The cashier scanned in something I said I changed my mind on. Then sighed when she had to call the manager to remove it from the transaction. She also took a personal phone call while helping me. It didnt seem like an emergency as she told whoever it was that she couldn’t talk because she had customers…When I got my receipt I realized she scanned something twice. She told me she couldn’t give me back my money and that I’d have to pick something else out. I didn’t need anything else so I said I wanted my money and she said no. So I asked for the manager. When he came up and asked what was going on the cashier said “she’s saying she only got one of these” as if I was lying. Rather than just say she scanned it twice. I literally just checked out with her. the manager asked when I bought the stuff and I said “just now. You were just up here a moment ago taking something off”. He begrudgingly gave me a refund and when he gave me the change he didn’t even set in my hand so some of it fell on the floor. They then were talking about me as I walked away. I’m only here for the summer but will never come back although I’m sure they don’t mind.

Love love love!! This store is growing and I love all the new things inside. All the workers are extremely helpful.Except one!! I don’t know if she is a manager or not but all she did was yell at all the workers. You could see how uncomfortable they were and the customers!!! You could hear her throughout the whole store! Keep everyone but her!!!

Just walked in (Thursday 6.10 around 11:45) to get help looking for an item after walking around aimlessly to find what I needed (things get moved around a lot) and the cashier was very rude. Instead of pointing me in the right direction like a retail/cashier should- he said “well on the hanger aisle” ( not a thing) and he and his coworker laughed at me.... As an ex retail manager for years and a Jackson local, I'm disappointed in the customer service at this location. I mean I know it's just a dollar tree but come on? Can't have even just ALITTLE professionalism...?

This Dollar Tree is surprisingly good quality and stocks a variety of food items, hygiene, kitchen supplies, cards, holiday decorations, clothing items, and toys. Store is always clean and staff friendly and informed. Well worth a stop if budget essentials are on the shopping list.

Always love Dollar Tree! They have most of what i need at the best price possible! If you are camping in Grand Teton National Park, you can do your grocery here, you can buy your can goods, some lentils, rice, snacks like corn chips, soft drinks and more. They have lots of parking available.

Nicest dollar tree I've ever been in but the bathroom was so gross smelled so bad it was so dirty. The toilet literally almost fell out of the wall from me sitting on it. I took a photo cause it was so unbelievable but don't know we're too post it.

Would be nice if they edited the hours on Google maps and their website. They were closed when we got there because of “temporary new hours.” Would have left the national park a few minutes early to make sure we made it before they closed if we knew.

The cashier, Teresa, pushed my son today while we were standing in the checkout line. She then refused to give an apology and she refused to give me the store managers name. She actually glared at me over and over again when she went on to her cash register. Let me say it again, she used her elbow to push my small child! She then lied to her store manager. The store manager, Katie proceeded to tell me that they have no video cameras in their store and that it is my word against Teresa's. Please keep your children as safe as you can in this store. Mine was standing right next to me.

Best. Dollar. Tree. Ever.It's always super clean. The staff is always really friendly. The management is very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend this store. And of course the prices are great, especially in Jackson.

There is a ton of stuff in the store. The store is well lit and it is kept clean. The product category signs are easy to read and the shelves are well stocked.

Poor customer service. Don’t buy balloons here they are not tied on! We didn’t even make it to the car and they blew off the string and they won’t replace you just have to buy more that aren’t tied on!! Kids were so sad

This is a clean store. Sometimes the checkout line can be long if only 1 lane is open.Everything is onl51 dollar but sometimes they have a few items for less than 1 dollar.

I am very disappointed that dollar store has closed its doors on Sunday and is now closed at 6 pm... it’s so unconvinced that it’s closed on Sundays when many of us only get that day off... I wish we would also get all the stock that the rest of dollar stores get..

Shelves are empty like everything else here. Temporary hours- close at 6, not 9.
