After walking around Jackson Town Square, we stumbled upon this spot and figured we’d give it a shot for some treats. The vibe inside was super chill, with those cool green pastel colors making it feel cozy and relaxed.The staff were really nice and got our orders sorted out quick. The milkshakes were on point! Creamy, flavorful, and just what we needed to cool off after walking around.Overall, this place is a good pick if you’re in the mood for a tasty shake or some ice cream. The laid-back atmosphere, delicious treats, and good vibes make it a spot worth checking out when you’re in the area.

I had a phenomenal experience at this restaurant! It’s 5 stars due to the exceptional milkshakes that flawlessly captured the nostalgic malt flavor often absent in today's dining scene. It was an absolute delight!Moreover, the burgers were incredibly delicious, and the service felt genuinely personal. Our server, who hailed from Europe, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and well-cared for.While it's worth noting that the wait times can be a bit lengthy, the quality of the food and the overall experience make it well worth the wait. All in all, a fantastic place to dine!Parking: Jackson as a town is hard to find parking, so expect to spend some time.

This has got to be the best place to get a burger in Jackson. The burgers were amazing! Great fries and tots, and excellent homemade BBQ. The drinks were stellar! I’ve never had such a smooth whiskey mule. We couldn’t believe how fast the service was, especially at the 5 o’clock hour. Our server was very friendly! Also, a great view of the antler arches.

What a surprise this place was! Atmosphere was so cool and the food was great! And strange as it may sound - the unsweetened tea was the best unsweetened tea I have ever had. Hard to imagine there could be something special about unsweet tea, but there it is! The club sandwich was awesome! Really enjoyed some late afternoon food at this place and would definitely recommend this place to my friends. I downgraded the service just a bit because the waitress was not to be seen after she took the initial order, even though the place was not that busy and she was standing in the back chatting with the other waiter. No call-back, or follow up during the entire meal and had to track her down to get the check. Probably just a lack of training on the part of the management so I don't totally blame her. I left a fat tip anyway, since the overall experience was great!

We came here because we wanted an elk burger but the options in town were limited. The elk burger was ok.. ordered medium rare and it was medium to medium well. The menu also says their burgers are smash burgers, but this patty was pretty thick.We sat outside, which is not full service. That’s totally fine, but if you spend more than $50 they’re adding 18% gratuity to your check, even when you had to go inside to order and get your drinks.Overpriced but probably reasonable for the location. $12 milkshake that was pretty small, and $28 elk burger

We enjoyed elk, bison and beef burgers while here. All were excellent! The kids Mac and cheese was okay (nothing special). Service was slow and just okay. There was a bathroom out of order which created a long line and the other bathroom had water all over the floor. Just a little extra upkeep would help. Overall the food was good though!

Several locals recommended going to Jackson Drug for a meal. This was our last major meal in Jackson. We ordered their stuffed jalapenos as an appetizer, they came with a sweet and sour sauce which added some interesting flavors. I ordered the French Grilled Cheese sandwich with tomato soup as a side and hubby got the Black & Blue Burger with waffle fries. All of the food was pretty flavorful. I also got a spiked hot chocolate which was quite tasty.The downsides include the bar area, the seats which weren't the most comfortable to sit in throughout the entire meal. Another downside is I did order a milkshake but I go a sundae.

No idea why this place has anything less than 5 stars. BEST burgers I’ve ever had, hands down.. and I’ve had plenty. Juicy, flavorful and cooked to perfection. Both times I’ve been in Jackson, I’ve stopped by here multiple times in the same week. Service has always been just fine - friendly and attentive staff. It’s a bit noisy because of the high ceilings but nothing to fuss about. If you’re looking for a reliable burger that really hits the spot, this is your place!

I'm not picking on it I just wasn't like, wow this is incredible. I had the regular smash burger and it was good, but it was just a hamburger I could get anywhere. Still a good place to eat.The bathrooms on the other hand hadn't been touched in who knows when. There are 2 universal bathrooms available. One was completely out of hand soap and the trashcan was overflowing. Do you know how long it takes to fill a trashcan up that size? The other one was just as bad. I know, because my daughter used it. I don't expect white glove clean, but It was nasty.They automatically charged us 18% gratuity too because we had 5 in our family. I always tip 20%, but not this time.I gave a 4star on service only because I got a Coke and never got a refill.

Great local spot for food. Fun environment and idea. Milkshakes and their burger was amazing. The fries were shoe string but pretty decent. Will definitely be going back!Parking: Make sure you're paying attention to any events that are happening, especially if you don't want your car towed!

Stopped by in October of 2022 after hearing good reviews of this place. Tried their famous grilled cheese which was lovely. Their milkshakes we also great especially the ones with booze after a day of hiking. We were seated fast and the atmosphere was wonderful.

