Long wait but food was good. A worker named kolt or something like that jacked around and instead of focusing on the customers, he was trying to mess with his friend. The cashier (his friend) was very appropriate and ignored him the best he could. My suggestion if you have young kids learning, the manager should be around up front to see whats going on.

Not bad for being almost the only food option in town. The 2 guys working were both friendly and easy to talk to. They ran out of a few things like avocado. That said supply issues aren't the fault of the sandwich maker so we can't hold it against 'em.

So glad we stopped here for our road trip break! Sweetest staff & convenient to the highway. Even though they are renovating, the place was clean, bathroom well stocked & the sandwiches were delish.Outside picnic table was a nice feature for our three grandkids!We especially appreciated the coffee they brewed special for us, as they were done with coffee for the day.Will stop in on our way back home!!

The crew at this Subway were so friendly! I have a gluten allergy, and they were very nice about it (which is rarer than it should be for food services). They took special care to prevent cross contamination (got a new knife for the GF bread, washed hands, got new gloves, etc). This was easily some of the absolute best customer service I have ever received, and the best customer service I have ever received at a Subway!

We stopped here on our way to South Dakota, and it was wonderful. The customer service was great, and the veggies and bread were fresh. Also was able to plug in and get a little work done before driving again. Highly recommend.

I drive through Lusk about 6 times a year (3 trips, one stop each way) and always stop at this Subway for lunch. The new owner of this place actually recognizes me each time I come through and strikes up a conversation! Incredibly impressed with the customer service here - wish I could find service like it more often.

Was stuck in Lusk during the blizzard, and this was one of the few places to eat. The day Lusk reopened we chose to dine in there. The employee was very kind and accommodating while we ordered. The store was clean and organized. We had left a bag there and didn't realize until about 4 hours on the road. The staff offered to hold it if we came back through, but ultimately offered to mail it back, they went above and beyond. Will definitely stop here for a bite to eat before leaving Lusk if you are hungry.

We visited the restaurant on Sunday, July 4th around 1PM. The bathrooms were very clean and the 4 gentleman working were very polite, patient with all customers and even suggested different sandwiches to us. They deserve a huge thank you for working and not complaining about how bad they have it.Keith

This subway is the best subway I have had, hands down. The owner was so polite and kind, the bread was perfectly soft, the ingredients were so fresh, and the subway itself was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be stopping at this location as we are passing through again!

Came in here because we were passing through and needed some lunch. Clean and quick! i dont usually leave reviews but the staff really blew me away, everyone was so kind to eachother- how they spoke to one another and worked with respect and thoughtfulness of one another. food was good as always. thanks guys! well be back! *staff was Amika and Troy-didnt catch the other guys name. keep being great guys!

The service was horrible. There was a decent line...no hurry on their part. My wrap meat was heated and just sat there on the wrap while the clerks looked for cups, re-arranged bread and whatever else they were doing. She rolled my wrap in a great big ball.. I had to ask her to cut it. Of course it was cold...sadly they are about the only game in town when traveling .

We stopped in there last night on our trip back from denver to ND. It was close to closing and the staff was more than happy to accommodate our orders. We have been on the road for hours and needed something to eat. They were friendly and I highly recommend stopping in, the sandwiches were on point and I'm definitely going for a sandwich next time we drive thru. Thanks guys 5/5 💯

I think the food will be fine but I need to respond regarding the staffing. Three young men—very unfriendly, dismissive, and I don’t think a dingle one of them smiled the entire time I was there. The woman in front of me asked how much chips were and the young man said, “I have no idea.” The manager came out and told her. When I mentioned that I didn’t think they had very good customer service and that I felt they weren’t very friendly, I actually had one of the young men come out and give a rude gesture to me. Won’t stop here again.

Genuinely friendly staff, helpful and generous. Served us near closing time with our 5 young children as we were passing through the state on a road trip. They were patient and served us above & beyond. Thank you! Fresh vegetables were a blessing to nourish our family after a long day on the road.

Ended up stopping for gas in lust Wyoming and decided to stop for a subway sandwich of corse it was noticeable that I wasn't from around here and the gentleman Tyler who made my sandwich made me feel so welcome. I have never felt more welcomed by the community members for this same Wyoming town! Tyler was so friendly and made sure that he had everything right before finishing our sandwiches. On top of it the gentleman who walked in behind us overheard it was my boyfriends birthday and bought our sandwiches! We need more people like Tyler and the gentleman who went out of his way to make someone's day

Ordered 6 in sub with wheat bread. Turkey, bacon, guacamole. Added swiss cheese, banana peppers, lettuce, and mayo. May be my new favorite. Good service.4 star rating because the Diet Coke was not diet coke, may have been hooked up wrong.

Just stopped for dinner here with my family. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us tips for our road trip ahead. The food was fresh and well stocked. The restaurant was clean, including the bathroom — which also had a changing table.

Was traveling and our appetites were getting the best of us because towns were few and far between. Had stopped twice but nothing was appealing so we kept on trucking! Was thankful to stumble on this Subway! Not all Subways are the same, even though they claim to be! Although their toaster was broken, they made up g or it with the quality and taste of their sandwiches!
