down the line”🎶🎵

A 16 ounce thermos brand container is not a thermos as defined by its average 64 oz capacity and should not be charged as such. Its way too much to pay for 16 ounces of coffee. Its been one year since i stopped coming in because 90% of the staff couldn't figure this out. The straw that broke the camels back was when a the cashier who i told them that they were wrong told me that it would be considered a theft if I didn't want to pay for my coffee. I was willing to pay for it (and did) but I wanted to put my point across that yet again they were over charging me by well more than double but when someone who i had been willfully overcharging due to ignorance calls me a thief that was it for me.One year that's just bellow 14,000 dollars in fuel in that year and who knows how much more in food and fuel additives(a lot). I let it happen too many times (dozens) and that is my fault but good lord the math isn't that difficult.

Great place to stop. Clean bathrooms and nice deli. They took gluten allergy seriously and changed gloves and cutting boards and went above and beyond to ensure no cross contamination. Super friendly.

Great place for truckers and all others interested in great food and amazing coffee! Homemade sandwiches on homemade bread! This one has egg salad and pastrami with avocado.

This place is awesome!! Great hot food selection. Thick delicious soups and fried foods for lunch and a great breakfast selection in the morning. Also wide selection of freshly brewed coffees. Very clean. Friendly people. Plenty of truck parking. Not paved but nice and level. Open 24hrs. I will definitely stop again.

Best truck stop. Free truck parking, lots of pumps, truckers lounge, shower, laundry, lots of fresh hot food. ALL the TV channels you could want! VERY nice bathrooms, station and supplies. Best fuel prices around.

Didn't stay long, in and out.But they have a few washer n dryers for truck drivers, a good selection of snacks and premade pizzas n burgers n chili etc.Decent size lot.Day time, not crowded. Tuesday.

Great place to go after a long road trip of taking showers at campgrounds. Haven't bought anything else there besides gas and showers. Nice shower rooms, reasonable price for the shower ($10), clean facilities and friendly staff.

12/21/17 8pmNo washer fluid at the pumps, no towels in the shower. The single towel I was given was only large enough to dry off a 3 year old.There was only lukewarm water from the shower and I had to empty the paper towel dispenser to dry off the crest of the way.This place lost a 140 gallon fuel purchase today not will I ever fill here again.

Cute shop with larger variety. The bathrooms are clean and best of all, they have toilet seat covers! This was the first place since Kentucky that had them.
