Honestly the store itself isn’t bad, It’s nicely set up and well maintained. The issue is the employees, specifically some man named daniel, while I was in the store daniel walked up to another employee, got in their face and started screaming at them over “not helping enough”, but when I walked past the desk he was on previously he was on his phone or just standing there doing nothing himself. Employees do not deserve to be screamed at in any sense and the fact it’s openly happening at this store is disgusting, even more so because it happened in front a manager and she said nothing! Honestly wouldn’t recommend this location just because of that.

Middle of winter, hwy 80 was closed most of the day....but this Loves actually had ham and cheese breakfast croissants!! Fresh and hot !!! Never seen a Loves make anything other than those garbage breakfast burritos!! Thank you staff for making such an awesome breakfast!

Stopped here for the night and got a shower. The showers were nice and clean, with new towels. Beautiful spot too.

Big yard with a lot of space, hot showers and clean. They only have one washer out of order vs 2/4 lol. Was able to get a nice shower and do my laundry. Staff was pleasant, hard working.

Great truck stop. It was very busy. They had food and drinks and a Chester's to eat chicken.Loves truck stops are some of my favorite ones to stop at.

food is good. The staff are nice but I asked for a big Carl with added tomato and I got a big car with no tomato and little to no sauce

Generally good truck stops but their website is garbage. No information on any store if they carry certain products or inventory. Go to an autoparts store if you need something besides fuel and snacks.

The shop is very disorganized and told us they would they would have us fixed up in a few hours. They did not communicate that they could not do the items scheduled until hours after the appt time.

(Tire shop) Needed to change a tire on my trailer outside. Took them 1:20 hour to change 1 tire. At the end he bust my hub oil seal. Got a new hub oil seal I asked if he put oil in there said yes never put oil in there it's empty. I don't recommend this shop.

I used the new “RVHookup” service at Green River. It was pouring rain, so I waited a bit to disconnect and used the rv dump in the site. In the middle of this, their system automatically shuts down the water and electric. Cheap shot, after paying $53 to park in their lot, but fair enough. To add insult to injury, while I’m putting my hoses and cord away, some guy, not a paying visitor, rolls up and starts using the water at an adjoining site. The site manager said they were working out some kinks, said the guy shouldn’t have been able to use the water, and then was dismissive and walked away while I was still talking. Not a good way to retain customers. I went down the street to a nice local place, bought snacks and $200 in fuel. I’m sure Loves won’t miss me, but it’s disappointing.

All reviews are on point. Clean, well-stocked, clean, fenced in dog run.Super quiet parking lot, a great spot to catch a few zzz'sAnthony and Becca were friendly, attentive, and busy. One of the better Love's since leaving Texas.

Came through on August 30 and bought $49.13 worth of gas, when I got my credit card statement this charge appeared twice. I disputed the second charge with the Credit Card company and as it seemed to certainly be a double charge (I did not buy $49.13 worth of bubble gum after filling up) the CC company reversed the charge. A month later and Love's responded by saying that both charges are legitimate. I called the CC company again and they confirmed that the transaction number was identical and that this is not possibly a card used twice in rapid succession, there would be a second transaction number. The CC company will go back to Love's and extract my money again.I am not sure how much time any of you have to dispute a dishonest business but it seems likely when you gas up at Love's.

My fuel filter failed on Highway 80. We called this truck stap and told them the situation. I said that we are 200 miles away from you. We wanted to make an aipment, they told us we don’t need an aipment. We’ll do it as soon as it arrives, no problem and right away. After spending 4 hours, I didn’t go to more than one truck stop in the hope that they would do what they said. but alas, when I arrived they told me that you will have to wait 4 hours. I explained everything to them, but they refused me the service. Now I lost 3 hours on the road, and was left with a broken filter. I don’t know what to do, who to turn to. in such difficult times, we need to help each other and understand, and not promise and leave to the mercy of fate. I'm very sorry and disappointed

I literally bought a heater to warm me up inside my truck because my heater is not working. I slightly open the package from the top. Unfortunately, it was a fun. Went back to this Love to return it but the manger on duty refuse to return it, saying it’s not in good shape. So I had to buy another heater. She literally said I have to come back on Monday to return it because that’s not her responsibility ( it’s the inventory people responsibility) I said what…………. If you black expect less service from this Love (bottom line)

Excellent dog park! Clean, green, bowls with water, and even a separated run for small dogs. Thank you, Loves. Your dog parks make me choose you over other truck stops on our RV trips 😀

This is why we really like to have a stop over and get gas at Love's. They have a dog park, clean restroom, nice and friendly staff. Gas is cheap also compare to other gas station.

I ate at the Carl’s Jr. And there was a younger, blonde hair gentleman that cook my food and his attention to detail is fantastic! He made sure that my chicken sandwich was cooked all the way through before serving it all the rest of the Carl’s Jr. to take lessons from him well done and thank you for doing a really great job. This is one of my favorite stores to go to in general anyway it’s always clean and the people are always nice. Well done store.

I was really happy with the level of customer service and how clean this love's was. The semi parking lot is large with plenty of spaces to park. The showers where extremely clean even the toilet was spotless thank you Bobbie for doing such awesome job. I will most definitely be making this love's one of my favorites for the future. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond for us truck driver's I know I really appreciate it.

For Service Shop:I hape a light repair at different location they charged me but messed up all my lights cable in the reefer trailer.They guy at this location David was really good with these cables things and fixed within an hours all the lights and he was really nice in conversation as well.. 5 star to him and team..
