This store is generally decent. It has a lot of cool souvenirs, stickers, and so on. It is, however, pricey. The employees are the store's worst part. We were trying to buy some Christmas gifts calmly, but these spanish ladies were really noisy. We decided to leave because their laughter was so unpleasant. I hope they get in trouble for being louder than the customers.

I was nice to the two ladies running the register.. They were too busy with their conversation to pay attention to me. Lady rolled her eyes and just handed me my item I bought. Please fire them and hire people that actually have good customer service.

The young foreign lady cashier is extremely rude. I believe she is Bulgarian, Siberian or Russian. I asked if theres 1 more item (i needed 8 pcs of souvenirs)… she gave me the look and started speaking her native language… Jackson is like my second home, i know large company do trade workers in the season. And i hope she is seasonal. Her attitude needs to go back where she belongs.

Warning 'Tourist Trap'! Their prices were ridiculous, for example $39.95 for a t-shirt. So do not be fooled by the name 'Five and Dime General Store' as we found it to be one of the most expensive souvenir stores in Jackson.

This has a lot of cute Jackson hole themed merchandise, but the prices are way to high. For a little stuff animal, you pay 45 dollars. Cool to look around, but not worth your money.

Cute souvenir store..lots of overpriced merchandise, but that is to be expected in a tourist town. But, come on, to charge for a paper sack to carry your items out of the store! That's poor customer service.

There is a wide selection of souvenirs and snacks but they charge $0.20 for a paper bag and the older woman cashier was very moody and snappy at several customers in front of me as well as myself. I don't know if I'll ever come back to this store.

Definitely a place to go to buy something to remember your trip to Jackson Hole. Found a variety of things that suited each personality we were buying souvenirs for. Did not realize TSA would confiscate a shotgun shell flashlight keychain that has a name engraved on it. So just be aware of the souvenirs you buy if you are flying. Should have got the wooden sasquatch keychain instead I guess. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would shop there again.

Good experience. Plenty of tourist knick knacks if you’re looking for souvenirs. Customer service was quick and friendly. Didn’t have to wait in line.

Some of the employees are being put down, verbally and psychologically abused by other longer time employees. DO NOT GO THERE! Very uncomfortable to see as a customer.
