Cute hotel on the edge of town. Checking in was really quick and easy. Room was a bit small but I just needed to stay for the night so it worked. Very clean and quiet. Would stay again.Nearby activities: Restaurant with great food in the same parking lot.

My wife and I stayed here while out on a motorcycle trip. Our room was clean, and cool when we arrived. Check in was easy, and quick. The room had a fridge, microwave and a coffee pot. The A/C worked well, however it was pretty loud, it rattled the whole wall/door The location is great, there is a convenience store across the road, there is a restaurant next door, and it is also within walking distance of a great bar too.Nearby activities: Restaurant next door is great.

That's a motel NOT a hotel.. And even one of the worst ones. Be aware folks!Don't get confused if you look at pictures of the rooms provided by the "Hotel". It's a motel with a parking lot in front of the doors.We booked a family room with a "spa bathroom" which was the most basic & small bathroom I ve ever seen.. including old yellow shower curtains and black mold in the corners.The pricy room should include a barbecue and a terrace with garden views. Nothing of them was there and the front desk ignored our advice of these mistakes in their room description..They just said that the room-description is generated by the portal and they cannot do anything against these "wrong" description.That's just a scam!Breakfast was basic, some coffee, bagels, yogurt, that's it.. The room for breakfast was very small.At least we felt safe but I wouldn't pay more than 90 $ / night for a double room thereRooms: Old Motel rooms with a very basic and small bathroomNoteworthy details: Don't trust the pictures of the rooms

For the price, this is a nice motel. It is clean and safe. The complimentary breakfast is minimal and we ended up finding other options in town for breakfast. The mattresses were very firm in our room which was fine by us but may be too firm if you’re used to a soft mattress.The unexpected surprise was the nice platform overlooking the creek. This was a nice place to relax at the end of the evening.The hotel itself is probably worth only 3 stars, but the whole package for the price point earned it 4 stars. We would happily stay there again.

So I had booked the venue for my wedding ceremony earlier this year, almost into last year, and my first interaction with Jeff Patterson was the absolute best. Not only did he show the Lodge Building where the ceremony was going to be held, but he also allowed us to use the full building for all of the girls to get ready. Fast forward to a month and a half before the wedding, Jeff reached out to me to make sure the date and time was still good to go, as we had payed the full amount on our first encounter (which by the way they strongly recommended we book the venue as soon as possible; the earlier the better). Jeff was so professional and completely understanding because we had people cancel at the last minute, so our final number of attendees were cut nearly in half.When it came to the night before the wedding, we were allowed to set up as much decorations as we could before locking up for the night, and there were even extra chairs, as Jeff had taken the extra precaution. Bless the one staff member who was alone to run back and forth to unlock the door for us, at least twice.The day of the wedding was truly amazing. There were no problems and we were in and out in about an hour or so.When I stayed in my room the night before, it was mesmerizing. The room looked nothing like the pictures posted on Choice Hotels, and that is a good thing I promise, It was very clean and smelled wonderful. The bathroom was HUGE! All of the groomsmen had a great time hanging out in the room.Super thankful for not only Jeff, but the front desk staff as well. I missed the original time for check out, so they were able to extend the time until 1:00, with no questions asked. Very friendly and accommodating. Choice Hotels picked the best place to present awards to.10/10: I will definitely book through them again, not only for when I renew my vows, but for if I want to get out of the house for the night with the wife.

Stayed 3 nights on a work trip and would not stay again. The wifi only worked one day, the cable didn't work at all, the shower wouldn't maintain a constant temperature either freezing or scalding, and there was a funky smell when you walked in the room. The continental breakfast was as bare bones as could be, bagels, and cereal is about it.

This is an older property that has been nicely renovated. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The staff there was friendly and there is a great restaurant on site. I would definitely stay here again. However, the ice machine is way too far from the room we were in. It'd been a cruel walk had it been in stormy weather. That would be my only complaint for this property.

Really exceeded our expectations. Stayed in a room with two doubles and a mini sitting room. Clean, quiet, and just plain nice. Staff was great. Mattresses were a tad hammock-y, but still extremely comfortable. Excellent value for the money.

This is a pleasant yet basic motel. I stayed here last Friday and again when I got back to town Monday evening. Friendly and helpful staff with good attitudes. The room was clean, expect for a moldy shower curtain which was replaced immediately once we let housekeeping know. The pillows are lumpy- most likely because they have a poly fill and have been used one too many times. The hot tub is not working, which was a bummer since I had just finished a backpacking trip and needed a soak. The breakfast available was just fine- they had oranges! A rare sighting these days to see fruit available. Overall it's a fine motel, and I'd stay here again.

