Staff wasn't as helpful as other Ace stores I've shopped. Store is somewhat organized by still felt like I had to search for everything. I will shop here again but only because it's the only place open on Sundays.

One of the biggest Ace Hardware I've ever been to. Lots of selection. I kind of got the runaround from the staff on searching for items but after asking a few times I finally found what I was looking for. They still open later than I expected which is appreciative. I love Ace. I can almost always find what I'm looking for. Thanks folks

Sunday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend.. I’m working on a project that I purchased the day before at an auction. I realize I need some parts so I check the ACE website, it says yes they have them and I can pick up today! No wasted trip to town, no wasted fuel running to Riverton. I love being able to verify that the parts are there before I even go anywhere. Both the Riverton and Lander Ace stores carry a multitude of items, things that you normally don’t find in an Ace. The staff are always helpful and friendly and makes for an enjoyable trip to town.

If you’re looking for a place to get fish or anything in a timely manner 10/10 would not recommend going to this worthless place. Sat in pet section for legitimately close to an hour waiting for an employee to come over and help us get fish. After we requested help more than once, and were told they would send someone over. There were seriously like 10 employees in the store, and some how none of them managed to actually help us in anyway. Eventually just left with no fish. So that was cool. Yolo.

It is a great store and they have many selections of everything. They even have free popcorn. 🍿 I enjoyed looking at their pets, but I was sad that they were in such small cages. All in all, it is a good store.

From out of town, had a nut fall off our new installed shocks. The 2 gentleman helping us were awesome. Borrowed us tools to put one back on, let us try the nuts out for correct size before buying. They went above and beyond. Thank you

Waited for 15 minutes after asking for help 4x still no help in pet area watched the girl in that area get her coat and leave never did come help just sat in office. Wasn't Dee though she's very friendly and helpful.

I rated this store but didn't notice it was in another area. My rating for lander ace is basically I love it but people are not very cheery. I understand things are rough but everytime I go in and check out I'm greeted with a very unhappy person who acts like she hates everything. If your gonna be in that kind of job where you have to deal with people then you should learn to put your issues aside while your at work and not bring them in with you.

Very nice people. They can help you find anything. I mean literally anything. If they don't have it then they sure can tell you where to go. Even though everyone gets busy they always help their customers and treat them with great respect.

The person who made copies of our keys not only chose the most expensive color option without consultation but then completely muddled up all the colors so it's taken us months to work out which keys go to which door in our new house. We were too busy moving to worry about complaining at the time but I'd say closer supervision for your new or young employees would be helpful.

This is a typical hardware store. They have a pet section, which seems weird for a hardware store, but I guess in a small town they need to diversify their selections. The store was busy, but they had two registers open and employees circulating. I easily found what I needed. I also brought a dog chew to the register, but it was mislabled on the shelf, so I asked her to put it back. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

We waited 40 minutes for service in the fish department. We asked at least 3 different employees, including up at the register, and someone even came over to help people who arrived later than we did with bugs, and left us there waiting.

So on top of being a great hardware store these guys have a great fish store. They have a good selection and taken credit of. I just special ordered fish. Came just as promised at a great price.

Honestly it’s insane how HORRIBLE the customer service is! How in the world does it have 4 stars it should be 1! Your staff treats elderly AWFUL! And I’m sure most of them would flip if their parents or grandparents were treated in that manor! I really hope you guys do something about this soon!

Went in with simple question at key place, waited 10 min, asked someone who called the key guy, waited another 5 or 10 and he finally comes over with another customer with a bunch of keys. Didn't even acknowledge us standing there, just proceeded helping the other guy. Finally, when he started the next round of key making, we interupted with our 30 second question. Bad service!!
