Paint department is slow and rude. Took them 4 hrs to get me a paint match from them and when I called to check on it the lady was very nasty. I wouldn't recommend this hardware store to my worst enemy

I wish I could give this store 10 stars! I LOVE shopping here almost like I loved hanging out at the dime store of my youth. They are well stocked and they know their stuff, and they will always help you and smile at you and treat you like they are happy to see you.

We can’t say enough good things about Danny!!!! We had a minor paint crisis on our rental car and he went above and beyond to help us. He came out to our car to help us and when the first product didn’t work he found us one that did and even came back out to give us an extra rag. Danny THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Ace usually has what we need for repairs and diy. Prices are consistent with a town like Jackson. A LOT of employees, so no trouble getting questions answered. Parking is tricky.

These guys are awesome! Well staffed and always happy to offer lots of help. I took my stihl chainsaw in to see if they could help to get it running again… it’s still very new but evidently needed to be adjusted - the chainsaw guy saw me walk in with it and immediately offered to take a look - he welcomed me to the back where he allowed me to see him check it out and pointed out a few tips to me- within less than 15 minutes he had it humming - he really knew his stuff and was absolutely not going to let me pay since it was fixed so quickly and they were ready to close! I’ve always been satisfied with my many trips n/out of ACE! Thanks

Thanks for going WAY above and beyond in helping me solve a minor plumbing problem today. Tommy (a very experienced professional) facilitated a complete repair of a faucet valve, used the workshop in the store for several tasks, and gave me a lot of really valuable and useful advice. I was able to reassemble everything at home - couldn't have done it without Tommy's help! Thank you very much!

Great selection and service. Josh helped me out to get one of my bikes unlocked after mistakenly putting the lock on wrong (my bike on my truck, to be clear). I was going to just buy an angle grinder but he went above and beyond and just used a set of bolt cutters. Done in 5 minutes. Wonderful.

It's amazing how much inventory they cram into this place. Service is always great here. Prices are a little higher given the location in town, but usually much cheaper and much more convenient than driving to Idaho Falls for Home Depot or Lowes. This Ace location has everything you would expect from a local hardware store and some cool surprises, like EGo electric mowers and other modern electric battery powered equipment. Also has a nice selection of Skil chainsaws and Milwaukee tools. For large lumber orders you are better off going to somewhere like Bison Lumber down on Gregory Lane or maybe even down to Alpine. But for quick around the house hardware, Ace is the place. :-)

Been in building trades for 30 years. This is hands down the worst lumber yard/hardware store I’ve been to. The ONLY reason they are in business is due to their being the only option within a 45 minute drive. They are overpriced, and their service is terrible. I’m writing this based on years of dealing with them and numerous negative interactions. Unfortunately I am sometimes forced to use them, and it’s rarely a good experience.

Ridiculous prices josh is a terrible person who doesn't have manners and is very unprofessional the paint department never macht the paint colors and prices for tools and materials are the double I pass just to get something for an easy fix but I always get my tools and materials from HD supply fast cheap and great service Ferguson is awesome but from the main warehouse not from Jackson cheaper and great service I keep my staff restock all the time for not going to see ACE hardware horrible customer service and prices are ridiculous and not to talk whit so unprofessional people like JOSH from the paint department he is been there all his life feel sorry for him

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Came in to grab new locks and it was a speedy experience. Fast check out too. Small enough store you could find your way pretty easily without help as well. The store has a good location near other retail stores and near the downtown area.

Ace is like an old time hardware store, except modern. By that, I mean they have what you need, they're very friendly and I usually run into an old friend or two while I'm there shopping. Excellent customer service - which is rare in today's frantic paced world. Highly recommended!

Staff is always helpful and will offer tips on how to do things yourself. Bill in particular is stellar and has a great working knowledge in many areas from plumbing to electrical and likely more. Always a good experience at Ace and glad to have it conveniently located right in the center of town.

Well ...... Went in looking for a led light for my work bench ... Might have found one but the asdociates were to busy hiding in an isle talking about outside events.... Asked another associate about a bathroom so I could check my blood sugar ..... Was informed they were closed indefinitely..... Thanks ace the helpful hardware thing ....
