Drop off time on VM does not match actual time. And talk about a nice not so friendly treat in the AM when you are trying to do good and go out of your way to give back and not contribute to the landfill. Attitude and selection can definitely improve.

Loved this shop-lots of selection, well displayed, reasonable prices. I got Eddie Bauer lined winter pants for $14 and a Banana Republic shirt for $6. Also got hiking socks for $4/pair. The clerk was super friendly. Will definitely shop here again next time I'm in town

Incredibly rude staff in the donation drop-off area. You would think they would be grateful to receive FREE stuff for them to turn around and SELL. Definitely will not be donating here anymore. Donate to ReStore instead. Or I would rather save stuff up for somewhere in Idaho Falls. Or there are even some non-profits that will pay for you to ship a box of donations to them. Totally worth the extra effort.

Very good thrift shop! While some items are over priced, they have great brands and finds as well. I was thrilled to find a Kjus ski jacket for 28. Make sure to check it out if you are in Jackson.

Comparable to most thrift stores like Habitat for Humanity, Goodwill and DI; inventory was fairly stocked, condition of materials also was up to par. On the smaller side as far as places go but plenty of things to see inside.Dressing rooms were quant.Staff members appeared to be overwhelmed due to the high volume of people.No Visa or Credit Cards accepted here.Recommend visiting if you are "browsing" or visiting Jackson.

Super used clothing, kitchen stuff, household stuff. It's like a mini goodwill, but the items seem a lot nicer. Nice employees too! I think you cAn drop stuff Tuesdays? They have books and bike stuff too.

Woman working was incredibly rude. Arrived at 4:45 and she shut the door in my face and said “closed”. Note:they don’t close until 5. When I told her there were still 15 minutes she said that didn’t matter and literally closed door in my face.

A fabulous selection of clothes! I tried on about 7 items and bought 3 of them. Decent prices and nice high end sportswear (because of location and donating demographic). They also had a good belt section and books in the back.

I came to this thrift shop with my daughter and her nanny. Our nanny’s daughter came as well. They are both from El Salvador. When we walked in the store it was basically empty, and we had our masks on. A older women who worked there looked at us and came running over. She started shouting at us to get out now! When we asked her why and she said it was too crowded. I proceeded to try to tell her that I wanted to donate some clothes, which were good brands like Ralph Lauren. There was a group of people behind us (which were all Caucasian) which she let in without hesitation. I got my family out before my daughter and her friend could realize what this women was saying. They are both four years old. It’s 2020 it’s so frustrating how ignorant and small minded people can be. This isn’t something any family should have to experience.

Today Oct 9, 19 around 1:30 p.m. I went to the register to pay my purchase, a western blue blouse, a black blazer and a bk skirt. The woman on the left side register as I was facing the counter who helped me said the no price skirt was $8 not as the sign said $3.50, and she didn't offer to double check the price and she discarded it in the return basket ... I bought it anyway... I paid with my Discover credit card and she said the Discover card must be from another country since it didn't go through...???!!! I paid with my Visa. I asked for the receipt and she said she couldn't give me one because I didn't punch the card reader. And she ended up not giving me a receipt.Discover card is taken in all over the world and it doesn't matter what country it is originated...I'm an American citizen from Asian descent and I felt discriminated against.

Come here before any other store in the square. The staff is super friendly and the items are unique with great outdoor brands and cool art. The book selection was amazing

Never Again!!! So dissatisfied with staff!! Talked down too, treated rudely and told to just toss or recycle ♻ our items. Would not take desirable /sellable items as they were "dusty!!?!" (wth?) Also could not pull into park as employees blocked spaces with their Jeep parked crossways. I refuse to allow these folks to make a profit off of me again!!!!🤬

Good selection that turns over quickly. Friendly staff and pretty well layed out. If you are new to town this is a way better alternative to the dollar store or K-Mart.

Sponsored by the Episcopal church, this once outstanding thrift store has lost it's way and mission. Instead of providing cheap clothing and house goods to the poor, they have a policy of charging the highest prices they can get. Although their inventory is extensive and high quality, you may actually end up paying MORE than retail. This is by design and not mistake. I've seen donated guitars with dings sporting prices HIGHER than new. The church KNOWS this, but employees follow orders and shrug shoulders when told of the situation. St. John's Episcopal Church should be ASHAMED. They've even blasphemed their mission and save top end merchandise for a hoity-toity social event silent auction, "The Best of the Browse." DISGUSTING!
