Toilet didn’t flush correctly, the receptionist wouldn’t change our room or get maintenance to fix it. She suggested we try to fix it ourselves, or flush by taking the back off the toilet and working the lever that way.The beds were advertised as Queens but much closer in size to a double. The bed was also sunk in the center. Other guests were drunk and loud for hours around midnight and were not told to quiet down even though they were in the same building as the receptionist.The “hot breakfast” is not an amenity, it’s a coupon for the restaurant. That’s misleading. Plus the restaurant doesn’t open until 7 and we had to be on the road by 630 so we couldn’t even use the coupons! The breakfast was a factor in why we booked this hotel.Wouldn’t stay again.

We were there for a VFW conference and they did all they could to accommodate us.As I had a Service Dog, they did all they could to accommodate the two of us.And didn't charge extra for him.The room was clean and well maintained.We both enjoy the stay there.The staff did everything they could to take care of us and their restaurant was great.The cook there actually made special pancakes for my Service Dog!I was impressed.I will stay there anytime I'm in the area.Good people, good staff. 👍Rooms: Clean and well maintainedNoteworthy details: They did everything they could to accommodate my Service Dog, and with no extra charge for him.The restaurant there was good and they even accommodated my Service Dog.A big "thumbs up " to them 👍Staff was very good and friendly.

The room was decent, alarm was preset for 5 am unbeknownst to us. Since we were then up, we started to get ready to depart. Went outside with the dog and went back in to get bags. The key was locked going forward, and I was stuck outside for 20 minutes in -8° degrees. Other than that, it was just peachy.FYI, our room was on the opposite side of the building from the front door, as a paying customer I should not have to walk around in the cold and dark, when wrongly being locked out at 5 a.m. to regain entry.

Loved the restaurant and the complimentary coupon from the hotel was a nice touch!! Bed was super comfy with nice clean sheets.Walkability: The restaurant is just a few steps from the motel and would eat there everyday if I lived in Lander.

We stay here every year for about 3-4 days. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Always a good night's sleep. The location is great as it is close to everything downtown. There is a great little restaurant on the premises as well. The prices are fair. The pool is an added bonus, but it could use some work. Parking is good even if you have larger vehicles. We look forward to staying there again next year.Rooms: Rooms are basic but clean. Good air conditioning and a few basic amenities.Nearby activities: Just steps from downtown.Safety: Well lit and plenty of activity.Walkability: Very easy walk to many nearby options for food and shopping.Food & drinks: Mawmaw's kitchen is on the premises and is a great place for breakfast.

The Travelodge is not where you go for fancy accommodations but the beds were comfortable and the AC worked. The thing that made this place shine was the help. I felt like I was their favorite guest. I was treated with respect and they exceeded my expectations for kind and caring service. Krystal and Joe truly stood out. Next time I am in Lander I would be delighted to stay at any hotel they worked at. They were fantastic. Thanks for helping us have a great stay.

The room was nice.But the pool and hot tub were disgusting and had not been cleaned in quite some time. Definitely not worth the money spent on the stay.The breakfast was nice and our waitress was very good.Food & drinks: We were given an 8.00 credit per person to have breakfast in their restaurant. It was very good, and the service was quick.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place (we've stayed at Travelodge's before and they have never been my first choice). The place is older (or looks older), but well maintained. The room is bigger than normal with a nice comfortable king bed. I used 15k points, so IDK what the price was. We stayed in Lander earlier this year at a big hotel chain and we will come here next time we are needing a place.

Everything was great except the bath did not have a working plug. I would have liked a bath instead of a shower, but a shower was okay. Otherwise things were great. Clean, friendly, great service. I did not mention the bath issue to anyone so they had no chance to remedy it. I was on a quick through trip heading to a funeral so just wanted to rest.

Service and location are great.I had to park in a dirt parking lot on a rainy day. It's kind of a bummer that the back lot is not paved.Rooms are clean and just ok. Not every room has a mini fridge.

Unexpectedly good hotel. I booked last minute as I was passing through Lander. Staff was very kind and helpful, they're pet friendly, check-in was a breeze and the room was spotless and smelled fresh.The bed was so soft and comfortable I wanted to take it with me. I would definitely stay here again.

It was clean, house keepers did there best. Everyone was very helpful. They claim you get FREE BREAKFAST not the case. You get a one time $8.00 voucher for each one person, at restaurant next door. Not good at all. Sausage and gravy was sour. Pool and hot tube where green, hot tube was cold, has no heater to heat it. No one ever cleaned the pool or hot tube while we were there. State law reads you have to check and clean every day. You could go to the restroom and take shower at the same time, toilet as close to tub as 5inches not exaggerating.

Stayed in one of the double queen rooms. The hotel is older but clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool is dated and not the cleanest but still enjoyable. One word of caution to those with young kids is the shower tub was slick and they slipped a few times. The hotel give a breakfast discount for the breakfast with a restaurant on the premises. So this is slower than a contential breakfast but better food and service. Overall, good experience.
