They don't honor their marked prices. Price at the register is usually higher than marked on the shelf. Grass seed marked as on sale not honored at the register. Numerous items also price not marked. Every time I see this place I pray for a Home Depot.

I and my Husband stopped there to get socks I was there yesterday bought a pair of new boots. My husband bought the same pair at murdocks for less. The lady was helping just fine when a rude nose pierced girl says no not with out a receipt i was already 10 minutes plus waiting. I was a bit upset and stated I don't have to buy boots here, she said fine I went home to hudson went back and nose pierced girl said she would have to take care of it she was short and non comunative and rude will not be back. I have spent thousands at this store but will spend my money else where

Fraud alert! I was charged exactly 1 or 2 dollars more than the price on the shelf for every item I bought. When I told the cashier, she replied, “I don’t know what to tell you. I can’t change the prices.” I do know what to tell Bomgaars… I can’t imagine ever returning.

Time and again, and again, and again, Bomgaars charges more at the cash register than what the price is on the shelf. Today, the $4.29 shelf price for a quart of oil came up as $6.99 at the register. This is not this first time this has happened, or the second, or the third. It happens every time I go there! Every single time!!!! The dishonesty is amazing!

Watch the pricing on what you buy. I bought dog food and bar code matches price on a adult dog food not the small dog one I bought. Was charged $2.00 more. Take a picture with your cell phone or write down the price shown on the shelf. Was told by employee they are short handed and it causes errors on pricing. If you can go to work for them and get it right you'll be hired. The manager of the store is the bottom line responsible for the shotty work and not supervising these emplyees.

Purchased a $75, 100 ft John Deere water hose only to get home to find water inside and then find both ends easily came off because they had never been crimped. It cost me $50 in time and gas to drive back to Lander to return the hose just to be told this has only happened a couple of times and no explanation of why a returned defective product had been placed back on the shelf.

Excellent service most of the time. There selection is top notch you can find some good deals here like the plumbing section or the candy area they have. They sell do it your self shots for your pets. So if you took the vaccine you can go get your pet the same vaccine it's easy to use.

Great store! They have all sorts of automotive stuff, tools, clothing, shoes, boots, and so much more. They also carry some really good beef sticks from some place in Iowa! 🐄

Went in looking to price some hog panels and they had exactly what I was looking for. Bonus, they were on sale too and even delivered to my house for free. Great staff, friendly and did business with a smile. I'm glad I stopped in to price panels today. Will go back for other needs.

I shop and spend quite a bit of money at this place because they have good quality products and we don't have many alternative places in the area to get these products. However, some of the staff are very nice but there is a handful that are rude and I ran into one today that acted as if I was stupid because I was "exchanging" a product for the exact same one but a different size and it had been a gift. They wanted to charge me an additional $10 to exchange because I didn't have the receipt. They didn't allow me to talk to the manager but did end up exchanging it straight across after awhile of arguing and they insisted on having the last word. This person after all was done then acted upset and was not friendly about my additional purchase. I usually let these things slip but it is happening more often that I get rude customer service there. I was not able to discuss it with the manager so I am sharing in hope that others do not get this kind of service there. As far as products I would rate them a four but I feel customer service is half the score. I was taught the customer is always right and to at least be nice if you had to tell them something they didn't want to hear. I "will" try to reach out to the manager so that no one else has to go through this experience.

It was very good the service is usually very quick and professional even for a farming store. My family and I go there regularly and we never regret buying what their selling. They have a lot of good stuff go in and see for yourself.

Its finally nice to have a feed store in lander,Wyoming where you can purchase things for chickens,dogs,cats, and even your live stock of your in a pinch. As an extra bonus they also sell clothing, boots, and have a good selection of tools. Comes in handy in a small town, saves you from having to drive 30 minutes to 2 hours to a bigger city makes these simple purchases.

This is the only place in town where I can get my cats food required for their health ( Hills Science Diet/ Urinary Hairball ) at a decent price. However I'm a little disappointed that the women's clothing section has reduced to so little.

They have everything you need to keep your hobby ranch going. Horse supplies, cat supplies, water/irregation, fencing materials, and tools. Competitive prices and a great staff. Everyone at the Lander Bomgaars has been so helpful and friendly. My dog loves to go with me and pick out her favorite dog treats in the dog section. This is the first place I look when I need any supplies.

It is a store where you can find most anything you want and at reasonable prices. Lots of tools, animal feeds, clothes, boots, tractor supplies etc. Even some Montana silver if you want to get fancy. Stop in.

Good selection. We found the process to be comparable or even better than local competition. They had a bucket sail going on when we went, anything you can fit in ether bucket was something like 20% off. You have to buy the bucket for a few dollars but I still saved more than I spent on the bucket, and you can use that bucket again next time. I thought it was a fun idea.

My husband bought a Yardmax Gas Logsplitter last week and loves it. He has been splitting firewood for forty years by hand and now wishes he could go back 20 years in time and buy one. Maybe he wouldn't have had to have his right shoulder joint replaced last year if he'd had one longer.

We couldn't find a person to help us and when we finally did get help .we were miss lead. We were told pants were 18 o/o off the price . They were on back wall on display as 26.99 one price with 18o/o off that .but on a completely different table with a sign saying 18 percent off original price seeing the price on the pants hanging on back wall that we're the pants found we purchased 2 pairs . Surprised to get charged 36.99 . I went back to table we got them only to find under all the pilles of pant a small price tag that said 44.99 . Pist off I left the store with pants I paid more then I was lead to believe they were . O yes I also got a coat Wrangler weman jacket under the understanding it was also 18 percent off only to find out surprise it was not .Guess I will stick with shopping Boot Barn we're you get waited on and not lead to believe it's one price but at check out it's more . Not happy customer

We have always love coming to Bomgaars but today just. Has us taking a step back. We wanted to purchase a rocking bench from their parking lot. Ask the clerk about it and she said I will call someone to help you. My husband proceeded to ask questions about the bench and needlass to say she cost you a almost $200.00 sale. Very very disappointed in her customer service. We left and may or may not return!!!!

I love this place. Lander doesn't have a ton of shopping options, but this place has everything you could want! Except for concrete. Their weekly ad often has concrete listed as on sale and they seem to never have it in stock.

Poor. A man working there walked right by us and didn't offer to help. Hubby had to ask him for assistance. He said he was busy, but would help us. Never came back to help us so we left. Won't be going back.

Like the store but can't count on them to get stuff to you. Two years in a row had the same problems, and then they lied about it and still wouldn't fix the problem. Won't be using them anymore.
