Three stars because it's just okay. They're really isn't a big variety of stores on the reservation, so this store brings food to a food desert, which is good. You should know however, that this store is not indigenous owned. Yes, it brings jobs and food to the reservation, which is good, but don't think your money is going back to the reservation. The groceries are pretty overpriced. I guess that's to be expected in such a rural location.

Has plenty to offer being out of the way but on a we'll traveled road. If your on your way to Yellowstone and need something, it's a good place to stop. Its a grocery store with a small deli. Coffee is fair, could be stronger, but will do.The gift shop next door has a lot to offer also. A bit high but that's probably the going rate around here.

When I'm in Ft. Washakie I always visit this little store. The staff are friendly and helpful. Store is always clean and organized.

This store is a good place to stop for everyone. There fruits and vegetables are fresh and there prices are good for such a small store. What ever you want you should be able to get a short list or long they will help you find it.

I use to work there, it is very neat and they take great care in consumer quality and customer care. They accept EBT & WIC checks, which is very convenient for traveling. It is conenient sized, and the staff are awesome!

Shopping experience at Hines General store is easy, convenient n its on my way home. The store has a great meat selection and it has alot of items like the bigger grocery stores.
