1 of the nicer Holiday Inn's. The service from the staff sets them apart. From the front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast. These people truly care about making sure your stay is pleasant. The breakfast staff is top notch. I've stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn's, this is the 1st one the staff asked every single person how breakfast was & what could they do to make it better. And they meant it!!

Stayed on the way to the Tetons. Elavater seemed like it needs work and it wasn't very clean! Room was on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. Room key did not work to get back in the side door or back in our room in the morning before we checked out. Breakfast was good though!Walkability: Walkability to Safeway and other nearby stores is a plus.

Needed a place to stay for the night and walked in here to be greeted by Jennifer. The elevators were down and all she had left was third floor, she discounted due to that and also discounted and price matched for us! The rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable and as always the breakfast was on point.Big thanks to Jennifer at the front desk and I hope at the very least when management sees this review that they thank her for her great customer service and awesome personality. This is the type of person you want to keep with your company!

They are clearly definitely having staffing issues. The rooms were clean, but in the three days We never got our room serviced . We were taking our trash out of our room for three days to bring it elsewhere. When we got there after a very long drive, the room was not ready because of the staffing issues. We felt like we were an inconvenience at breakfast to the breakfast staff. We paid so much money for each night with minimal service and amenities.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would be. We stayed this last weekend and we will never stay there again when we visit family in WY. Sunday morning, my husband went to take our 3 small children to go swimming. Who I’m assuming is a maintenance man came rushing in letting us know the pool was closed because he “had been off for a week & no one else had thought to check the water so it was not suitable to swim.” We had taken our girls swimming the morning prior where at least 3 employees coming in and out of the pool area who didn’t say a thing about possible contaminated water. The whole stay we were fighting to get our keys to work and the hotel is aware of the issue (yet had done nothing except post signs around talking about “finicky” cards and readers.) Lastly, the maids are thieves. Yes I know we are adults and should triple check the room but somehow we missed our children’s brand new body wash & shampoo in the shower as well as my husband’s brand new work shoes. We immediately called the hotel when we got home for them to tell us “we have nothing in our lost & found.”

Room clean, bed comfortable. But juice machine had zerojuice. Orange and cranberry out. Then the apple juice virtually had zero juice, just tiny bit of water that had an apple juice residue. So no juice was available. Omelets and sausage okay. Good coffee. Pool closed indefinitely.

Hubby and I took a trip to Lander for the day and decided to stay the night. We have stayed at several of the accomodations in Lander but enjoyed this stay the most by far and decided to extend an extra night! Standard king room was comfortable, clean and just super. Very large screened tv with enough channels to enjoy for the evening. Breakfast served from 6-10 am if I recall correctly and it's not your average "free breakfast" . Excellent variety of choices and tasty to boot! We have decided when we visit Lander this will definitely be our resting spot. Thanks to the staff for making our trip just perfect.

My home away from home! Everything about this hotel is top notch, which is why we stay here when in Lander! Staff is always friendly and treat us like family. The room, pool, and breakfast make it a great place to stay.

Mia and her amazing staff was simply phenomenal. They made our stay fun, rewarding, educational, and rewarding. Every time something came up, her outstanding staff went above and beyond their normal duties to make our stay 100% better. We highly recommend this very clean and reasonably priced hotel for your stay in Lander. Oh yeah, their breakfast was simply phenomenal and their selection was incredible. Well done everyone, you made us smile and feel like kings and queens.

A great stay! Our room was clean, as was the pool (which, to be honest, was the main reason we stayed there. Chuck a Wyoming kid into a hotel pool and they immediately think they’re on vacation!). Also, after wandering around the neighboring grocery store looking for ear plugs and coming up empty, I asked the front desk for some as a last ditch effort in hopes of sleeping through my husband’s snoring. Well, lo and behold, the kind staff rummaged around and found me some! A great night’s sleep in a clean, comfortable, and safe hotel….what more could a person ask for?Two thumbs up.

Still the best hotel option in the area, but sad to say the property is not in as good of condition as it once was. Though it has plenty of things to like (i.e great location, modern rooms, great service etc), it's hard to get past the need for a good cleaning when you pay for a premium room and it's not up to the standard you come to expect from Holiday Inn. Cobwebs in the corner, mold in the bathroom on curtains, pealing paint, fingerprints on every window etc. Hopefully the management takes an opportunity to spruce things up for spring.

Came in rather late but Don at the front desk checked me in quickly and was very accommodating. A bit pricey but probably the nicest and newest in town. King size bed with plenty of huge soft pillows, the bed was comfortable. Nice modern room with a very large LG Smart TV and most regular cable channels. Very spacious shower with good water pressure and plenty of lavatory supplies. Forgot my toothbrush so Don got me what I needed, no charge. Full hot breakfast omelets, sausage, biscuits n gravy, hot n cold cereals, full assortment of pastries n breads, fresh fruit, and a fridge with assorted yogurt, milk and silk milk. Brilee was beyond helpful with a late check-out. Having a grocery store and gas station right next door is ideal.

Best hotel ever!!! Great price. The best pool and hot tub, with a pretty blue color, it was just painted! They were very warm, the temperature in both just right. Rooms were very clean, spacious, nice, and comfortable. Staff were very kind, always there to help us with whatever we need! Great breakfast, great service. We will be back.

Very clean, and friendly staff. Good breakfast, just all around a great hotel. The reason for only 3 stars is because of just a few issues...When I went to check in, I was told that my reservation had been canceled... I told them I didn't cancel it, never got any notification it had been canceled, and had even called just a few hours before confirming it, and requested early check in. It was kind of a headache to get it all straightened out and took about 20 minutes which was a bummer. The man checking me in and even the manager on duty had no idea what had happened or why. Then when I got to my room, at first glance it looked like it had been ransacked. Every drawer and cabinet was open. I'm thinking this was the maids way of saying "it's all clean" but definitely startled me.

We stayed here for a my Grandma's funeral . The staff was very friendly and caring. They met our every need. Dee was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed from kitchen. Very friendly. We had clean rooms as well as quiet. We would highly recommend this place. Well worth money. Amenities were great. Thankful we had such great service at such a difficult time.

Great place with a hot, safe breakfast. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. You can even reserve a time in the gym or pool areas. The bad part was some missed parts in cleaning the room after previous guests. There were crumbs from a kid's snack we didn't bring on the floor and some streaks on the bathroom walls.

Staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was also kept up nice and clean. Complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good too. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel itself is nice and the beds are comfortable and clean. But if you get booked in room number 213 be prepared to listen to a constant buzzing at various frequencies below you. It was an absolutely annoying sound and the beds and flooring had a continuous vibration. Even my kids who sleep through just about anything were up most of the night. It was a terrible sleeping environment. Upon checking out, we realized the entire hotels mechanical room is right below that space.
