Friendly staff and reasonable prices for a rural supermarket. Fried chicken from the deli was awesome. Plus, there's a shaved ice stand in the parking lot during summer!

Stopped in a few times to pick up some food, wine, and essentials on our way through to visit Fossil Butte National Monument. I have to say the store was great. Friendly service, great selection of what we were looking for. Definitely suggest stopping here on your travels.

Expensive! Things often ring up wrong and aren’t as advertised. Fruit and veggies look terrible frequently and sometimes have mold. I took 5 avocados home and had all of them rotten once I cut them ON THE SAME DAY. Have taken breads from the bakery and the bread isle home to have it rot just days later or discover it outdated. Things on the clearance shelf are often not tagged and have to seek out employees to find out price. Went to buy flowers for someone and they were wilted but still marked at $15-35!!! Went to buy a potted plant instead to find them dying and the one that wasn’t turned out to be $85!!!!!! I’ll save myself the money and time and drive an hour to Walmart for anything other than absolute essentials.I will say though the pharmacy staff are so awesome, they are very kind and have gone above and beyond to help me. Twice the pharmacist and the technician have taken out there own wallet and paid for my prescription when my insurance wouldn’t cover it! I also enjoy the gift cards I get just for using the pharmacy. Five stars for them.

This is a small home town market. The staff was friendly and efficient.The frozen food seemed to be low on stock but the rest of the store seemed to be in pretty good shape.We feel like we can recommend this place.

The deli in this store is small, but it makes the best chicken tenders I've ever eaten! Lightly breaded, tender, moist meat - I'll definitely be craving them! They also had an impressive selection of quality baked products. Store personnel were friendly and helpful. Planning to stop here again any time we're in the area.

I wouldn't say customer service is nonexistent. The store strives to keep groceries on the shelves and everything in produce and the meat department are fresh. The store is clean and the employee are very nice and personableI recently moved here. The prices are more than your local Wal-Mart however this store is struggling to serve a tiny community on this busy world.

The manager and asst manager in Kemmerer are the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. How they keep their position is beyond me.

I’m just curious as to why the cashiers won’t put the bagged groceries back in your cart, instead they just pile them up on the counter. Once you are checked out they then watch as you load your cart up or just immediately start checking out the next person. So I finally asked yesterday why that was and I was told because of COVID. Ok so let me get this straight we and they no longer wear masks, they touch every item and every bag, put it on the counter. But because of COVID they can’t half turn and place the bag in the cart? They need to work on customer service, at least that would help take the sting out of poor produce, items ringing up wrong and expired items a little better! Come on Ridley’s let’s do better!

Is in line with the other Ridley's I've been in. Most everyone was friendly and helpful the first visit. Cashier was outstanding really made you feel like she appreciated you coming in and doing business. Second visit not so much... Deli person was rude and cashier just wanted to get you out of the store. Walmart in Evanston is only 50 miles away.

Good grocery store but think twice about using their U-Haul rental service. They will rent your reserved trailer right out from under you without any heads up. We had a trailer reserved and they rented it to someone else a few hours before our pick up time.

Earlier today I gave a not so good review to Ridley's based on a less than satisfying visit there I made while visiting relatives two weeks ago. Ridley's responded to the review and I was highly impressed with the response. Respectful, and answered my concerns. I have since deleted that review and added this one. Any business that takes the time to respond deserves a second chance. Good on ya Ridley's!
