These guys turned an elk around very quick for me. The shop is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. Meat yield was 55% of hanging skun/quartered weight, which isn't real high, but it was a young cow with a shot-up shoulder which didn't help.

James and his team did a fantastic job processing an elk for me last fall. This summer we ordered pulled pork and all the sides for a large family reunion (nearly 100 people) in the valley. Called weeks in advance to ensure I knew where they are at and that they intake moose. Come time to bring it in, drive 45 minutes and then they say you need a reservation. Who can make a reservation if you have no guarantee you will tag something. Ridiculous...

This is our go to for meat. The package options are great, the meat is always fresh, and I love the customization is a huge plus. It is always clean and they sell other necessities like milk and eggs which is helpful.
