I went in looking for a refillable vape. I told the pink haired young gal that I have never bought one and my SIL recommended brand X. I pay and leave. I get home and realize I need special batteries, which did not come with Brand X. My daughter went back and told them she needed batteries for brand X and gave the battery number. They sold her the wrong battery. She went back and they only offered store credit, even though they sold her the wrong battery. They should have initially said “these don’t come with batteries so you will need to purchase those too” after having said I have never bought one before. My daughter went around the corner to another shop which was way more helpful and about half the price. Don’t shop here. They sell you the wrong item and then won’t give a refund. I will not be shopping here again.
