Best time in a store in Jackson I’ve had in a while! Sarkes was amazing. He welcomed my bf and I into the store and found perfect fur masterpieces for us to try on. He even let us go outside the store with them on and take pictures! The store itself was beautiful and had absolutely stunning products, and the customer service tied everything together to create an experience. He informed us on all the backgrounds of the jackets. Honestly got me convinced I gotta stop saving for college and get one of these furry jackets. Also, there’s a gigantic bear rug in the back. GO CHECK IT OUT!

Sarkes Solomon has the best customer service skills of anyone I've ever encountered. My girlfriend and I purchased the most beautiful Sitka fur coats and reindeer hides and he couldn't have been more helpful. I also got a Remy leather jacket that is 1 of 1. I will be back this winter for another coat for my mother! Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience I will not soon forget, and walked away with an heirloom anniversary piece. Immediately as we walked in Sarkes greeted us and we knew we were in good hands. Extensive knowledge on every coat, fur, piece in his store and much more beyond that. For this being the first fur bought for myself, he was able to help pick a piece in my budget that exceeded all expectations. He also serves some of the best whiskey we’ve tried. I have been looking for a pair ( or two) of nice leather gloves for a very long time. I wanted them to be of top quality, fit me like a glove (pun intended), fashionable and at great price! It took me a long time and I finally found them in Jackson Hole, Wyoming!Beside the gloves, they have many beautiful fashionable pieces here in the shop! Most importantly, the customer service here was great! The gentleman that was helping me was super nice and we ended up talking about our favorite Lebanese dishes LOL. Anyways, if you want some high quality leather pieces that will last you a very long time do come here. I got two pairs! And if you want the best Lebanese food EVER, do go to Figs. ;-)

This is the best fur shop I have ever seen, the quality if the fur is amazing and the gentleman at the counter Sarkes Solomon was extremely helpful and incredibly nice.
