We visited July 29, 2021 and the horses were beautiful. My oldest daughter is a big horse lover and absolutely adored this place. I wish you could feed them! We did get to pet the horses close to the center and we seen the ones running free. The center has great souvenirs. I wish I bought more soap cause I’m almost out of it.😢The center was very clean and the lady at the desk was nice. There are restrooms available as well if need be.I need more soap!! Wish I could buy online!

Touring the Pryor Mountain mustang range was the highlight of our Wyoming vacation. Steve was a great host and he and Nancy made our trip extra special. We saw a great many amazing mustangs in beautiful mountain settings. Steve shared his vast knowledge of the mustang bands and their Pryor Mountain heritage. This tour went above and beyond our greatest expectations thanks to Steve and Nancy.

We saw four horses just inside the gate, but then didn't see any more. Still, the views were stunning. Well worth the drive.

This was an amazing drive! We stopped at the office and got great info from the lady working. We found a bunch of the horses, and saw a lot of other animals. The terrain was fantastic too!!

Went in October, one of my favorite places on our trip! The building was closed when we arrived but I was able to message owners, and she came right up, and opened up for us. Lots of great souvenirs, and she gave us great info about finding the herds in the range. So helpful and friendly, we ended up finding a herd in the Bighorn canyon and the little girl in me was so happy to see these beautiful creatures roaming free! Thank you!!

The employee inside was so helpful, she gave me very clear and easy directions and a map of the horse range. Lots of little horse themed goodies here as well.

The center itself is a nice little place to stop and learn about the wild horses & enjoy some nice conversation. The tour is the perfect way to go see the famous herd if you don't have the 4-wheel drive to get up there yourself. Steve and Nancy are both extremely knowledgeable about the horses and are fantastic hosts for your adventure.

A little apprehensive at first, I quickly realized that this was going to be more than I had expected. After a few minutes with the owners Steve and Nancy you begin to realize that you are in the best of hands. What an afternoon!!! We saw over 70 wild Mustangs in there natural habitat. Steve's passion for the Mustangs and his clients merge on top of that mountain to create an experience that our group will not forget. Steve has a great understanding of Native American culture and local history. He shares that to make the tour so much more than a Mustang tour. His knowledge of the mountain, ability to locate wild Mustangs and his expertise of traversing the trail make Pryor Mountain Wild Mustang Tours "the way to visit the Mustangs". Thanks for an unforgettable afternoon!

The lady who worked here was very helpful and marked on a map for us where to check for the wild mustangs at Bighorn Canyon. It took us three hours, but we finally found some :)

Nice people. They told us where we were likely to spot the wild horses. Very few horses were showing themselves out in the range, but we did see 3 of them. Even better, we saw some big Horn ewes with young in tow. I wish we had time for a guided excursion. Hopefully next time.

Beautiful! Visited in October, not very busy at all, very windy, but sunshine was warm. Did see wild mustangs and big horn sheep. The homestead was interesting also.

We were unable to attend but they were very nice. My family is out here from Indiana for vacation and they were very nice and accommodating. We had a scheduling conflict on our end but will definitely be there next vacation!!

A must see! We were blessed too follow 3 male mustangs down the road. They stopped at a large mud puddle on the side of the road to get water and splash and roll around in the puddle. Amazing

Beautiful little museum celebrating the wild mustang and it's history in Wyoming. Live horses to see on premises, knowledgeable staff, cute gifts, see it all in about 15 minutes or stay for an hour.

Great place to get info about where to go and what to look for when driving up into the Pryor mountains. Great mustang info and lots of cool local art work featuring the houses and surrounding areas.

Nice place to stop to learn about the Pryor Mustang herd in the area. It's small with about 15-30 minutes worth of interpretive displays and several books to browse or buy to learn more.

Haven't been there yet. I was just checking the horse sanctuary out. I'll be going through there and thought I'd stop in and visit with the horses and the people there. I am a horse lover! Can't wait!!