Negative star from me and my hubby. Terrible service, server had an amazingly bad attitude, she barely served us. We were in the tiny table where 2 plates barely fit and no one bothered to pick up our plates as we were done. So unfortunately due to risk of falling plates we had to put our plates on a clean table next to us. Bison burger was so dry and tasteless. Hummus burger was also bad and looked and tasted horrible. Buffalo cauliflower was deep fried tiniest pieces of cauliflower in thickest batter possible. All we tasted was fried batter. It was a disastrous experience both food and service wise. Never going back or recommending anyone.

Such a fun atmosphere, conveniently located right in downtown Jackson. A group of four friends were hungry from a morning of hiking but we’re pleasantly surprised by the options and freshness of our food. I ordered the BYO grilled cheese and put bacon on it, with their huckleberry onion jam on the side. I can attest that it’s not chunky onion and had a great sweet/savory combo to add to the sandwich. I also got their coleslaw which was thick and fresh as well. We were holding off on the milkshakes but that definitely was part of the vibe there. A couple of my friends ordered their tomato soup as a side item and really liked it!

The breading on the chicken tenders was different from other restaurants that I have ordered chicken from. We didn't like the taste of the breading. Had an odd flavor.The service was extremely slow which was surprising given that half of the restaurant was empty.

So I didn't love Jackson Drug. This place was frankly kind of weird. It's like they paid $15,000 to have an interior designer redo the space and then they split leaving a very subpar restaurant behind. The buffalo cauliflower wasn't very good and it wasn't tossed in the buffalo sauce. Meanwhile we sat at the bar and watched boxes of ice cream for sundaes and whatnot just sit out in the open air. I get that it's easier to scoop if it's not rock hard but how long do you leave ice cream just sitting about?After watching sundae after sundae get made up with that wonderful Hershey's syrup everyone has at home, we decided not to eat anything else and find another spot.There are better places in Jackson and your ice cream sundae at home is just as good.

Tried out the pretzel, elk, byson and bleu cheese burgers plus the strawberry milkshake. The food was awesome and reasonably priced.We went at around 5:30pm on a Tuesday, not a lot of people which was great. The place was just a little bit too dreary though, could use better lighting to improve the ambiance.Overall a good experience and would recommend.

Our second summer coming here and I finally remember to make a review. This place has not change, the food is still so delicious. We got the chilli fries, an Elk burger with the huckleberry sauce, and the bison burger, we got tater tots, a nice Jackson Hole beer, and a delicious huckleberry ice cream. We ended our camping trip very happy by revisiting Jackson Drug, and we will keep coming back!

Stopped in to eat dinner and let me tell you it was well worth the stop! They have lots of menu items and something for all! We got the chili and the grilled cheese, both were amazing and the portions were really big! We also got milkshakes and they were excellent as well! The service was great and the food came out really fast! Stop by and you won’t be disappointed!

Not sure why the negative reviews. The food was awesome, our waiter was very nice & attentive, food came out within 15-20mins.The atmosphere is great & the restaurant looked clean.It’s pricey, but everything in Jackson is expensive.I’ll definitely eat here again.

I had a brownie sundae and a Jackson Mule. Granted we didn't order food but we are coming back tomorrow for a burger, fries and a build your own grilled cheese. The menu has a lot of good stuff. It's a perk that they serve alcohol. The place is super clean and just cool to check out. Staff is very nice.

We were drawn in by the atmosphere and early childhood memories but we expected the food to be just ok (because a lot of tourist places rely on the atmosphere, location or serve in such high volumes that you get mediocre food). We sat at the counter watching amazingly large gooey Sundaes being made while waiting for our meals. When the meals were presented in front of us, we stared at each other, wide eyed! Wow, huge!! Then we tried it…and it was amazing!! The food was sooooo delicious I would order it to go if I couldn’t get a seat!! The server was very friendly and attentive. The whole experience was perfect. 5 Stars from us!!

We stopped into this restaurant for dinner last night. The atmosphere was great and there was a short wait for a table. I ordered the elk burger and ordered it medium. It came out well done but it still tasted good but was a little dry. It would have been much better on the more rare side. I would order it rare if you like it medium. We also tried the jumbo pretzel and that was good as well. The service was decent but they were little slow getting back to the table but that was understandable being that they were busy. I would recommend trying it out. It is in a good location with the small park just outside.

Fries served cold, kids' chicken strips hard as a rock and overcooked, burgers… not good. I want this place to succeed because it is a cool concept, but they need to start looking at basic quality. Example: fix your watered-down coke and keep cold food cold and hot food hot. Also, the server needs to catch this quality stuff before it goes to the table. On the positive side, the huge pretzel and milkshake were delicious.
