Great casual bar atmosphere. There's a bar side and dining side if you want to sit where it's a little more quiet to eat, but you can bring food and drink on both sides. The burger was delicious, although their default is a little overcooked for me. My fault though, I didn't specify how I wanted it cooked, but still really tasty! The pizza was also delicious! Great Italian style dough, on the thinner side, crispy on the outside, a nice chew to the inside.

We went here on a Sunday for lunch, and it was packed. Outside we found a free bench and enjoyed the beer garden. It’s a lovely area. If you enter the bar/restaurant you have to order in the corner of the place. They have a Variety of foods: Burgers, Pizza, Fish & Chips, salads and more. You get free refills for drinks and have to get them yourself. No table service other than bringing your food out. We ordered and had to wait for more than 50 minutes for the food. It’s been okay though but kids were very hungry. When the food finally arrived one kid didn’t like the “fries” bec it were like roasted potato grids, like waffle fries, and not normal fries. I liked them but we could only eat half of it, bec it was too much. We also had to go somewhere else with the one kid for different food later. Other than that the burgers were great, especially the meat, and the fish and chips basket was also nice and crispy. Atmosphere outside is great! Nice garden! Info. There is one shared restroom only.

We were looking for a place to fill our bellies and we CHOSE WISELY! First time eating here, visiting from out of town and we LOVED IT! I had the MUY BUENO burger and my friend had the PINEAPPLE EXPRESS, both with the most amazing sweet potato fries. I can't wait to find a reason to return to LANDER just to have another helping of the GANNETT GRILL!!

We loved Tony's pizza and the roof top deck and have visited there for years but they sadly have closed so we had to find a new place. The Gannett Grill will do! LOVED the outdoor space. How cool. Ordering was odd and we weren't sure we were "doing it right" but we got er done and the pizza was pretty good but the outdoor space is what would bring us back.Parking: Side street is a one way oops!

Gannett Grill was the premiere place to grab a tasty burger and take a moment to take in the amazing town on Lander. We stopped here on our adventures and we were not disappointed.The staff was incredible and the food was one of the best borkers we have ever had. With so many unique and fun variety of burgers you'll be sure to find one to suit your taste.The atmosphere was cozy and neighborly, fun and funky.Come in as hungry as a dog and leave with a smile and wag.

Whenever anyone comes to visit Lander or even Fremont County, I always recommend Gannett Grill. I've been eating here for the past 12 years and I've never been disappointed. In my opinion, they serve the best burgers in Fremont County and maybe in the state of Wyoming. Their pizza and salads are also delicious. We love the outdoor seating and the fun atmosphere. The service is always positive and friendly. You can't go wrong eating here.

Awesome atmosphere and great food. I got the Rock Chuck Dip and the meat was so tender and juicy I had to make sure I wasn't eating a live cow. Highly recommend this establishment.Vegetarian options: Salads

Beautiful, laid-back outdoor dining experience. Super chill vibe. Dogs welcome! The food is OUTSTANDING. We are in town once a year, and it is at the TOP of the list of stops. Ordered many things, and literally, EVERYTHING is delicious.Vegetarian options: Several options for the Herbivores in the group.Parking: Parking on the street can be somewhat difficult depending on the time of day. However, a little walk is worth it!

This place is amazing! The food was absolutely delicious and I’m already looking forward to the next time I’m in Lander to eat here again. They are very pet friendly as well which was definitely a plus on this hot summer day! We were able to eat out on the nice shaded patio with our pups

Great place! Adjoined you’re the Lander Bar and next to Cowfish/Lander Brewing. Wonderful patio with mature trees. Great menu with vegetarian selections available. Sandwiches were good. Maybe the best portobello sandwich I’ve ever had, seriously. Didn’t have the burgers or pizza but heard those are their specialty. Staff is friendly and full of good cheer! We will be back!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! This was my first time and I’ll definitely be back when I come back to visit the family. We enjoyed the large patio with shade trees overhead, and we had our food brought to us by very polite and professional staff. My burger was so delicious that I would’ve eaten a second one if I had room for it!

Juicy burgers and delicious fries! Really all that needs to be said. I got the Bonsai burger and it was everything I expected it to be. Plenty of seating inside and a huge outdoor seating area as well. If you want to host a meeting or small event, the while upstairs is available to be reserved as well.

SOURDOUGH CRUST.... need I say more? It was Excellent Pizza. We had the "new guy" helping us order. I grilled him a bit on the different named pizzas and what was on them. He wasn't the sharpest yet, but was eager to find the answers. The kids enjoyed it too. We got to eat outside on the porch which was shaded by trees. Such a beautiful little blip in our summer. PS Bathroom is NOT ADA accessible.

We ate here with our friends who live in the same town. It was a little chaotic finding where to order. The wait for food was a little long, but it was busy on a Saturday evening, maybe that's why. It was interesting sitting outside under the trees on picnic tables. It sprinkled on us a little bit. My waffle fries were too crispy, I could taste the potato, and I didn't like it. While eating our food, we listened to a young lady sing. It was not my preferred genre of music. There were 15 of us in our group, and I believe most were satisfied with what they ate.Thank you!

Sometimes the ball gets dropped and unfortunately this was one of them. The place looked great the bbq sauce was amazing. Unfortunately the fries were burnt and all of our burgers were medium well at best when we asked for medium rare. I also cut myself on the table and I asked for alcohol wipes or anything that would help and nobody seemed to care.

I love the awful smell of the trash cans in the parking lot, it really sets the stage and prepares you for the experience. Enter the restaurant and stand in line for a good 5-15 minutes to order, the cashier will of course prioritize the phone. Once you've cleaned your table and are ready to sit down be sure to pick up something to swat the flies away. You'll be lucky if you get your food within 30 minutes so block out an hour or more. I prefer when my hamburger comes out like an old leather shoe, the alternative is still mooing with a bun soaked in grease. If I really want to keep it down on my way back through the parking lot, I go with a pizza.