3+1/2 stars.(2021 update) This is our 4th stay here. This time our room was on the backside of the property. The room was nice. It had it's own sitting room. Bathroom was in good shape. The continental breakfast has to be the worst of any hotel I have stayed The variety is zilch & their coffee is now Folgers.Previous stays were in rooms that smelled musty. This time we stayed for a few nights in a handicap accessible room. It was great. It looked like it had been recently upgraded. A few nights later, we moved to a standard room & it was musty smelling, just like the previous visit. A visitor who came into the room immediately confirmed this. The room's decor was unlike the handicap room. Maybe they are cycling through rooms to upgrade them. I know it is difficult to air out rooms, but I have been to many hotels that do not have that smell.Generally, the room & the beds were clean. The coffee in the lobby is better than at the Oxbow next door. If you sleep in, you will be woken by the sound of running water in the showers of adjacent rooms. Not a lot of variety of channels on the TV & there is no channel guide on the screen. Generally, a little pricey for what you get.

Great price. Top notch cleanliness. We got the suite. Absolutely huge room. Living area with table, chairs and tv. Nice big long size bed. Huge bathroom. Plenty of storage. Nice antiques. The place is a rad bit dated, but I am amazed at how clean everything is. Continental breakfast is a little limited, but still worth it.

Stayed here 4/3/21 and 4/16/21. Very friendly woman at check in, I believe she was one of the owners. I ask lots of questions about the lander area. Rooms are a bit dated but clean and well appointed. Price was good and the location is great. The building on the outside looks like a log lodge, very cool. Will stay here again for sure next time through Lander.

Front desk staff was great. They had positive attitudes and were very upbeat and friendly. We stayed here passing through on our way home from the 2017 Eclipse. Even after all the craziness surrounding the eclipse, the ladies up front made the stay very enjoyable and were very helpful. The room was huge! It had a kitchenette that was a pleasant surprise, and was very clean. The shower was super nice, and the bed was comfy. Thank you for a great end to our amazing eclipse journey. Will definitely use this as our go-to spot when in the area again.

Was expecting this place to be great from all the reviews but was disappointed. For the price I was expecting more.Cons: Pricy. Our room was dark with the one overhead light being very dim. There was no chain lock or deadbolt on our door. The bed was clean but very uncomfortable, no comforter but an itchy woolen blanket. Shower was hot the 1st night but luke warm the rest of our stay. The TV remote didn't work and was dirty.Pros: staff was great, very friendly. Lots of parking. Pretty deck with chairs and tables. Walking distance to town and restaurants. Next to the river. Quiet.I probably wouldn't stay here again but I can see the charm.

The night girl could not get the door open on the room i was suppose to be in.I have stayed here many times through the years because it was comfortable.They where completely full and when I arrived there was a sign on the door telling people they were full.After not being able to get in the room that was waiting for me. Management had her give me another room. All the beds had on them was box springs. By 2 PM in the morning zi could barely get up and walk. I had to sleep in my pickup. I hope this tells people what a hotel will pull on you to get out of over booking. The mattress is probably on the flɔɔr in another room to make extra beds.

Shady hotel. They charge me $89.99, which is full price for the room I got , twice! I have two full payments taken out of my account. They have refunded one amount back but I still have the one payment of 89.99 taken out. I have tried and tried to contact the hotel to get this resolved but they don't want to reply back.I had canceled my room due to an emergency, and I was told there would be a $80.00 cancelation fee, which I was fine with. After a few days I saw they charged me full price for the room. I contacted them and Sarah said she was going to take care of everything. I saw she took out another 89.99 payment that same day. At this point I have had $89.99 process out of my account twice. Yesterday I had one refund payment of $89.99 go back to my card but this still leaves me back to square one of being charged full price vs the cancelation fee.Next time I am staying in Wyoming I doubt I'll ever stay here due to how little customer service I have received regarding this issue.Beware for anyone that cancels with this hotel, they might try to pull a quick one on you too.I thought this would have been a good place to stay based on all the wonderful reviews I read on here and bookings. I was going to rewrite my review on bookings but the hotel had deleted it and I was not able to write another one ! Now why would they delete my review 🤔 ? With this getting deleted I bring this down to 1 star, 0 stars if I could.

Great motel! Our. Room was clean and spacious. The staff was personable and helpful. Breakfast was medium - better than skimpy ones but less than others. Highly recommend this motel and town.
