Traveling through town so on a tight schedule. After checking with another well known and closer in town place on two separate occasions/trips into Jackson who were either fully booked or the self Wash was closed, our further search directed us here. We called ahead and they were even so kind as to block a time slot. Great customer service and experience for our dog and us. Highly recommend.

This is a great place for dog and cat supplies. They’ve got a great inventory and the help was excellent. I was looking for a dog coat. A wonderful lady outlined my options (which were several) and help me try on what was available.A rare find. Would highly recommend.

We’ve been coming here for the last month to purchase raw food since we’re from out of town. The prices are high, expected for Jackson. My boyfriend purchased some other items he thought would be good for our dogs. He was told could be return them if they didn’t work. Unfortunately, the items didn’t work. We went back to the store. When he did the refund the older women behind the counter was extremely rude to him. After spending over a few thousand there we hoped we wouldn’t get an attitude. Sadly we did.

Great place to shop for your pet. They carry raw food that I buy for my dog. Great product! Need to make a return...not a problem. They are helpful and knowledgeable. Check them out!

My lab started shedding her winter coat so we booked a self wash dog bath. They supply everything you can need! From soaps, brushed, towels, dryer & even treats! Super friendly staff & highly recommend!!

Our new home away from home for the critters. They were just like family except very helpful, :). Small shop off the beaten path but they have a ton of stuff and decent prices. They said they would order anything we needed as well. We love them.

Friendly and helpful staff! I really like Fromm brand high quality dog food that they offer. When I went there investigating what brand of dog food that would work best for my dogs they not only advised me they also got one of the owners of the Fromm brand on the phone to answer any further questions I may have had! Wow, I was impressed by the contact with the dog food company as well as the effort Pet Place Plus staff gave toward helping me find the right products for my 4 legged kids :)I really appreciate the rewards discount that is given to a client after they have spent a certain amount of money through out the year! I also appreciate the bulk bins of treats.This store is one of my go to places :)

Shopped here for years. Always very helpful with big selections. Yes, prices are a tad high, but then Jackson Hole rents are "out-of-this-world", so for a dedicated, family run pet store I am sure glad they are here!

im very impressed with the sales and service I get here. I have a red heeler that is more my family then my pet and I care deeply about what I feed her. This store has the best selection of high grade food and treats in the valley. I love the never ending selection of toys that I can pick through to spoil her. I feel at home every time I go in and would recommend them to anyone living or driving through Jackson.

Walked in there with my husband looking around for a cat bed, food and some other supplies for our new cat. We were in there for a good 10 minutes and nobody came to offer assistance or anything (there were 2 workers there). Everything was also expensive, I found a good quality cat tree and cat bed online for half the price. We're locals who have lived in Jackson for 12 years, so it was very disappointing to see this lack of acknowledgement to potential year round local customers. As we left the store the older woman behind the counter looked at us like "oh they aren't buying anything" and she didn't even bother saying a word as we left. We will never go back and would not recommend. There are other pet supply stores in town that we'll go to instead.

Traveling through Jackson with our dogs we needed supplies. Looked up pet place online. Great service and knowledge support for our needs. We found what were looking for and many of the high quality things that we did not expect to find. Extremely happy with our experience there, wish we lived closer to frequent PPP.

The only one I liked in there is their cute cat. The employees, 2 of them, totally ignored me when I walked in. When I asked them questions or suggestions about products, they did not know or gave generic answers. The location is kinda remote and hard to find. I came because of Google rating and left disappointed. Plus. my dog didn't like the treat that I bought for her.

This out-of-the way place was well worth finding by GPS. I needed a particular kind of dog food that was not available at vet clinics or grocery stores...Pet Place Plus had it in stock! The were very helpful.
