I don't know if this Smith's in Green River Wyoming needs a new manager or a new person who does the ordering but this store is constantly out of food and a very poor selection of produce that usually goes bad after a couple of days. Walmart,Smith's and Albertson's in Rock Springs Wyoming does not seem to have these problems. Maybe we need another grocery store in our town if this store cannot keep up with the supply and demand.

Lexi,was just standing around watching. I watched her tell a bagger what to do, when he proceeded to do it, she pointed at him and signed he needed to go there. A boss should not be treating her co workers like this. The last time I was in smiths in Green river she was there and came over in the middle of them talking to what looked like family, and got mad because the worker was talking to family, not to mention they were working the booth and nobody was there.

Produce department is pathetic. Management needs to get their heads on the poor job being done at this store.Prices have not come down at all. May well be worth the pocket book to drive to Walmart

Most of the staff are friendly & personable & quick to help . The prices are a little high but understandably as it's our only grocery store. I miss the discounts, they still discount but not nearly as low as they used to go nor do they seem to do it with the same quality of products. Regardless, I love our grocery store & people . You can feel the sense of community the second you walk through the door. If you like that super small town everybody knows everybody vibe

I love how everytime I go to this store it is either a huge wait to get to a check stand because they have 1 open and about 4 people standing around at self check out, or it us early and they won't open a check stand but will have a couple people playing on theirs phones and doing nothing while we have to use a self check out.

Love the pharmacy gals here. Always seems that are working above and beyond for my children and I. They know me. They are courteous. When I call I always feel like an inconvenience, but they have NEVER made me feel that way. I LOVE the drive-thru, wish they stayed open just a bit later, but I am happy they stay open until 6!As for the store. I like their new "butcher" section! I like their displays. I have had ac couple of hit and misses with produce in the past year, but overall the customer service makes me forget all about it. Checkers are always great. The baggers are quick to offer help out, esp Bill. Hayden has always been a great help. And I believe it is Lorraine's aisle I usually end up in. Thank you! I LOVE LOVE LOVE ordering on-line and having it delivered right to my door. Though I under stand the current world circumstances, my last order they were unable to process about $200 worth of my $600 order, that was frustrating, but not as many substitutions. My delivery gal is AMAZING! I love that she texts me directly to ask about substitutions or changes. She always get here earlier than I expected. Appreciate her and her family so much through this pandemic.The bakery gals are awesome. They can make anything it seems, and are always quick to help me solve a "cake" problem. (Thank you!)This is my grocery store, and I don't really shop anywhere else! Why would I?

Skip the shelf checkout. Staff are frustrated and powerless. Machines are on the fritz constantly and scales are wrong/overly sensitive. Issue is they generally only have one cashier. We only use this store for the bare necessities because it has been so frustrating. Overall I am glad we have this store locally, but I am also really curious why a town of this size only has one grocery store.

I went in there to buy some detergent and all of a sudden the cashier was a young man trying to act giving me an attitude Iike if I did something wrong trying to act like if I said something wrong when I just greeted him back. And then some of his fellow employees started making comments like, time to go home. Those youngsters need to be educated and how to treat everybody equally and with respect. Discriminating or racial attitude should not be tolerated nowhere.

I love our local Smiths. Today, my husband and I were in there shopping and the produce lady was gossiping with a customer about me. We were in the isle by the deli meat and the produce lady peaked her head all the way around the isle to make it very noticeable she was staring at us. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable in my book.

Just wanted to give a review for the gal that works in the liquor store.. her name Rachael and she is so postive,spunky,and has the best customer service.. even if I'm just buying ciggerates , or a soda i will stop there because she makes my day that much better!! Also when inwas in there tonight she even helped someone pay a few bucks towards their order cause they didnt have enough, when the customer said ohhh no that's okay she replied with "just pay it forward next time you can"!!! That's excellent customer service

Today, as well can be expected, it is acutely busy. I was able to find the basic produce, dairy, and meats on my own; however, some crucial items were impossible to locate; yet, devoid of asking, a manager deduced from my facial expression that I was in need of help and selflessly and devoid of echelon, not only showed me however, escorted me to these items. He, himself, by his actions demonstrated the cognizance of the business acumen and the cross-cultural knowledge and acceptance of diversity. I am Ethiopian. Thank you.

Love the new app I downloaded. Makes finding stuff really easy. Could only give 3 stars because when we got home our $11.00 steak wasn't in the bags. Got charged for it but never got to eat it.

It was the usual trip to Smith they had one check out station open and lines of people in the self-serve isles doing their job for them it's usually the same every time Smiths expects their customers to do the work for them so they don't have to hire anybody from the community so let's make America great and everybody go to work for Smith's

I use to work there and the management was terrible, they cut my hours completely and would bully me to the point that I didn't want to work there anymore. I would also like to add that I have found ants in the the Food Deli section, literally inside the food, I don't know if they have fixed that problem but that's a bit of a heads up

This is the only grocery store in town. It is always jammed with customers. Parking is an ordeal. Staff is excellent. They sometimes run out of produce so go early for that but there is good choice&quality if you do go early.

The store is being remodeled... again. Which makes me wonder big that was the reason everything was so expensive. I don't care about a pretty store. Keep it clean and keep the prices low. I guess I'll be doing more shopping at Walmart.

I have shopped in Smith's ftom MT to WA, but this Smith's in green river had an odor of old rotten good and mildew! IT WAS AWEFUL.

Always friendly and always willing to meet the needs ive had from special orders to finding products that meet special needs.Consistently a friendly place.all staff members are more than willing to accommodate shoppers with special needs .excellent with elderly or people with limited abilities.manGers keep t the flow of shoppers so that checking out fast and wait time is minimal

$9.50 for a loaf of bread? Seriously? It may be gluten free, but Udi's is not worth it. NO loaf of bread is worth $9.50. Why the $3.50 price hike in a week?

Everyone at Smith's in Green River us super friendly and helpful!!I highly recommend the fresh meat deli, have Ivan cut your meat and cheese for you. He's the best!!

The best place to shop in the city, but it's the only place in the city. The entryway seemed extremely blocked, making it difficult to get in with a shopping cart. It could be worse, but not as good as most other Smith's locations
