Outstanding business with more than 50 years of service in our community. LOOK here first--before you drive 60-plus miles. You'd be amazed at the amount of inventory in this small-town store! I learned my lesson when I shopped all over one year for a Red Flyer wagon for my granddaughter. On Christmas Eve, I happened to go into Howshar's and there it was--just what I wanted at a very reasonable price--especially given the amount I'd already spent driving to larger areas to search!

Howshars Hardware is an amazing hardware store for a small town. They have everything from appliances to paint, all of your hardware needs, toys, plumbing needs, lawn care, and kitchen and household items..... great staff too.

Thec entire staff is exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable. They know exactly where literally everything inv the store is located. They will take to the item and help you to decide what it is you might need if you are uncertain. Very clean store too!!
